I would NOT recommend All My Sons Moving and storage. The price that they quote you is about half of what you end up paying. The two moving men were pleasant enough, however they broke both of my large flat screen t.v.'s. Even though I saved both tv boxes and original packing material they chose not to use and just used a moving blanket and tape. I heard a large snapping sound and when I asked the mover about it, asking if he dropped the tv, he said it was the tape snapping. Sure. Then when trying to get replacements their insurance company offered 55 dollars and change. The operations manager kept promising a different solution, over weeks, and nothing. We are now speaking with the BBB. Amongst others. Be warned...it seems as though seniors aren't necessarily taken seriously. Bad move.

I have moved quite a bit in my life. Anything from cross country to local. I can tell you that a good moving company is tough to come by. All My Sons is such a company. Beyond helpful in my experience and very attentive in all my needs and questions. Jessica, Ashley and Tony were all a pleasure to deal with and they took very good care of my move and me. My husband and I have always moved ourselves with friends helping out of course however this time we decided to go with a moving company. After getting quotes from 3 companies including All My Sons it was clear who we needed to use. Marcos Calvacante came to my home he was very professional and gave me a guaranteed quote on the spot. The other companies had to go back to their office and email me the quote later in the day. On our move day George, William and Bryan showed up to get us on our way!! All 3 of them were AWESOME!!! These 3 guys worked like crazy all day and took complete care of all of our things. Everything arrived just as it had left nothing damaged or broken. Also the office called 3 times thru out the day to check on the guys doing the move and to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Honestly I could not have been more pleased with our decision to go with All My Sons Moving for our move. I highly recommend them!!! Also the guaranteed price was just that...no extra charges at the end or difference in price it was exactly what Marcos said it would be on the day he gave the estimate. This was a long distance move as well not just down the street so whatever your move long or short please do yourself a favor and use All My Sons Moving!!!!!

I scheduled all my son's in Ft. Myers for a July 5th move. Everyone was very accomadating at thier office. When the crew arrived I noticed one of the workers was asleep in the truck. The lead mover Earnest, came up and checked everything out and then the crew showed up The sleepy guy was very slow moving and stood around a lot. Turns out he admitted to being hungover. He stayed downstairs for long periods of time and was mostly useless. When we arrived at new house, he sat outside and smoked a couple of cigarettes. After saying something to Earnest he made the guy start working more. But since I played for 3 guys and by the hour I felt like I paid for the extra person and it took lots longer than necessary. After you pay before they unload, I felt things were very rushed and not what I expected as to furniture placement. I clearly let them know in advance about 3 wall units that were glass and mirrored. Was told they would have extra blankets to protect them, which apparently I was charged for.. the knobs on all the units were damaged as the paint was worn off so they were not protected and the back of one unit pulled away- when I mentioned It- they just pushed it against the wall and left...they also left the glass shelves in one of the unit and left the other shelves in my condo so of course more time was taken to come back up with blankets and to wrap. I pointed out shelves to 2 different people before they were taken care of. I called office to complain about the hungover worker and was assured they had a zero tolerance for that and a supervisor would contact me. 2 weeks later no word.. although Earnest and other worker were pleasant I was disappointed with the move and that supervisor never bothered to call back.

They moved our furniture today and from the first initial phone call to Lewis at the office to the guys that done the moving was first class. I would like to say a personal Thank You to the 2 first class gentlemen that made the move was Jeremy Jennings and his assistant (Weirton)I think, worked as hard and as professional as you would ever want to see. Don't trust all these 5 star reviews , 2 guys showed up and wanted to sit down and eat, was in a difficult situation, kept banging my antique furniture, scratched the newly finished wood floor of my ex, really un professional . Please if you cherish your possessions , don't choose this company. They never called me back, after multiple calls in regards to many,many missing items. Please please choose another moving company.
All my Sons was great. I booked my move with Lexis and she assured me that everything would go smoothly, and she was right. Tim amd his crew were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Definitely would use them again.
***Canceled day of at 3:30 pm** I am new to the area (Fort Myers) and needed a reputable company to move into my new apartment. Based on the reviews, I select All My Sons, they were not the cheapest, but I figured I would be safe with a large organization. Unfortunately, I was wrong. My move was scheduled for 07/11/20 after 1 pm. At 2:30 pm, I called because I had not heard from the company. Erick informed me he had not heard from the movers and would call me back. At this point I am not worried, I thought they would move me no matter the time. After all, that s what a company with integrity would do. Right? Wrong! At 3:30 pm I heard back from Erick who said he was not going to move me, and he could change my move to Monday. I asked him why he could not move me? He said he could not make his employees work after 5 pm because of COVID. Now I am angry! I am an HR professional and business owner who has had to dive into the new mandates and laws due to this pandemic. That was a sorry excuse and one not required by any of the mandates. Therefore, the only thing left would be this is a company policy. Fine, so WHY schedule my move after 1 pm, confirm the move via email, and take my deposit? To make matters worse, I only had the weekend to move my things due to a personal matter with a divorce. Not to mention, an additional month of storage due if I did not move during the weekend. I pleaded with Erick and provided him with all this information to no avail. At one point I said, this is unprofessional, you did not call, I chased you down, it shows lack of integrity. I also said this is not personal understand my position. Erick became loud despite the fact I was not yelling. I reiterated; you're taking this personal. I just need help. He said I am taking it personal you don't know my tasks! I came in at 12 pm and got busy. I can schedule you for Monday, we are not moving you today and we are closed tomorrow.
Wow, great Erick, that shows your level of emotional intelligence and lack of empathy for your customer. Which tells me all I need to know about your leaders, companies values, and culture.
I refused to be rescheduled. I was forced to call my attorney for an extension, and scramble to get another moving company before my storage is due. Which means now I am out $300 in attorney fees, storage costs, and taking a day off during the week. I don t know about Erick, but I can t just not show up to work because my moving company failed to show up as promised.
Monday come around and I called to speak with a manager. Joe was very kind and attempted to help but he had not been informed that his customer had not been moved. Joe, you may want to have a chat with your employees about communication. I for one would have wanted to call the customer, apologize, and make things right before they called me.
Now, I admit Joe is a nice guy and he did not get my wrath due to his kind demeanor but offering to move me 5 days later is not acceptable.
Joe refunded me my deposit immediately, apologized and that was that.
The complete lack of customer service is by far one of the worst things a company of your size can have. Especially in these times. I have worked for 2 Fortune 500 companies both who stand out because they go above and beyond. Today I run my own business and work for startups who know they must do whatever it takes to ensure a customer s satisfaction. Obviously, that is not the case for All my Sons Moving. Good luck...
What a joke these ppl are. Most unprofessional movers I've ever dealt with and I work for a storage company. Mover were rude and corporate no help. Lies and false promises. No wonder every location I look at is 3 stars and under.

This storage is impossible to work with. We are disabled and living in a shelter. We fell behind on our payments and they will not let us get important documents needed to get a home. They are also threatening to auction off all of our belongings. If they would let us in they would get all of their money. We come from a military family and the army is offering us housing and money to get everything out and give us a house for us. But without documents we cannot do anything and are stuck at a homeless sheliter that is not safe and verbally abuse the disabled. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT!!!
Major front office issues, rude to clients, and switched moving crews and the truck DURING the move causing 10 hour delay. 10 HOURS! Patrick was the gem of a manager who was paralyzingly incompetent and unprofessional. Do. Not. Use.
Carlos Encarnacion is a very hard worker, very professional, he is always on time and gets his work done in a very fast but careful manner. He treats things as if they were his own.
Slick & professional! Mandy & Eric had everything wrapped securely & on the truck in no time. Very respectful of all of my mom's furnishings. Delivery was quick and smooth as well. I highly recommend them!
***So the signed agreement states you can t leave a truthful review if it s negative? Great policy. I m not finding difficulty in upholding the signed agreement but clearly your company did since nothing was reassembled when they brought it to our new home. YOU breached the contract & your employees had difficulty upholding the agreement. Ok after a horrible experience, many attempts to get resolution & months of being ignored or their foot dragging....I ve had it. I had posted a TRUTHFUL review of our experience with them. But first you need to be caught up as to why It was removed & why I m reposting It with an update. Why? Because everyone has the right to read a truthful review of a business so they can make an educated decision on who they hire & who to stay away from. My original post was removed because my husband had spoken to Joe who says he is a manager of some sort. Joe claimed to be appalled by how we were treated & told my husband to give him a few days to investigate this but he was immediately refunding $250 to our credit card. What was supposed to be a few days per Joe turned into weeks with no contact. My husband called & was told you need to remove your review before we can process your partial refund. Uhhhh WHAT? Jessica then reached out to about 2 weeks later and asked if he had removed his review. First of all my husband didn t review them...I did! He said no. She said well it s our policy that you have to remove your negative review before we will process any sort of claim you have. Again, he didn t write it. I then go in to remove it but was only able to remove the body (I actually saved it). He calls Jessica back a couple days later & was informed the review is still there. The only thing there was my screen name & 1 star. No words. Yep, here we are weeks later & still nothing so I am reposting it. I will now post it everywhere so people can know who they are considering hiring. I will now contact Corporate. To tell people they can t post truthful reviews or you won t stand behind your company is astounding to me. I m not sure whats worse, them not allowing a truthful review or the fact that their employees are fine with Working for a company like this. $250 isn t worth my morals.... *All of the communication with Jessica was through email so we have It all in writing. THE WORST! Let me say Charlie did a great job selling them but that s where anything good ended. They were late. 2 movers both very nice. Our estimate & contract stated we were charged for them disassembling and reassembling the bedrooms, etc. Since they were late my husband & I dismantled all the beds & had them ready for the movers. Put all our mattress covers on & moved almost everything to our foyer for ease of loading the truck. When they got to our new house & unloaded they told my husband you know you are putting all of this together right? Then out they went. I walk in, ask my husband where the movers are & he tells me that. I said Hell no, we paid for them to put it together! It s now been 2.5 weeks & NUMEROUS calls to them with no response. They simply don t care. While assembling our bedroom so we could sleep that night we noticed they ripped the footboard (the bedroom set is 7 months old and cost $10k), they also chipped up most of my furniture. All of my bedroom sets have deep scratches or chunks of the wood missing. All the mattress covers were ripped off and I mean Ripped. Brand new & trash now. We have 4 legs to something we didn t take apart but they did. There was black & sticky all over the side rails of 2 of the beds. No clue what but it didn t have it before getting loaded onto their truck. I agree with all the other reviews...they move SLOW. This is simply unacceptable & to ignore a customers calls..absurd. This company is a joke. I cannot fathom a company who thinks ignoring a problem makes it go away. I m NOT going away..Better business bureau has been notified & I ll post this review on every site there is. Own your issues & correct them. Appalling.

Very positive experience! Everyone was very professional and they worked very fast while still being very careful with everything. I found the price to be very reasonable especially considering they disassembled and re-assembled all my furniture.

My experience with All My Sons in Fort Myers was wonderful. Moving is super stressful and they totally handled everything for me. I was especially nervous about moving my baby grand piano, but the crew on the job had the experience to get it done right! Great company that's been around a long time, would definitely recommend them.

I called today to get assistance moving some furniture within our home. They came the same day and the movers were excellent and professional and took great care to be especially careful not to scratch anything! This was our second time using them! Highly recommend!
My friends and family think I am the go-to person for selecting a moving company or anything related because I have lived in 4 states in 10 years. My cousin Heather was planning a move to the Fort Myers area recently for a new job and called me right up. I did a little research and contacted All My Sons. Their pricing was competitive and very fair. My cousin, who can't plan a meal let alone an out-of-state move, went from a 2 bedroom home to a 2 bedroom apartment. Thankfully the moving reps walked her through the transition of downsizing and gave her great tips on storing items until she gets settled. All My Sons did a fantastic job moving her furniture quickly along with her massive wig collection. That's probably why she needs a second bedroom. She was so excited about "my find" and their service that she bought me a plane ticket to go to Florida. Thank you, All My Sons!
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE... The salesman was nice to my 88 year old mom, telling her that they go out of their way to protect antiques. Well 3 antique tables and my great-grandfather's desk were delivered damaged. The driver told us that they were given to him already damaged by the warehouse folks. I tend to believe this since all the damaged furniture were the last paces to come off the truck. My mother call then after the move regarding the damages and they were rude and mean. They referred us to a 3rd party company to handle the claim. Talk about not taking responsibility for your actions.
Zero Stars....it is my sole duty to shut this place down....Never use them....from the Vice President in Fort Myers (Linda Dubberly) to all the employees I had to deal with, this place is a ripoff....used them in November 2017...RIPOFF!!!....reply to me if you want the full story....DON'T USE THEM!!!!!....it's a joke to read comments from management saying how sorry they are....JOKE
Absolutely horrible! Management is a joke. No customer service whatsoever. They severely underestimated my weight for an out of town move. Even after calling them more than once to tell them i had more items that needed to be accounted for, they said not to worry it won't make a difference. Well that no difference turned out to be a 2,000 lbs difference that i got charged for. Basically, its a scam. The most upsetting issue was that they couldn't fit some of my items on the truck. Called to complain and it took 5 more calls within 2 days to finally get an answer to what they would do about it, and that answer was NOTHING! Management NEVER called me back and never cared. Who is the professional here? Definitely not them! So with paying more for the move I ended up not even getting some of my items (worth $600+) cause they couldn't fit on the truck, which was their fault... the admitted that! Management is horrible and doesn't care about their customers.... hence the auto response that I will get back just like everyone else here.
Ron Rodriguez capably led the packing and loading team on day 1, and then for the delivery on day 2. He was extremely professional and a great ambassador for the company. On time, on budget. BEST MOVE EVER.
Cory s team was fantastic! They arrived with our furniture early and worked hard throughout the day unpacking 14 crates that had been stored for two months. Everyone was courteous and pleasant. We were very pleased with the job they did and wouldn t hesitate to recommend All My Sons of Jet Park Loop!
They threaten to take all of my belonings unless I paid them more than double what they were owed. Highway robbery - in front of my home. They broke most of the furniture as they brought it in the house.
Brandon and Steven were very professional. Items were wrapped to prevent damage to furniture and the walls. They were kind to my mother who was showing the stress of moving. Helpful beyond belief. Excellent attitudes. I will ask for them by name if I need moving assistance or recommend them to friends.
First timers for using a moving company. Needless to say we were just a little apprehensive. All My Sons hit a homerun. Prompt, professional and cost efficient. Closed on house a week early because of hurricane approaching and they where there the next day on very short notice. Highly recommended.

We had a long day moving from Fort Myers to Tampa in hot and steamy weather and the three men that assisted us were absolutely awesome!!!! kudos to JAYLEN, IRVING and JEREMY. Movers were unprofessional, did not pad any furniture before loading the truck, smelled of cigarettes and did not respect our house. They dropped a chair into my wall and shrugged it off saying call this number and put a claim in . When I called the company to put in claims for the several damages to my home and furniture they sent me a link to a secondary party. I needed a specific form from all my sons and reached out 5 separate times with absolutely no response to my voicemails or emails. Worst moving experience I ve had!
They scheduled an appointment to move us and then never showed up. We called and they said they got busy and ran out of time so we would have to reschedule. What am I supposed to do? We have to be out of our house today, because we sold it. We have no other options. We sat here all day and now we are scrambling to find someone else to help us. All My Son s only option was a new appointment a week out. No thanks! I took off of work and planned around the commitment you made to me. I m not going to fall for that twice. I ll call anyone else. I can t believe All My Sons can stay in business with customer service like that. Take my advice. Call anyone else.
As anyone who has ever moved knows it is the most stressful task. As for me personally I loathe it. The past year for most of the country has been one we all would like to forget. Due to the pandemic I was forced to sell my home that I had just moved into in February 2020. I thought it was going to be my forever home, unfortunately I lost my job and thank goodness I have a home on the east coast of Fl that was my parents. I made a very difficult decision to sell and just retire and move to the east coast permanently. The two young men that came to my home were by far two of the most professional men I have worked with in customer service. They came in and just took charge and did everything no questions asked. They were so proficient and quick and nothing was damaged. I blinked and it was done! It was amazing! I definitely will be telling everyone about my experience with your company and to request the two gentlemen who were so kind, comforting and professional. God bless these two fine gentlemen. Worst experience ever. They showed up late, trashed a lot my furniture and their response to my complaint was "I (the manager) wasn't there and you can't prove they did it". The secretary even went so far as to ask "how do we know you didn't do it? " avoid these guys, you'll end up paying for it. Totally unprofessional, rude, lazy and unqualified- from the top down.
I needed help with moving the furniture of my 2BR apartment so I hired a two men team from All My Sons. They showed up on time and called before as agreed. Got the job done within 3 hours. The two guys were very friendly and helpful. Moving fast and efficient. That is really not easy in Florida in the summer. My communication with All My Sons was very good. They called several times before, during and after my move to make sure that everything goes well. Thank you Team for this positive experience.

Tim and Tracey did a great job! Tracey has over 22 years experience moving and Tim is a truck driver by trade and had more than enough experience handling furniture of this magnitude and loading down the trailer properly.
Moved a close to 1700 square foot apartment on a second floor. The stairway is tight, curved and leads up to a screen door; they managed to take all my furniture down no problem.
Once we got to the new house they had everything off the truck and in my house within an hour and a half.
I read every review on this coast and it was hard to look past the horrible ones. Everyone is going to have a hiccup with moving, it s inevitable. At the end of the day I chose the most reputable company that I knew would protect me and my furniture and that s why I went with all my sons.
They quoted me no problem and we re friendly on the phone every time I spoke to them. Days prior we had to change the date of my move which I wasn t prepared for but they worked with me and I really appreciate that; they put me first even in a time when I had to work with them and their schedule (help them help you it s simple as that).
The whole time I just sat back and let them move everything. Spend the money and have someone move for you. Moving is stressful and you don t want to go into a beautiful new place bed ridden because your lower back is blown out by moving furniture.
Highly recommend and will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Worst move experience EVER - so much broken and left at the old address it's crazy. Here's the kind of care provided in the move: dropped an antique table on the road in Fort Myers but took the table to Brandon leaving the piece in the road. It was later picked up by someone who asked if we lost it. Antique dresser with beveled mirror broken but the movers told the client that it was taken out for safety and boxed - LIE! Large oak cabinet dragged across the concrete until they noticed I was there and then they picked it up after damage done. Broken cabinet is dragged across the floor - the ceramic caster is lost, wood damaged and floor left with scratches. Three glass lamps put in one box with no wrapping around them - only packing material was paper to fill the top of the box. Antique chair broken - missing parts never found. Christmas items box crushed with contents broken and the movers tried to hide it in the garage. Expensive photograph broken when mover dropped it and he said he would just throw it away - thank goodness we saw it and stopped him from throwing it away. broken lamps, crushed shades - all items packed by All My Sons. Computer monitor put face to face with nothing to protect the screen and then tape wrapped around the monitors - no blankets or security at all. Dozens of items left at the original home because movers said they wouldn't fit on truck -- should have been no problem because we already had moved an over stuffed chair, corner cabinet, and three car loads of boxes and breakable items. We've moved about six times in our lives - minor moving damage is expected. GROSS NEGLIGENCE is unacceptable - there is a reasonable care doctrine that must be followed when moving items. All My Sons then wants you to file a third party claim for 60 cents per pound. The other company wants you to document what the weight of the items is, what the value is, etc. so they can pay 60 cents per pound. WHAT ABOUT THE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN DAMAGE DUE TO NEGLIGENCE OF THE MOVERS?
Would not recommend. Very unorganized when initially calling to get a quote. Had to give my information five different times to two different people and disconnected. Finally transferred to a third person who was not helpful. Overly friendly in a condescending way.
This is the 2nd time we have used All My Sons to move us and I couldn't recommend them more! Communication with office staff was phenomenal, very responsive and proactive. Moving professionals were exactly that...professional. Jeremy B. and his team of superheroes...aka Batman, Mighty Mouse, etc. were super friendly, courteous, fast, meticulous, efficient and so careful. It really was the smoothest move and we are so pleased with our experience. We sincerely thank them for all their help.
I'm still trying to pay for the move and get my furniture back. I was away on assignment and called for a move, left another individual with the quoted price money in cash. They picked up everything, and I mean everything, even things that were suppose to go to the garbage, and then doubled the price! Of course the person waiting to move my stuff didn't have it to give, so they sequestered it. Now the bill includes unloading my stuff into one of their storage areas, and after I get caught up on their 300/ month bill and the move, I will have to pay for the time they spent UNLOADING my stuff and RELOADING my stuff, plus their delivery fee to bring it back to me. This company was so professional. The young men I spoke to named Dave and the rest of his coworkers accommodated all of my needs and assured me my home was safe in their hands. I have boasted for this company to friends and family who are planning a move of their own home.
Wonderful and fabulous service. JB sr, Tracy, matseo, Alex and Dave knew exactly what needed to be done. Our furniture and everything else was securely packed and marked for where's it's going in our new home. Prior to the move Dan came out three times to assure me of what would happen. This company went above and beyond what I expected.
I had a great experience with All My Sons. I am currently working with Charlie and his team on a move of 76 units and they have definitely gone above and beyond for the tenants. JB, Brandon, Steven, and the rest of the crew that has been working with them work hard, fast and are personable. The pricing is fair and they show up on time. We've completed 15 moves and the service has been fantastic. I look forward to continue working with this crew during our renovation project.
