As one of the only Tesla Certified shops in the area I had to bring both of my Model 3s here for service. The first time was after being rear ended on the freeway; I was away from home for a month, but Zack kept communication via phone calls and email consistent and always called the same day there was a change. The second time was even better. Zack again maintained absolute professionalism and constant communication.
The ladies in the front office are a breeze to work with and I never had a sense of being put on hold or passed off any time I had a call. They were always knowledgeable about where Zack was with my vehicle and could answer most questions I had immediately.
As a nice bonus, Enterprise has a work station on site so I was able to get a rental during repairs pain free and without leaving the shop. WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR BODY WORK!!!
