Paul Gonzalez gave outstanding customer service and the ladies inside also. Service was fast and exceptional through phone calls and emails they kept me abreast of my vehicles progress. And they even detailed my truck when i came to pick it up! GREAT JOB!!!!!
I took my Mercedes SLK280 in for repairs from an incident that had occurred at a gas station, I had been clipped by someone trying to pull into a pump, anyway, they did an excellent job on the repairs, and while I had the car there I had them address a few door dings which they did flawlessly, my little car is black, so it really shows any minor flaw in the surface, I must tell you I am very impressed with the repairs, the quarter panel and tail light were pretty much a straightforward repair, which I was sure would be done without fault, however the door dings and one in my trunk lid, I was not real sure about, as I said my car is black so it is not forgiving at all as far as reviling surface flaws, they did a Perfect repair on everything, I am very pleased with the results, I highly recommend this shop for body work, Very Pleased.

Wow! That is the one word i think of when i think of this shop. I have gone to a few shops and this one was the one that impressed me the most. They did everything to get my car in and out as quick as possible. All while making sure it was 100% done correctly. I was helped by Kevin, and let me say he is a wonder. I loved how he treated me as a customer, and didn't sound like he knew more than me, he made me feel like i could actually do the process with him, told me everything that would happen and i even asked questions and he answered them perfectly.
The ladies in the front were great too, they made sure i was taken care of and when i called in, i always got an answer. I was worried that it'd be the same story as the other body shops i had used, where since my car wasn't the newest car, they didn't really seem to care about it, but here they made sure that i knew they would take care of my car. I for sure will be using this body shop in the future when i need another repair, you've earned my recommendation too! Thanks for everything Kevin and All Foreign & Domestic Body Shop!

Let's start with the customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable respectful and on point. From the ladies behind the desk to Marcus my adjuster and everyone that worked on my car toget it repaired and back to me fast and well done guys. I felt like I bothered him alot lol. I've taken my car here twice and I have received excellent service both times. Both times was better than I expected. They go an extra mile for their clients. I received my car fixed and I was given some helpful service tips. I also needed another car part that I was putting off because I didn't have time to research it and they were nice enough to find the part for me at a great deal. The communication was excellent too. They called me with any updates. My car was ready when I expected. I gave it about a week because it was my bumper and hood they had to order the original from BMW and they had to paint match. And pretty much it was ready in a week. The rental was provtaken care of there. So happy with the service. Big thanks to Zack at AFD!

All Foreign & Domestic Body Shop did an outstanding professional job in repairing the damage to my daughter s vehicle which someone backed into damaging the right fender, headlight, etc. The vehicle was repaired in a reasonable amount of time by efficient, courteous, professionals. A rental car service is also available if needed via the Rental Car Company of your choice.

Wow! We were sent to the shop by our car insurance for a repair after a minor accident. The repair was well done in a timely manner; they called to update me on the process twice, and I was encouraged to bring the car back or call with any questions or concerns about the repair. It also had a lifetime warranty. The car looks brand new! But the true star at All Foreign and Domestic is their customer service! Dropping off the car was quick and easy. When I returned to pick up my car and drop off my rental, I had my colicky, overtired three-month-old in tow. The wait was a little longer because they were obviously busy. I was reassured several times by the people at the front counter that the crying was no problem. They waited until I had the baby calmed down and then brought the paperwork to me rather than calling me to the counter. Nancy was absolutely lovely! She finished my paperwork quickly, and even tucked my receipt into my purse for me. Then she insisted on loading my bags into my car. She helped me out to the car and even left a cold bottle of water in the cup holder for me! That level of care and customer service is so rare and impressive. We are definitely repeat customers, and I can't recommend this shop enough!
After being in a collision, I took my dodge dually pickup to this body shop. I was dreading the hassel of getting the truck fixed and I was prepared to deal with all the BS associated with auto repair. However, I was totally blown away by the great customer service I received at All Foreign & Domestic Body Shop. The staff was actually nice! And the repair manager called me multiple times to keep me informed. This is the first auto repair I've had where I actually felt my truck was in good hands. I wouldn't hesitate to give this place my highest recommendation. I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the repair.
