Very poor customer service. We bought a 2017 Heritage Glen 3 weeks ago and the slide in the bedroom has been leaking significantly since we got it. The hot water line is leaking into the storage compartment. We have called 3 times and left voicemails without ever getting a call back, even from their warranty department. The first time my husband called they stated they would be sending someone right out to fix it. 3 weeks later and no one has shown, not even a phone call. Such a shame you spend a large amount of money to have such poor quality customer service. Would not recommend buying from these guys.

All American is great! We called them on Tuesday following the holiday and on Friday morning we taking home our new Toy Hauler. They took the time to walk us through all of the devices and uses on our camper. Flawless sales and customer service.

Very painless buying experience. After 4months of shopping around, found what we were looking for at a great price.

Living hours away they made the process simple. We were able to do everything over phone and make one trip to pick up our camper. Would highly recommend!

Worked with Ruth who is really a breath of fresh air in terms of Sales associates. Didn t try to upsell me on anything, didn t push extended warranties, hitch set ups, nothing like that. I live 3 hrs away, put the deposit down two weeks before pick-up over the phone and the first time seeing it in person was pick-up day. Everything went smooth in terms of logistics, the trailer was perfectly prepped and inside the building for the walk around/inspection upon my arrival. Don t think I ve Ever had a buying experience like this. Thanks Ruth and George (finance guy) for this smooth buying experience.

Very bad experience me & my husband went to look at possibly trading in our camper but we didn't realize we would need a down payment so the salesman had told us that when we were SERIOUS that he would submit our information & didn't even take any info except our name....SERIOUS I thought we were serious when we came in to possibly trade ours in!!!! I think the salesman need to take their CUSTOMERS serious!!! And not be so lazy(get out from behind the desk) Needless to say we won't EVER be back!!!

Now 3 years ago we purchased our 2nd RV and upgrad...

Now 3 years ago we purchased our 2nd RV and upgraded with All American...just as with our 1st purchase they were absolutely fantastic.

Recently when traveling cross-country they still helped us when we had an issue with our air conditioner and need help connecting to another Rt. 66 network dealer.

They not only stand by you in your purchase but all these years later, thanks George Ott and Ruth Korowin-you guys rock!!

"We purchased our first RV. We cannot say enough about Todd Lacy, our salesman, Ed Beers the finance lead and the rest of the entire team: Ruth, Gary, Darrell and Mike - they were all wonderful. We drove from another state to purchase our RV from them and you just cannot compare their service. It's a family owned and operated dealer and you can tell because everyone says hello and means it and helps folks as soon as they walk in the store. All the staff at All-American Coach they were total straightforward and just really great to us. Because we were traveling and they needed to work on our car and getting the hitch set up - Todd even lent us a car to take our kids for lunch. I cannot say enough about how great these people were to us. Would not think twice about buying from them again!"

This in my 2nd travel trailer I purchased with All American Coach and both times my experience has been outstanding! Both the sales people and technicians who walk you through your purchase are friendly and are experts in explaining your trailer to you. I wouldn t purchase a trailer anywhere else.

I had a very positive experience with the all American coach company. I felt that they had the answers to all my questions and were very knowledgeable with their products. My purchase went very smoothly and I would buy from again.

Purchase a new trailer from them over a year ago, needless to say, right out of the gate I had issues. Power brake controller was improperly installed, after some googling, I found it wired improperly and I fixed it myself. Improper inspection allowed the camper to be released with a leaky potable water tank, belly filled with water. AAC's answer for the repair was to cut the whole water barrier out and tape up. Barrier came loose and shredded on first long trip. AAC's response "Take it back to Manufacturer in Indiana". Hard to argue with that, I wouldn't let them work on a bicycle, let alone my truck or trailer.
