Lets just say the company owners are always on tv news time

I bought your Smithfield 33 1/3 less salt picnic ham and was totally dissatisfied and disappointed as it is very stringy and mostly bone and fat. I have hypertension so the less salt has been a choice. I have bought in previous years which were good but last year and this year it has gotten progressively worst. My misfortune was to buy 2, never again.
