My wife has been going to neon for more than 7 months now, she suffers from back spasms but also has seizures, doctor put my wife on a medication yesterday wife had seizures all night!!! I am pissed!!!!
Worst Place to come. If your walking in, expect to wait 4 hours before you can be seen. If you have an appointment, expect to be waiting an hour. People at the front desk when you go upstairs are rude and they work slow. And they do not care about how long you have been waiting to be seen. The doctor will be expecting you and go straight to lunch and then take their time calling in patients. I would not recommend anyone to come here.
We went to clinic to ask for refund which we were told not suppose to pay, but the front dest made me wait and called someone to talk to me that WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT!
Had to go to the Hough Clinic with 60 yr old friend from the Congo who has hypertension. Her BP range was extremely high for past two weeks. She s also been c/o headaches. We arrived close to 8 pm. Admitting staff was very cordial and wanted us to understand policy of costs of treatments and services. We did not have all the necessary documents to proof zero income from sponsor. But sponsor still wanted her seen and treated. Admitting secretary was very helpful. She got us through the process quickly and efficiently. The medical staff was waiting for us and saw my friend immediately. It was a problem easily correctable. We appreciate the efficiency and professionalism of the staff at Hough clinic. Thank you.
There are frequently long waits. Once waited and hour only to be told my appointment had been cancelled. The good thing is they will treat you whether or not you have insurance. The have dentist and podiatrist as well as general practitioners and pediatricians. There is also a pharmacy and a WIC office.
Great dentist for when you're in pain with a toothache! Waiting time is a little long! Like the fact you can come in as a walk in!
Newly remodeled and newer staff have really turned this place around they are very professional and knowledgeable. In the past i had probs with billing other than that they always gave great care

When I arrived I was told they'd changed the doctor from the one I asked for and moved my appointment to another location without telling me. After driving over and waiting for hours, I never got to see the doctor.

When Someone Is Violated Against, They Expect You To Keep Quiet About It Instead Of Leaving A Complaint In The Complaint Box, Unethical And Unprofessional. They Also Discuss Patients Information Aloud Breaking Patient Confidentiality Against HIPPA' s Policy. Need New Workers, Its Sad, And Pathetic . Patients Leave Furious Because Of Unfriendly Manners And Unprofessionalism. Please Do Better For The People And As Representation Of The Company.
I dropped off a urine sample about 2 weeks ago I drove back there about 5 days ago the results were not in so I just called about a week later and they have no idea what happened to my sample like it just disappeared and no one will give me a straight answer about what happened to it

Ford is great her assistant not so much..Next time i go if she is assisting im gonna reschedule..Im not sure why she acts this way u would think she was in charge and not a 12 month graduate of the dental ASSISTING program..Other than her Everything was good..But twice i went and she was Nasty..
