Very nice place when the weather is good. Waterfront good food place for kids to play garden a good place to spend time

This is great place for conducting Seminars and Meetings

But bit far from Metro stations (Metro is 15 - 20 Min walkable distance)

It's rated as a five star hotel. But was more of a three star hotel. The decor and infrastructure of the ground floor is impressive. We stayed in a classic room king. Quite a small room. It could've been better planned. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. Hospitality in the dining area was warm, friendly and very good. Front desk / Reception staff were not so good. When I checked-in they didn't greet, smile or have any those little courtesies that's expected from a good hotel. I think 3 star hotels in Dubai fare better. Same goes for the person who 'helped' with our luggage. Hope they improve in this sector. Two stars mainly for the bad reception.

Christmas Brunch was not good at all, it was an outdoor seafood open buffet and the food was full of flies.
2 stars because of previous years experience which we had the buffet indoor

Nice hotel near Dubai airport, the atrium opens up into a beautiful space with seating and a cafe. There is a small gift shop as well.
I was there for a conference and the facilities were nice, but I did not stay in a room.

Very good looking hotel, clean, good service, nice breakfast, great swimming pool and beautiful lobby. Our room was very big!! Bedroom, living area with separate balkony. Nice welcoming surprise inside and fresh fruit with water. I'll be back for sure.

The stay was exquisite. Fine dining, personal service, room service, personal+room service, and the wifi was just marvelous. Also, Al-Mabhouh seemed to also enjoy his stay. If only he could leave such a glowing review.

I was there for an emergency conference, and the hotel was clean the valet parking was really nice and the stuff were helpful, i asked one guy to bring me phone charger and he helped me within minutes, there coffee is good , the food was international but not that good .

Wow really WOW. 5 star extravagance. Had a lovely stay at this superb hotel. The food was fantastic and catered to a wide range of culinary tastes. The desserts were simply too delicious and wish we had more space in our tummies to taste all that was available.

We stayed the last weeks in the roda al bustan. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff is perfect. Everybody tries to give you the feeling that you are " at home " here and they succeed in their efforts. Some people are really occupied to give you a nice time in this hotel, and a men as "Issam "from the reception takes care of everything to make your stay beautiful. The rooms are perfect and we want to thank some people as miss Corazona, miss Mariam, mister Alok and Dayanan for the perfect job from housekeeping. Just a perfect place to visit Dubai and to enjoy your holiday. Albert

A few minutes from Dubai Airport. You will be surprised from the Lobby very big looks like a Shopping Mall. Special thanks for Front Desk Staff. I found extremely pleasant and professional Front Desk Staff. Lovely breakfast. Comfortable nicely furnished clean rooms. My reservation nicely been updated for a Suite. I look forward to visit again at this hotel.

Last night I have dined in your famous steakhouse , unfortunately and sadly a lot of things has changed , the steakhouse is not that five star restaurant anymore , service was not there , our steak was not 300 gm , it was over cooked , most of the starters were not available and I was charged 920/- for it ! I did not want to make any statement/ comments in the restaurant because I had a guest with me and wanted everything to go normal .its a pity to see that .

You feel as if you are in alhamra palace in Spain. But you are in Dubai. Near dubai International Airport. I was thier for conference. But did not use thier rooms

Place next to home !!! SURAFEL , he made our dinning even more excellent with good guest service . Rooms are so clean and tidy and all the facilities they provide are up for full relaxation , a few upon them is gym, sona bath etc . As a suggestion try to put up good chef for indian dishes to make itnlike indian .

The hotel is an old glory that definitely deserves a good refurbishment. The best actual asset is the very convenient location only 4 minutes of drive away from dubai airport terminal 3. Good for early departure and late arrival. The rooms are classic but very old fashion, bathroom are on the same side. We only got 1 set of towels even being 2.. there is a wide margin of improvement...

Makan Restaurant one of my favourite palaces to enjoy sea food buffet. All staff in the restaurant are friendly in the restaurant

We attend for arabic event we bought the higher ticket but they place us in the last table, besides the camera stands and the sound mixer, never deal with them again

One of the older 5 star hotels in Dubai, Roda Al Bustan is well known for hosting large get togethers in their well appointed Ball Room and other meeting rooms. It's a 'feel good' kinda place.

Where do I start????? From arrival to departure I could not have wished for a better stay. The beautiful Eliza checked us in and was very informative of all the facilities. We had a half board package that included dinner in makan restaurant. The food was superb very varied and plentiful. The restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming especially akhil and safiya who always found time to chat no matter how busy they were. Room clean and functional with spacious bathrooms and comfortable bed. Would 100% recommend to anyone. We will be back to visit again. David and Lorna room 214

I gave 2 stars because of the good location, other than that nothing to make me go back to this hotel. Check in time was late, they kept us waiting for more than 1 hour, and did not say sorry for that. Not only us got angry about their service, some Emirates complained and wanted to get cancellation. The receptionist was not helpful and kind at all. So far, this is the worst hotel in Dubai that we ve have stayed.

Been there for Friday Grand brunch. It was really grand. They are maintaining high standards in terms of the quantity and service.

Have a large place for holding conference and the food provided is good. The service is good and the related facilities (like, microphone, projector, audio... etc) are available and easy to use. The washrooms are big, clean and beautifully decorated.

Close to the airport, strictly ok transit hotel. Came here as Emirates had put me up in this hotel as my connecting flight was 14 hours later.

I thought the room amenities and decor was very basic. Didn't feel like a 5 star, but more a 4 star hotel. I suggest using the hotel as a base to tour Dubai, if you have a chance. The location is quite convenient.

Got the Christmas Turkey and it was amazing. Very very tasty. Huge turkey spray roasted potatoes mixed veg gravy stuffing and cranberry sauce and it only cost 350. Will worth it. Good job

A 4.5 star property with a 5-star staff:

The title comes mostly from the hotel equipment itself. While this is a lovely property, the structure is showing its age and things just don't work as well anymore.

First, the lackluster:
Small things are starting to wear out and it s just part of hotel wear and tear. I had two rooms in two days and both had the same issues. The shower handles are very loose, so much so that they can come off, making turning the water on or off difficult. In one room, the water would not fully shut off and the shower head dripped all night. Closing the door solved the problem, but the loose handle made it so the water could not be fully stopped. Speaking of showers, which designer sold hotels on the half shower door concept and how did anyone think this was a good idea?!?!? In so many hotels I ve stayed at, they never block in water and leak around the back, down the inside, and out the bottom. This hotel has them, so be sure to ask housekeeping for extra towels to place on the floor and soak up all the water everywhere outside of the tub.
In both rooms, the main switch turns off all the power at the outlets by the bed. This makes plugging in things like phones or medical devices (CPAP machines, etc.) almost impossible. If you leave the main switch on and turn off all the lamps manually, the outlets then work, but there is one accent light in the entry that cannot be shut off except by the main switch. Small issues, yes, but something that should be updated for a modern traveler.

Next, the great:


Small things here and there aside, I would certainly consider staying there again.

The overall experience at the hotel was very welcoming. The hotel hosted our wedding ceremony which was done with extremely good care and attention. The management staff, especially Ms. Engy and Mr. Maher were extremely cooperative and ensured that all our specifications were met, along with the ground staff, who were personable.
It was a wonderful experience for our guests as well as us.
Our stay here was also a memorable one, with great hygiene standards.

An improvement point would be regarding the promptness of room service.
