I am a person who pays special attention to people who do their job well. I was served by Vincent who took his time to answer my many questions and concerns. Communication was clear and quick call returns. The delivery deadlines were respected, all the goods were there and this in good condition. Small flat, an accessory differed from my order, after having mentioned it, it corrected everything without making a story, respectfully. It was easy to do business with them. Thank you! :)

Excellent fast service and intentioned this business and these employees take to heart the customer's satisfaction whether for sale or for after-sales service it is always nice to be received at home.

No good service. The coin guy always looks stupid,...

No good service. The coin guy always looks stupid, does nothing to help. You have to push it to have the minimum. I had to return twice, to finally ask for a refund. During my last visit, he acted like that with all the customers, even a lady with a pump problem, he gave her the phone to make it alone !!!! We expect a lot for nothing, meanwhile another guy is talking with the cashier .... Service rotten, I advise you to go shopping elsewhere.

Very disappointed with this place. No recognition from the staff, not even a look or a hello as I passed by 2 vendors who '' jasait ''. One described a client's attitude using crude words about her.
I was storing a shower faucet and there was no price to post for those items that were installed on the wall.

My experience has been extremely disappointing both in terms of human and shopping. I told myself that I would never come back.

The store is beautiful, the products are beautiful, the advisers (s) friendly, but it stops there, do not count on a lot of service once your bill paid.

If you have the opportunity, do business directly with suppliers, or buy in department stores, at least there if there is a problem they do not scroll.

If you have to buy in this shop, a tip, do not pay your entire bill before you have received everything, and checked that everything was in order, piece by piece. The store obviously does not perform any quality control on the products received, and if there is a problem or if parts are missing, after some semblance of support on their part, you will have to take care of yourself the problem with the supplier is his fault after all! And be ready to give reminders, because the store carries out very little follow-up. And if you are looking for any compensation from the store, you can still run. In our case, we arranged ourselves with a supplier to have compensation, and we are still waiting for the settlement of another problem on another product bought at the same time, 2 months later, it is far from 'to be settled and again no news from the store since 1 month, we will certainly still manage it by ourselves with the supplier ...

So, Decoration 25, I understand that I'm only a small customer who has spent only "a few" thousand dollars at home, but seriously, Decoration 25, apart from being a showroom, what are you using ?!

I have spent 3 times in total in the last few mont...

I have spent 3 times in total in the last few months ... once a room, good atmosphere and good service .. twice in the showroom .. There does not seem to be any standard when it comes to service to the customer. The first time, a young lady is busy with me (little black haired and glasses). Very kind, she answered a few questions to finally invite me to come see her if I needed more information. I was just visiting the room to make me ideas '' Reno ''.

The SECOND time in the showroom ... nightmare ouffff. The advisor (the kind '' matante '' clearly lacked professionalism .. she did not put me in trust and seemed lost in its product codes .. it was laborious. first time .. I am going to buy elsewhere later I find it sad to see that a service can be as different from one advisor to another ... yet in an environment where we do business with the public .. you have to have some standards, some interpersonal skills, professionalism and others.

Is it too much to expect quality service from a place that once had such a good reputation?
