I gave 2 stars because of the good location, other than that nothing to make me go back to this hotel. Check in time was late, they kept us waiting for more than 1 hour, and did not say sorry for that. Not only us got angry about their service, some Emirates complained and wanted to get cancellation. The receptionist was not helpful and kind at all. So far, this is the worst hotel in Dubai that we ve have stayed.
