The overall experience at the hotel was very welcoming. The hotel hosted our wedding ceremony which was done with extremely good care and attention. The management staff, especially Ms. Engy and Mr. Maher were extremely cooperative and ensured that all our specifications were met, along with the ground staff, who were personable.
It was a wonderful experience for our guests as well as us.
Our stay here was also a memorable one, with great hygiene standards.

An improvement point would be regarding the promptness of room service.
