A nice little casino with a hotel are the only one that I've found that takes dollar bills in the slots!!

Had a massage at 6:30 pm. The cigarette smoke is all installed while trying to enjoy the massage never again.

Enjoyable and fun place to play and eat with friends.

First off, we went for BINGO on a stormy evening and it was a blast ! I won first game- 200.00+. The place was at most, 1/4 full. !!!
Cost me, about 40.00 for all specials and games. It was clean, yes, some smoking on the left side. I would imagine the smoking is pretty BAD

Filled to bursting with American Seniors. Not really worth crossing the border into Trumpistan for, although nothing really is. If you're there already, it's worth a visit

It was sad because all types of smoking apparatus acceptable. I have mild asthma, and cigar smoke was horrific ! Food buffet was amazing variety-wise !

Clean and hand sanitizer stations all over. No alcohol on the gaming floor. Lack of waitresses do get a drink. Extra tight slots.

Top notch gaming resort! The hotel is first class and the staff meet your needs before you knew you had needs!

Thanks a lot! When i was asked to give my credit card number to book a room with the Casino, they took down all of my information, including my credit card number, told me there was the room I wanted, and then I was put on hold and transferred. Once the person I was transferred to answered the other line, they began to tell me that no information was given or registered. I wanted to call back and get the name of the clerk who took down my information, and it would not be given out to me. I was also told that the call was not recorded, so no information could be traced back to the man i spoke to. This could be a total SCAM! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL!
PS. Terrible customer service given by LINDA. I suggest you stay at the Hotel next door. WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Have been here a few times. Weekends are REALLY crowded but if you can come on a weekday the crowd is much more manageable. There are A LOT of machines to choose from. So many I've got myself lost a few times! I've noticed that the more you come to play, the more rewards they give you They have several restaurants that range from buffet to fine dining. And if you happen to forget anything, and you're staying at the hotel, they have everything available to buy so you don't have to leave and run to a corner store. Highly recommend if you have the chance, it makes for a nice quick getaway.

Love to go and just relax however as everyone truly likes to win once in awhile but for the last 7 to 8 years I have not won a dime. I don't know if this just pure bad luck or what. What I do know is for the last 5 weeks on Wednesday hot seat night someone next to me gets picked. Anyway I can go on about this but I'm not going. Just one question I do have is with my slot play I get $7 and for silver stars I get nothing. I'll be back for sure as it's one place you can go and see different people. God bless to you all but most importantly stay safe!!!!

Had a great time. Plenty of games to choose from. Definitely will return. Will plan on staying at the hotel next trip.

They are very diligent as far as cleaning goes. Restaurant food was delicious and service was awesome

Two years ago I would win a few hundred every forth or fifth time i went now the odds of winning are 0. I don't mind losing but not evey time I go.

You can go in with 300.00 and can't even win enough to keep you playing for any length of time. However if you come from another state or country it's amazing how they seem to continually win. Yet when you put money in the machine your lucky if you can even win your bet back.

Disappointed. Every month another favorite game gone. Too, too many Asian ones.

Dinner for our wedding party was sooooo disorganized, tables weren't ready, the bill was all split and confusing, not happy, none of us were. Rooms nice, pool and spa nice.

Disappointed at the smoking sections and people walking everywhere with a cigarette in their hand even in no smoking areas

Not being able to drink alcohol while playing. It s bad enough not being able to smoke but there is no reason to take alcohol away when you can drink coffee and other beverages.

Beautiful place, staff is extremely friendly and so are the other people there...I highly recommend this place!!!

The casino was great, food was good but the service in the restaurant was very slow. We waited a half hour for coffee and an hour for our breakfast to come. Total before we could leave was 2 hours. It was busy but not over crowded and there was plenty of wait staff. Very disappointed At the service.

The rooms are very nice. A very clean place! Can't wait to go again.

Nice layout and a good variety of slots just too big an area for smoking.

The buffet was actually what drew us to the casino with the slot play being a bonus. I'm sure it is difficult to reinstate the buffet but it would attract a lot more visitors. I think servers could be utilized to serves food to people.

I went there to originally gamble, but after a few hours I went to the buffet and the service and food was terrible. I asked for a refund or even a voucher for a different restaurant and I was told since I already ate two bites of the food i couldn't get refunded. Awful food and service would not recommend.

Fun place. Service is very good . They just have to upgrade their food a notch.

U can't win at this place so tight I have not won at this cacino it is aweful spent three days could not win husband either back to foxwoods

why is it anytime you call to get a room ,even month in advance, they are not ready and when you call back a week later and have no rooms available, !!! so why offer rooms when you can not get one, I been trying for over 4 months to get a room, it's just not right, great let down!!!!

We just returned from our overnight stay on January 12. I am writing as our stay was quite disappointing, especially when paying a premium rate for a Deluxe room.

We checked in and went to the room briefly in the afternoon and found the toilet running continuously. We figured it might be filling slowly, so we left it. Upon our return at 9pm, the toilet was still running. We called the front desk and the issue was dealt with before our return at midnight. Thanks, however shouldn't housekeeping have noticed such and issue?

Upon our midnight return, we both wanted to shower before bed. We found the shower water temperature to be cold. When turned all the way to hot, the temperature was barely above the ambient and not comfortable for a shower. We also found that we had only two towels in the room. My wife uses prefers for body and another to wrap her hair, leaving us to have to wait and share.

At about 1:15am I attempted to call the front desk regarding these issues. I made two attempts with the line ringing for more than 5 minutes. No answer.

We woke again and took cold showers before checking out at the front desk. We weren't asked about our stay, so I assume that the front desk staff didn't care and we just left.

I have twice sent e-mails to the resort regarding these issues. No response has been received.

The facility is nice, however there is some lacking in service and maintenance - especially at the rates being charged.

Not very much a fan of this place just because of a US law casino usa taxes go see on net this information that i give you ........ unfair to Canada and other countries ..

We spent newyears here as a last resort after being kicked out of Canada. It was fun. Smelled like cigerates tho. @i_am_rhett
