Beautiful resort with friendly staff. Rooms are large and very nice.

This is the best casino around next to vegas wonderful atmosphere great people work there always pleasant.

We came out for the St. Patrick's day bingo with friends. I was surprised at how large the room was and with the difference types of tech they were offering. You could.follow along on the monitors or on your own separate device like a tablet. They had a separate section for smoking. They offered complimentary drinks (tea, coffee, soft drinks). They had place where you could order food (popcorn, candy, burgers, etc.). Bathroom facilities were in the main part of the casino, still conveniently placed. Handicap accessible. We had fun looking at all the different slot machines after bingo ended. It was a lot of fun. I recommend trying it out.

Great wedding venue, very clean and the staff was friendly. I didn't go into the casino. Will try for that next time.

Initial room price quoted in Canadian dollars was not respected, was $134 CDA but at check in it was$149 and the only way to get the $149 rate was to provide cash?? We were compensated with a free breakfast but the whole experience was very unpleasant.

Small intimate poker room, plenty of table games and slots are not so tight. You can use bothering US & Canadian money here.

Had alot of fun. Friendly staff and food in Rapids is very good.

Too much smell of tobacco everywhere. I got a very bad experience to be seated at the buffet. I went to eat at the buffet, the cashier asked me to waited to be seated. I stood for a few minutes. A man host stood about 10 feet away and he waved at me. I wasn't aware of that he waved at nevand asked me to walk to him. I stood there for a minute and look at him again.... he waved for a second time and asked me to walk towards him. I feel this is such a rude way to treat a guest to be seated. This man host shouldn't be a host if he is lazy to walk the guests to their seats. He wasn't smiling and did seem to enjoy his job.

I've worked there and played and stayed! Amazing standards here and entertainment. I almost got fired for not putting clean sheets on an unused bed when I worked housekeeping and making the bed!! It was unused, but the room was. So that's how strict they are. Dealt cards there.. hometown atmosphere. I had a ton of regulars and always amazing entertainment in the bar, thanks to Benny Herne!

Video Poker not very good. Poker dealers are not very good. Poker room manager not interested in opening Poker table even though we had 8 players ready to go when we asked him on a monday night. Note website says Poker opens at 4 or 5 pm on a Monday.But I have to add that the comps are good for slot players. Easy to get free room and free play.

Very clean hotel. Bed was comfortable and lots of pillows. Check in was quick and very polite.

Very nice hotel with indoor pool and spa, reasonably priced buffet.

The good: Slot pay decent; move around some pay better than others, good at giving away free offers they seem to come more often if you use your memebers card, great buffet with some traditional native dishes, great free self serve drink selection, cool building design on the inside, run by first nations. The bad: Canadian money not taken at tables, higher table minimums on weekends, expensive hotel during weekends. All in all the best casino near Ottawa, if you want just slots try OLG on Albion rd. Lac Leamy casino in Gatineau is terrible, expertly designed to make you loose and watch for the local police if you go there there are speeding cams and police hiding around desperate to give you a traffic ticket to add to your casino loses. Must be run by the mafia.

This place worst then fort drum all the money we spent couldn't even get nothing 3 bonus rounds on max bet won 7 to 9.dollars after losing 200 this place gone to the dogs

For a local area casino hotel, it is a decent place to visit. They are keeping up with the latest and offer decent amenities to their patrons.

Nice atmosphere, they had a free concert the night I was there, that was nice.
The players club, card point system seems like it has changed, I played B.J. for a period of time and got less than 60 points. I used to get close to 200 for the same period. I'm not sure what has changed.
It was still a fun time, and frankly, A.M.C. is the only game in town.

Great Casino with lot of tables and slots. One should check out the filet at the maple restaurant in the casino. Buffet is ok.. not the best food. Mostly older population playing at the slots and tables. You can play using Canadian or US.

Lost like always so that was nothing new. It's ok if you have time to waste and money to spare. If you don't I wouldnt recommend it.

Got the lunch buffet. Nothing too impressive. Top round beef was over cooked. It'd be a struggle to remember anything that really stood out. The staff was friendly; place was clean; parking ample. Only saw 1 black jack table.

Sat and slot machine for half hour and no one came around to take drink order. Very smokey.

Lose all the time. I used to win I have never been on such a losing streak. It's been over a year since I won a thing. Just returned home and cut up our player cards we will find a new place to go.

Got here after 12 hr. Drive room not ready saying 11/2 hr. Ok Time up still not ready another 1hr. Wait. Seen 30 people head to their rooms but none ready. Called while sitting by check in was told not giving out rooms yet . I then asked why 30 people just went to their rooms with bags once again told no rooms are ready yet. Guess i am blind i told them .....Still sitting no room no sleep. Come here every year spend 1000's guess what never again passed up Turning Stone guess what stopping their next year not here for vacation

This casino only one that doesn't help their native people. Bunch of high price for fake food.

Very nice casino and the buffet was superb! It was fun eating our dinner and watching people playing the slot machines. We are planning on staying the night our next visit!
