The smoking/non smoking sections aren't really enforced. The air filters is pretty good though. There are a ton of options, lowest table game bets are $5. Amazing rooms and the maple steakhouse is a must!

Had a great stay with the kiddos - always enjoy the pool and hot tub - staff could be a bit more friendly when asking the children to leave at 9. Starbucks is always a nice perk in the AM!

Was there often on vacation. Great Buffet and French onion soup in the restaurant. Oh... And fun on the Casino Floor and at the Bar!

Very clean but no one was there. The machines so tight.we wont be going back for awile

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and the amenities are great. The associated restaurants (particularly the buffet) are amazing, with delicious foods.

Truly an excellent experience. Great food! Gambling was amazing! My room was clean and the bathrooms and pool was awesome!

All staff including parking attendants are very very pleasant and sociable. My wife and I enjoy going there and are very welcomed not like the Casino in Ottawa.

It was fun to gamble and enjoy myself with all my friends!

We love going here when we're up north. We stay right next door at Days Inn. A very relaxing weekend. We eat at the Harvest Room.

Room was beautiful, hot tub needs some repairs, pool was nice. Slots where fun, service was as expected.

The quality and presentation of the food at Stick's was horrible. I've tried all the buffet as well, not much better.

Great room and service but the pool bottom dirty and the hot tub was so filthy we couldn't go in it. Very disappointing

Had a very good time with my wife and staff were very polite when we were playing games asked if we needed anything was our first time will do it again soon

Everything was awesome I love the iconic Starbucks I love the pool and the food at the buffet is good, the only thing I don't like is if you're staying at the casino the elevator is on the other side of the building. I would much prefer if there was another one directly at the casino entrance.

Very nice room. Free coffee, a mini fridge, plenty of tv channels. And a a great pool to do your swimming laps.

Love coming here, just to get away. The hotel is very nice, ( when i can stay over). I love the pool and jacuzzi i can really relax. The food in all restaurants satisfies and Win or lose it's always fun.

I just spent 4 hours at the Casino (10/25/20 ) and I was impressed with the Covid19 counter-measures that they have inplace and practice. I would say I haven't seen any business or facility do it better. I felt secure there and enjoyed the table games being opened also. I also liked not having inside smoking.

Always have.fun but you need to loosen up your machines. Not many winning even little amounts. Takes all the fun out.of it.

I lost $70 but something about the place made me not care.

Could use a better rewards program for locals (bring back the birthday meal for the blue tier.... the whole family went to eat!)

There is not a good service on the floor there is not a big variety of machine and the buffet inside the Casino is really not good to discourage

It a shame to go up there and not win me and my girl friend go up to your place st least twice a week and spend anywhere to four to five hundred dollars each time and can't win anything we love the place but we loked yo win once in awhile I don't need to win the jackpot but a little something now we play lottarea use to be able to get free spin on them can't now so some thing is wrong we play the quarter machine over next to the bar you might win sixty to eighty dollars but it takes right back we play quick hits no luck I no you have to make money to keep the place running but it get discouraging we play other machine to in the back room so we wont be coming back for awhile we can't afford to play the five dollar machine we are social disabled so we don't have alot you probably don't really care about this just wanted to let you how we ferl

Rooms are always nice. What is hated among my family is the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. Really should make smoking AND non smoking sections. Food buffet was also great. We have stayed at least three times.

Love coming here with my friends sometimes just for a few hours and other times we are there for days depends on our luck i suppose but its always fun and the buffet is amazing. Not to mention there wonderful hotel rooms with astonishing service. 9/10 would recommend checking this out.

All but the nasty one that Informed me I was 15 minutes early and couldn't check in with a huge attitude!!

Sticks bar was packed and our greeters and seater's originally forgot about us. But we got our favorite seats and enjoyed a great meal and a great UFC fight.

Took my money is why they get 3 stars lol, but really this rating is higher, was alot of fun

For being a fairly new hotel was not I pressed rooms are horrible and politeness of the staff at check in were rude and uncalled for and gave me a king suit for a family of 6 as if that would work when were supposed to ha e a double bed room....said they had nothing else to offer to get me into to accommodate. Our needs. Then after saying had nothing offered me something diff for a crazy high rate and for 1 night the room they just gave me was a joke and between staff being rude like it was my fault we pre booked something different...just not impressed at all as far as the hotel goes....casino is fun and enjoyable...couple of places to eat were good...overall rating is poor for what its made out to be to what it actually is...not impressed for money goes in this place should be alot nicer

Beautiful, clean hotel. Perfect beds, delicious dine in. I'm okay with losing all of my money because the food was great, as well as the other amenities.

The place is going downhill. Not like it use to be. Hotel rooms are nice but bring your own toiletries. You'll be lucky if they stock some for you.
