We, too, always looked over the coupons we would receive from your casino. I (not my husband) have received one coupon in the last 2 years and it was for a piddly $7. That isn't even worth the 3 hour trip over. The smoke is terrible in there. Your "no smoking" section is a joke since it was right in the middle of the "smoking" sections. People were bringing their ashtrays into the no smoking section and nothing was said from the workers even when they watched the smokers do it.

We enjoy going to the casino in Oxford because it is smoke free and the people are very friendly. We hope to visit your place of business again but we will make sure we bring gas masks. If you ever do change your policy to No Smoking, I hope you spread the great news to your customers.

I wouldn't go out of my way to visit again, and you pretty much have to go out of your way to get there.
The usual collection of machines and tables.
I had one issue that stood out. My Wife and sat at the bar and ordered a beer. it was served in a nice glass. We played the video poker machines at the bar for a few minutes then left the bar to play some other machines. A little while later we were stopped by a security guard who told us that glassware was not permitted on the gaming floor. I thought this was odd, but told him we would go back to the bar and get the plastic cups they do allow on the floor. The security guard felt it was necessary to follow us back to the bar. Seriously... We are not children. That kind of treatment would definitely prevent me from returning.

We like the casino. It has a good, reasonably priced buffet and sports bar. Have not eaten at the high end restaurant. There is a good mix of slots and table games. Piped in music is good too. Player's club is generous and has good give aways. Only complaint is the smoke. Plenty of poker machines to play too.

This is the 2nd time I have eaten in the new buffet, the first time the food was not good and the choices very limitied for 17.95 but I chalked it up to the new opening. Tonight I tried it again, and was once again disappointed. The mashed potatoes looked like they had been overheated in the steam table, no choices of vegetables. There was fried chicken but no poultry gravy. The prime rib ( though cooked nicely) had absolutely no flavor. You were out of potato salad and other cold salads and the shrimp was quite mushy. With the new hotel and renovations you may have considered hiring a pastry chef, the frozen deserts served in the aluminum pans is are a joke and so are the canned puddings. We need some class in this north country, but this buffet does nothing to help. I paid 17.95 for a bowl of soup and some garlic pasta ( the only thing that was edible)

I go often and today was the first time I left very disappointed , at Sticks took ten minutes to get waited on, placed order with a appetizer , 25 minutes appetizer and dinner arrived together! She told us it was put right in which after biting in my onion rings they were cold so she left them out back for who knows how long , besides that the food was very good , just poor service

Here's the difference between a state-run casino and Akwesasne Mohawk Casino. slot machines are more generous and their 'club privileges' programs are very generous, '' free '' room and cash gift credit and more.
In Quebec the government has a monopoly on alcohol and the lottery which includes casinos when crossing the border the difference is clear $$.
Casinos in the United States are run like a 'business' where you want the customer to come back.
The staff are very friendly and very helpful, however, there is a little carelessness in the bathrooms and the food at the buffet .
