The casino is good and really nice.but as far as the hotel i wouldnt recomend it .thier crooks.weve gotten free rooms in the mail and out of all of them (4).we only used one.every time we call to use the rooms we had there was nothing avialable. So finally we called and booked a room and over the phone they couldnt find our promo free room under my bfs name. I told them we havent been there since last yr 2017. I gave her the promo code.and she said heres what whell do. Just come in and make sure you have the promo code with you and whell take it she then goes to say oh we need a visa just to hold ur room. I asked before i gave her my number i said yous arent charging my visa right. She explained no we just need it to hold ur room. So i gave it to her n she sent the confirmation to my email. Everything was fine. That was a manager i dealt with.the next day we travel all the way from montreal with my the toddlers and my bf. We get there and they say we cant take this its no more good i said what do u mean the girl said she would take it theres NO expiration date on it!.she says well we already tpok the money off ur visa for the room r u still going to take it . Seeing as it was a long ride and kids were excited to stay i just said yes not even knowing how muvh the room was costing.once we settled i checked my online banking and they took 307!! Off my visa without my permission .i checked thier email con firmation and it said no money requested from visa and 0 paid. So i called the room explaining they had no right to take that money its money i dont even have.and if i talked to a so called manager yesterday they shoulda known that if the coupon wasnt fpr this mo th its no more good and on the coupon there is no expiration date on. It DOESNT say to be used in x amount of time. They coulda told me something b4 i traveled 2 hrs away with 3 toddlers . So with much argeuing they agreed to charge me 99 dollars for a room abd cause my bf wasnt a tribal memer but i AM! they needed to add a 10 dollar occupency fee. So the room was 109 n theyd give 25 free slot play. I get home and the next day i go to find the 307 went thru on my visa and they didnt reenburse me and they say o still owe 10 dollars to them on a mistake they made once again .i pay for a room i shpuldnt have even paid for and they still have the nerve to even say i owe 10 more dollars and on the new written recipe with the new price it says they took the 10. Never agaon will i stay with crooks!!!!.and also i know the calls r recorded and when i told them to listine to my call when i called cause all thier calls r recorded!!! They wpuldnt they refused and just ingnored my request. I gave them the date an axact time i called! I told them theyd know why im so upset if theyd listine to the call n see what was said.also have the nerve to say ill be getting a letter in mail from a collections agenncy for 10 dollars!!!!
