Emails are not responded to. If you call them "they are working on it". Try for 2.5 weeks via A.J. Loots to replace my ventilation box, but how exhausting it is to get in touch with this company. Internal communication runs past each other. Contact via the telephonists also leaves a lot to be desired. One of the ladies (D.) is not helpful at all and knows nothing about: "It is best to call back tomorrow when my colleague is back," standard answer. This does not invite you to do business.
