Excellent doctors and nurses very very caring staff. We have been going there for probably 25 years now my wife and myself and we would never ever change. Many different test can be performed right in the office including blood work we would highly recommend this to anybody
This is by far the best doctor s office I have ever been a patient in. All the staff goes above and beyond for their patients. Shoutout to Melissa for being so sweet helpful every time I go in! Definitely recommend these guys.
I just recently came from a doctor visit from so called Dr. Tatyana Aliyeva and I must say I have been to a total of five doctors in one year and She makes all of them look like angels in comparison. She was the absolute worst experience I have had. She completely treated me like I was a nut case and prescribed me Xanax. She made my whole first experience very uncomfortable and made me feel like it s all in my head. I understand there are people that suffer from mental illness but for her to just write me off as a person who is suffering from anxiety instead of hearing my concerns and real life ailments is ridiculous and unprofessional. She has no bedside manner. Others may have had better experience with her but mine was terrible. I don t usually write reviews but she was so bad I felt the need to do just what I am doing.
I have been trying to get on a patient portal for a year and a half (off and on). This week I tried again. The Staff I have spoken to have not treated me like a valued customer , who has a serious health issue and needs to have the patient portal work. The Staff has done somethings but definitely not gone out of their way to assist. I acknowledge Cassandra who is a nurse for being the one who has gone out of her way.
My issue is resolved and I thank Phani and Eli for their help.
I am having a difficult time accessing my patient info via the portal. I have left numerous messages with my physician's assistant, called the front desk and send emails. I very happy with Doctor Liu, but the follow up :(
I have been seeing Dr. Barish for several years now, and she it always thorough, knowledgeable about current treatments, caring, kind and professional. She listens to me intently regarding my health and concerns and gives great advice. I feel very comfortable with her at all times. Her staff is wonderful, helpful, and can ask any question I may have. They are always prompt with renewing my prescriptions. I would recommend, and have, to anyone I know.
I have been seeing Dr Cohen as my Primary Care Physician for more than five years, and can't imagine anyone else doing such a phenomenal job. His bedside manner is superb and his nearly 50 years of experience as a doctor serve him well in diagnosing and treating; regardless of how bad I feel going in to his office, Dr Cohen always makes me feel 10 times better when I leave! He also has a wonderful and warm support staff, who have helped me greatly with all aspects of my health management and care, especially when obtaining critically-needed referrals for treatment. Personal Physician Care of Delray Beach....and specifically Dr Cohen.....are where you want to go if you need a PCP or just health care management expertise - they are the best!
After moving here 6 months ago. I chose this facility and a certain Dr. to be my Prim Care. I never had the chance to see her, only a RNP and after todays call from the actual doctor of choice (which was 6 hrs late), I decided to cut my losses with this facility. They obviously don't need my business nor do they deserve it. I have experienced front desk problems, unreturned calls for days, lack of communication from Dr.s Assistants, (2) occassions when the doctor failed to call me at an appointed time for a telehealth appointment and today she called me back at 3 pm for what was supposed to be a 9am telehealth call. Their excuses are always lame and no one takes responsibility for their lack of respect for other peoples time. I once sat outside with 10 other people to have bloodwork done and we all had 8AM appointments. Whoever was in line first was the first one to get service. They finally open the doors at 8:30. Proceed with this facility at your own risk. I can't imagine being elderly and having to rely on them. Hopefully they will get their stuff together.
Although the DR is very good - the staff never answer phones, no one can help in any situation - always to busy and takes weeks to get appointments will be looking to change Dr's.
This is the worst office. They never answer the phone, and when they do they cannot help. I have a doctor's appointment somewhere else on 4/20/21 - i have left 11 voicemails to have my records forwarded starting on 3/3/2021 and they still have not been forwarded and nobody answered the phone. it has been like this for 3 years. My doctor also has no idea who i am when i get there and doesnt even read my chart to familiarize themselves with my medical history. Glad to be done
