Awesome experience!service was fast.even had free car wash with our free oil change:) BUT it wasnt such a pleasing wait for us especially when your sitting and relaxing while waiting and you hear one staff of theirs who wasnt very nice to another staff. This poor chinese man who seems very nice just looked embarass how we can hear that another staff bully him. He could be the boss but my boss never had treated me like that. Words of sarcasm,critism,unecessary comments and control from that white guy.(fyi: that chinese man drove that pilot so much better than he did):) anyway, other than that drama Honda airdrie gives good service!!:)

Generally not one that's favourable of car dealerships but Airdrie Honda is exceptional. I live downtown Calgary but make the commute up for service. Just honesty with no sales pitch. I see myself getting my next Honda there in the future.

I had an amazing experience with Airdrie Honda. This was my very first car, and they have been more than helpful choosing the best option for me by taking into account my preferences and what I actually need in a car (useful). Unlike other dealers that I've talked to, they recommend options that are beneficial for me in the long run vs. selling products to make money. The salesmen, Bernie Put, and financial manager, Wayne, were very helpful and always there to help. Bernie is very good at what he does! He is genuine and made me feel comfortable and confident in my choices. Wayne made sure that I was exposed to any car protection and financial situation that were available. Great team I would say. Would recommend getting a car with Airdrie Honda!!

I love Airdrie Honda . We bought our first Honda CR-V 2019 from here and got the best deal comparative to all the locations in calgary , even in Okoktoks .sales guy chinonso Charles went above and beyond to make us happy and even manager helped us in Everyway possible to make it a best deal . And today when I was here for the first service at service department guy named ziad went above and beyond to help me . I can t imagine I got best customer service ever in my life .i love this place and would recommend it to everyone .

After walking out on another Honda dealership in Calgary, we were very satisfied with our experience at Airdrie Honda. Joe took very good care of us. We would highly recommend both Joe Luna and Airdrie Honda.

We made multiple visits to Airdrie Honda to browse prospective vehicles for my dad and Bernie Put was always very patient with us and took the time to follow up and answer any questions we had. We didn't feel pressured at any time during the process to make a rash decision, instead Bernie took the time to address any concerns we had and was very knowledge with the vehicle line. We were always warmly greeted at the door and left feeling confident we were in good hands with Bernie. I would definitely recommend Bernie to anyone interested in getting a new vehicle.

I originally bought a 2011 Odyssey because I could easily fit 5 full sized car seats in it. I was involved in a serious car accident recently resulting in it being a total loss. I gave Shaddy (the salesman who sold me my original 2011 Odyssey) a call and he found me an almost exact replacement right away. I'm happily back to hauling my 5 children around comfortably. Thanks Airdrie Honda and Shaddy for making a very difficult situation a little easier to manage, you have no idea how much it's appreciated.

Airdrie Honda is fantastic! The whole sale teams (sales, managers, finance) were great to deal with. Very personable, not pushy and they care about finding what is the right vehicle and deal for you. Excited to see what the parts and service departments will be like.

"Don't open your Hood to Strangers" is right as per the Airdrie Honda logo. This place is highly professional and goes the extra mile for new customers who needed assistance with their car. The premises are flawless, staff helpful to new customers from the front desk that welcomes you, to the service and parts department who answered all the questions. Most of all, thank you to the mechanic who even managed to adjust a driver floor mat to perfection. I was speechless! Attention to detail! They say first impressions are the best! Thank you from our staff and especially my boss who was more than impressed with you. Lastly, the cars in your show room speak volumes and the rims,tires and product displays are amazing and perfectly displayed. Thank you for making us all smile!!!! 5 stars all the way +!

I just purchased a Honda civic from Airdrie Honda. It was my first new car and I was honestly very nervous. This dealership helped with everything I was looking for and also assisted with my budget. I looked around at other dealerships and manufacturers but Airdrie Honda was the reason why I picked Honda. I highly recommend Bernie Put as he was the one who sold me my vehicle. He was very helpful and his customer service exceeded my expectations and made my experience comfortable and smooth. Thank you, Bernie!

Tagged along to help a friend buy a car. We went to a few dealerships prior to Airdrie Honda. We were treated like guests in someones home. No pressure, very knowledgeable staff, all around it was a refreshing experience. After witnessing Will, Shaddy, and I believe Reuben (?) assist my friend first hand I was impressed! What really sold me on this location for my next purchase was the service they gave my friend after she already bought. She had a few issues figuring out all of the new features. They not only followed up with her, but they sent video instructions straight to her phone to walk her through each step. Then offered to personally walk her through everything again if needed in person. All around amazing value. Especially after witnessing the level of customer service that was provided.

Purchased 5 cars from this dealership and won't go anywhere else.

Honda produces great motor vehicles. You can get them fixed here too. I love my Fit, just bought new tires for winter everything went extraordinary. Friendly staff, very nice showroom. Don't mention Toyota to them though, they don't like it. Four out of Five Stars.

Rohan was amazing! He was incredibly friendly and very knowledgable about all the vehicles. He answered all my questions thoroughly and was very approachable. Everyone at Airdrie Honda is very welcoming and informative. They will definitely put you in the car that is just right for you! I can't say enough wonderful things about my visit there!

Ziad and his service team are just terrific! I trust their recommendations and know I can rely on good advice that is concerned with my vehicle s best care while also being conscientious of unnecessary costs. It shows in the way that they treat you that providing great customer service is of high importance to them. Living in Calgary, there are 6 closer Honda shops that I could go to, however for the past 5 years I keep going to Airdrie Honda, because of the reasons above.

Parwez Jamahkhan was my sales guy. I have owned 4 black Hondas over the last 40 years and have never had as many follow-up phone calls from anyone at any of the Honda Dealerships ever before. Parwez is excited about Honda and truly wants his clients to be as excited as he is. I am driving many kms out of my way to go to Airdrie Honda for my car service because I know he will see to it that I will drive away happy.

Had a starter issue on our Accord. They diagnosed accurately and quickly, fixed and did not upsell. So appreciated. We were on vacation from Ontario and would highly recommend!!

I gave them only a few days to prepare the used Honda I wanted; they serviced and certified it, detailed it, and even popped a dent out before I came to pick it up! Super friendly too!

I always have a great experience at Airdrie Honda. Kevin was was an amazing sales representative, he was knowledgeable and honest. I didn't feel as if I was being sold something that I didn't want. I have never had issues with the service department either. I highly recommend Airdrie Honda.

This is my second time here. Both times looking for a part. They had my part both times. Nice customer service too.

Bought a used vehicle and conducted a trade-in. A dealership should have made it easy but it was nothing but. Most private sales I've conducted have been much easier. Out of 4 special requests we made when purchasing our vehicle in March (2x extra keys, 2x extra headsets, extra set of tires for changing with seasons, transmission cooler for towing) - they messed up everyone except the transmission cooler. There was an excuse every time: "the vehicle can't have more than one extra key" (it can), the all season tires can be swapped no problem with the sensors (there was), we wanted extra tires on rims; very explicit about the rims... no rims!, extra headsets? whoops... And did I mention the guilt trip every time we talk to them? They'd better be perfect to discourage other mechanics like that! All in all, cringe every time we have to talk to them.

Had an excellent experience with Airdrie Honda! The team was very helpful, professional and always on hand for when we had any questions or concerns. Special shout out to Par, Aman, and Wayne!!

I bought a Honda Civic here in 2014. The sales team and service team were great at the time I had the Civic. They called me in the summer of 2017 asking if I was looking to trade it in for another vehicle. At this point, I actually was interested. I told the sales person what I was looking for (a truck) and he said he would get back to me. A month rolls by and he calls me again giving me the same pitch, of which my response was: "We spoke about this a month ago and you said you would get back to me with offers for trucks". He clearly had no idea what I was talking about (even though I talked to him a month before). From there, he said the same thing - he would look for a vehicle. Eventually, I sold my Civic and went with a Toyota Tacoma (for which I think is amazing, way better than a Ridgeline). Now, 3 months after selling my Civic and telling them over 10x that I have sold my Civic, the continue to call. So my rating is based on how unprofessional the communication from team to team is. I requested they take me off the call-list... and I still get calls even though I've pointed out my concerns with them every time they call. The Civic it self was a fantastic vehicle. But from the experience I've received from them, I would never buy a Honda again. Go for a Toyota to not get harassed by their staff. In the last 5 days, I've got called 6 times...

Recently came in to get an oil change for my Honda Accord at Airdrie Honda. I dropped my car off during my lunch break but I was unable to get a ride back to work since the shuttle driver was on break himself. The service advisor Dean was kind enough to drive me back to work on himself. Great customer service.

Had nothing but good experiences here including a time when I had an emergency (my windshield wipers began fighting with each other) and they fixed things and had me back out in minutes. My next vehicle will likely be a Honda again, partly because of the great service.

Very disappointed in my sales purchase experience.

I had to wait for the sales representative I had spoken to be free. They did bring the vehicle around for me to look at, but wouldn't let me take it for a spin while my sales rep was busy with other customers. They made a guy with a severe back injury stand around and wait :) Not a problem at other dealers. They take your license copy, give you a plate and talk to you at the end of your drive.

Was not told that there was only one key FOB. Found out there was only one when we showed up to get the vehicle. They had ordered one from Acura, but it wasn't ready yet. Now I have to drive one hour out of my way (recovering from a spinal fusion) because they don't want to pay less then 5 dollars in postage.

I told them I would purchase the vehicle if they knocked off a very reasonable amount of money and provided me with Acura All- Season mats. They came back with a reduction in the interest rate for financing. I felt like they should have offered me their best interest rate right off the go given my superior credit history. I accepted the offer (because I was in pain and just wanted to get out of there). Lower interest rate and Acura rubber floor mats. Good enough! On delivery>>> NO ACURA FLOOR MATS!! They aren't ordering them either because it would require a small amount of work/ effort and cut into their profit margain.

We were asked if an 11am delivery appointment would work. We agreed. Then they told us that things would be very slow because they accidentally double booked and tried to make us feel bad about their administrative error. Here is a thought>>> Don't double book!

Now my wife is calling me and telling me that Nissan will not discharge the loan because Honda can't be trusted to pay off car loans. So we have to continue to make payments on a car that Airdrie Honda owns. Unbelievable.

Hi had the opportunity to be assisted but Chino Charles and Mike Fry with my recent purchase of a used, Honda Civic. Together, they were able make my experience straight forward and comforting in seeing the value of my purchase with the price I paid. In general, all the staff that I encountered at Airdrie Honda welcomed me with friendly smiles and offered assistence at various levels of service - gestures that I appreciate!

I have been dealing with Airdrie Honda for years and it's the only place I will take my vehicle to be repaired. I prefer to deal with Shamiza at all costs. She always greets you with a smile, is very knowledgeable, and will do everything possible to make the customer satisfied. Should you have a question that she is not able to answer at the time she will get someone for you. I have told many people about her excellent service and now they too will ask for Shamiza when they take their vehicles in for service. A very hard working and customer driven person that gives 110% for the customer. Great work Shamiza and thank you.

We just had our HRV in for an oil change and tire rotation/change, as well as getting a detail. They did a fantastic job!

After arranging an appointment to view a specific car, driving an hour to get there, then told it had just been sold, I would not bother with this dealership again.

We brought our vehicle in for service and had our vehicle returned to us with the work not entirely done 100%. We brought our concerns to the manager, Ziad and he went up and above to make sure everything was done beyond our expectations. I have always been glad I bought my vehicle here because of this kind service.

That was a great experience, Robert and Patric are super nice, they give me lots advices and treat me as friend. They give me great deal, highly recommended. Excellent job!

I have been in many dealers and have never seen such unprofessional interaction. I have called dealer and made an appointment to see a car and test it. Once we have driven 45 km and get there two strange things happened:
1. We are asked to give them a credit card to be able to test a car!!!
2. Once by dealer, we are told that the price is fixed!!! They could have told us before getting on the road. In that case we would never make the trip in the first place.

We even did not tested the car and left shortly after.

Highly disappointed and definitely do not recommend it at all.

I love when I come in to get my Honda looked at, Danielle, Shannon and Victoria are such sweet ladies and my dayhome kidlets love that they get to watch cartoons! ( we don't watch tv during the day). The service manager has always been good to me and they are the reason I keep going back and will purchase my next Honda there as well. Keep up the awesome customer service

Overall, our experience at Airdrie Honda was really positive and I would recommend the dealership for anyone looking at a new Honda. The team was pleasant to deal with, not pushy, and we came away pleased with our new vehicle, trade-in value, the price AND the fact that they were able to get us the vehicle on a tight time line!

Rohan Chauhan helped my wife and I learn all about the new Pilot, and helped determine if it was truly right for us. We also looked at an Odyssey, and he made a point of helping us understand the differences in both the vehicles and pricing options.

He was very personable, easy to talk to, answered questions clearly and honestly, and never tried to steer the discussions one way or another with the intent of making us buy. It was a pretty laid back process, and we didn't feel rushed, pressured or uncomfortable the whole time.

We also went through and appraisal process with a trade-in and both Rohan and Wayne Luong were honest and upfront about what they could offer, gave a good explanation of how they assessed our vehicle, and based on a second opinion we got we were able to verify that they were reasonable with their offer (which we did accept).

Working through the final sale discussions didn't make me sweat, and the guys were honest with how we could find an outcome that was fair to everyone.

Then they went the extra mile to ensure that my wife and I could get the Pilot that we were looking for, amidst very limited availability, in time for our upcoming vacation. Great effort on their part!

The final steps of going through Honda Finance were absolutely refreshing, dealing with Alif. He made sure that the finance deal worked out with my best interests in mind.

Overall, we had a really pleasant experience and looking forward to using Airdrie Honda's service department (they even offer loaner vehicles!) and receiving the same level of customer service.

Just finished closing a deal with Chino on a new Honda. He was easy to speak with, straight forward and maintained a positive no pressure attitude. Chino answered all questions and was knowledgeable on all Honda's specs and features. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a hassle free deal.

Was looking into purchasing a new Honda Fit or a Nissan Versa. Test drove the Fit and the Versa and I knew the Fit was the model for me. First time I walked into Airdrie Honda I wasn't pressured into buying a car that day. Dan Gouldsborough was an excellent salesman, he listened to my needs, what I was looking for and was very approachable, friendly, intelligent and easy to converse with. I was able to get the car I wanted for the price I wanted. I would highly recommend this dealership and I would return in the future in a heartbeat.

Airdrie Honda by far has given me the greatest vehicle buying experience! I visited many Honda dealers prior to making the long drive to Airdrie, and let me tell you, it was 100% worth it! We purchased our vehicle roughly 6 months ago and our sales adviser is still giving us calls asking us how things are going! If you're in the market for a new Honda. I'm terrible with names, but our sales adviser was a tall middle eastern gentlemen, super kind, friendly, and fun to work with!

My family has purchased several vehicles with Airdrie Honda and they've always gone above and beyond for us. Loving my brand new Accord EXL Navi. Even though I plan to be driving this one for quite some time, Airdrie Honda will be my first choice the next time I'm looking for a new vehicle. Shaddy, Patrick, and Crystal always do their best to make sure we feel appreciated.

This is our third vehicle through airdrie honda. We live much closer to several other dealerships including another Honda however we far prefer going futher to go to airdrie honda. I've never felt pressured or manipulated with their sales tactics and I never walk out feeling taken advantage of. We don't waste time negotiating back and forth putting on a show - we know what we want and what our budget is and they make it work. Shaddy is a great salesperson and we keep coming back for his excellent customer service and the trust we have that we are getting a great car and a great value.

I love that they take the time to take you through and give you a lesson of your new car. I leave feeling confident in the new technology and how to use it and excited to do so!

I love my new Cr-V - I was hesitant to trade in my van (I LOVED my van) but they made the experience easy and painless and I can't beleive how much I look forward to driving my new car! Amazing experience and I'm sure we'll be back for more!

Mike reached out after our previous review and gave us excellent customer service. He was so sly that he officially got us into a new honda accord! He made everything seamless and he put no pressure on us at all. He is honest and very transparent. He followed through with his genuine care and kindness from the beginning to end.
Wayne was awesome to deal with at the finance department. Such a personable and friendly guy. Again, very honest and kind. He was very knowledgeable and thorough.

All in all, a completely different experience this time around. Very happy with Airdrie Honda and would recommend anyone to go and see Mike! You won't regret it and you won't feel pressured, you can rest assured he'll get you the best price too. We would not hesitate to reach out to Mike again in the future for another vehicle! Service is great, Sales not so much...

We have been coming here for the past couple years to service our honda and have always had a great experience with the service staff! Highly recommend them.

The sales on the other hand... we just walked in today to inquire about some vehicles and at first Terry was very nice and professional, but as we started to inquire more and ask more questions it was VERY apparent that Terry just became annoyed at us - no longer saying he would try to make something work for us but instead just saying "no" to everything we asked. Very "fake" sales personality. I would not go back there to deal with him. If you don't buy a car from him in 5 mins he will be quick to change his demeanor around you. Not very friendly or welcoming.

The entire sales floor atmosphere is just not friendly. People don't greet or acknowledge you for a LONG time. It's like they don't even care about customers. Don't know if it's because of COVID but the last time we walked into the sales area it was much better.
With a really big contrast though, the service side is very welcoming and warm. Sales side just feels so cold with the lack of genuine interactions.

I traded in my Honda Fit for a newer model recently and I had a wonderful experience at Airdrie Honda. I felt like the people who helped me, really cared about providing great customer service. I want to give a special mention to Moe, who reassured me, was really knowledgeable and was there from the beginning to the end of the process and to Wayne in finances, for his great patience and understanding. I am very satisfied with Airdrie Honda and I love my new car.

We went to Airdrie Honda to test drive a CR-V which was the car my wife really liked. We we not familiar with them but have seen them around. Marty took the time to explain pretty much everything about the car...then we were offered a demo ride. The car was what we were after but not ready to purchase quite yet. A month later the decision was made...we called Marty and set up an appoint,went the next day for a quote. 2 Hours later we signed and had the car we wanted exactly accessorized as we wanted. Pickup was 4 days later due to accessories and PDI as the car had just come of the truck. Everyone involved in the deal from Marty in Sales to Ian walking us through when we were handed the keys was just what a dealership should be. FRIENDLY!! I have never had an experience at a Dealership like this. I own a Business and appreciate seeing another caring business in Airdrie.

Brought car in for a tire change. Service was fast, friendly, and the technicians went above and beyond to make sure the car was in all respects ready to go, including areas not even associated with the tires. Airdrie Honda even went so far as to call a couple days later to follow up on how the car was doing. One of the most friendly and helpful car experiences either of us has ever had!

Stay away from this service department. I've brought my cars here over the years and I'm not sure if its intentional or incompetence but in my experience you've got about a 50/50 chance of your car coming home with more issues than you brought it in with - for routine maintenance! Most recently I brought in my wife's 2010 Honda Civic for a B service (the expensive one) and on top of all the inspections and maintenance they recommended I opted to change the brake and transmission fluid at an additional cost of around $150 each - on their recommendation. A couple weeks after, my emergency brake light won't turn off even with the handle down. After googling around, I find that it means the brake fluid is probably low. I called them and asked if they could look at it and they said they would probably need the car for an hour and would potentially need to charge me a $140 inspection fee. After hearing that I checked it myself and find, of course, it is below the minimum line and needs to be topped up. Now I'll be checking the transmission fluid myself as well to make sure that wasn't under-filled as well. The free oil changes aren't worth the hassle of the problems that come with the rest of the work. Find a good local mechanic or better yet do the work yourself.

First day of visit was ok, subsequent visit was a little bit better.. I hope there can be more improvement on customer's relatioship, quick service and satisfaction. Cheers.

I purchased a vehicle from airdrie honda because they said they will give me 10 years free oil change but they didn t explain it to me that i need to get all the B services which will cost me $260 dollars..be aware guys about the free oil change..in fairness to GM jayson i give him 5 star because 1 day before I purchased the vihecle I noticed a dent in the car and they fixed it for free...

Had an issue and the serive manager fixed it quickly. Thanks Airdrie Honda
