Mike reached out after our previous review and gave us excellent customer service. He was so sly that he officially got us into a new honda accord! He made everything seamless and he put no pressure on us at all. He is honest and very transparent. He followed through with his genuine care and kindness from the beginning to end.
Wayne was awesome to deal with at the finance department. Such a personable and friendly guy. Again, very honest and kind. He was very knowledgeable and thorough.
Cheeno?Chino? (sp?) Not sure if I spelled your name write! I'm sorry! He walked through the vehicle with us today and he was so kind, so friendly, and gave us all the details.

All in all, a completely different experience this time around. Very happy with Airdrie Honda and would recommend anyone to go and see Mike! You won't regret it and you won't feel pressured, you can rest assured he'll get you the best price too. We would not hesitate to reach out to Mike again in the future for another vehicle! Thank you Airdrie Honda for redeeming yourself! Good to know one lemon doesn't ruin the entire bunch.

Service is great, Sales not so much...

We have been coming here for the past couple years to service our honda and have always had a great experience with the service staff! Highly recommend them.

The sales on the other hand... we just walked in today to inquire about some vehicles and at first Terry was very nice and professional, but as we started to inquire more and ask more questions it was VERY apparent that Terry just became annoyed at us - no longer saying he would try to make something work for us but instead just saying "no" to everything we asked. Very "fake" sales personality. I would not go back there to deal with him. If you don't buy a car from him in 5 mins he will be quick to change his demeanor around you. Not very friendly or welcoming.

The entire sales floor atmosphere is just not friendly. People don't greet or acknowledge you for a LONG time. It's like they don't even care about customers. Don't know if it's because of COVID but the last time we walked into the sales area it was much better.
With a really big contrast though, the service side is very welcoming and warm. Sales side just feels so cold with the lack of genuine interactions.
