Moved to Canada. Have tried to update address and move funds to my current address as my father has passed and house sold. Tried in 2023 with a email and all details. no response. called again today. Bank verified by speaking to my daughter and now they need a "wet signature" and send by mail while we are expierancing a postal strike.
