It is a pleasant place to wait for your flights ... You have to be before at least 1:00 an hour as there are times when the flight is early, but there are others when it can be too late depending on the weather. !!

International travel experience.. wasn't anything spectacular. They are remodelling the facility and the project has been going on forever. But its a very quick and easy to get around kind of airport. Definitely the least complicated I've ever been to.

The really annoying truth that nobody can help you if they steal something bone or the airline took over they stole everything from the suitcase in front and when my husband got to speak to them loudly it was when there were several guards and we returned the keys of our house according to them there was nothing of memories of the wallets or the jewels but anyway with that they have given us the keys already lost

All good, friendly and efficient service, the different boarding steps are easily located due to the small size of the airport, the waiting rooms could be cleaner, like the outside rooms, the bathrooms are clean.
There are enough outlets for those who need it.
The speakers that announce the flights do not understand what they say, you have to be very attentive.

It is very annoying to pick up someone because it gets very crowded and you cannot wait in line in the side lanes, or you have to get into the parking lot or you risk having a federal eyelet fine you, since the place is reserved for the most expensive and monopolized airport taxis ... Inside it is remodeled but there is little space to wait for flights or sit down, and by the way some chocorroles at 30 pesos ..

Excellent experience!!
My first time on the plane and I was delighted with the VivaAerobus company.
From the check-up of luggage to the waiting time everything without setbacks.

The experiences with volaris are always disgusting...

The experiences with volaris are always disgusting, on this occasion I documented 4 suitcases with my boyfriend, there were small suitcases that did not exceed 15 kilos but one of them weighed 27, that is, he spent two kilos. The "supervisor" of volaris JAVIER CALDERA HERRERA charged us $ 1712 for the two extra kilograms of the suitcase, he did not give us the opportunity to accommodate the luggage in the other suitcases we had, he simply sent them to later charge the extra luggage.
We told him to let us accommodate him and he refused, he said he would give us our bags back to do it but we couldn't travel. He was entertaining us and shouting in front of everyone.
Volaris workers have never been trained, they always want considerable money.
We asked to speak to a supervisor to speak and make our complaint, the employee refused and said that he was the supervisor and that no clarification or complaints could be given, he told us that if we had something to say to do it online.
