We have been Clients of the Doctors at Vet Village for over 20 years, We have had appointments with nearly every VET. The Doctors and staff are incredibly caring and helpful not matter the issue or Problem. The Caring nature and Concern of all the staff is what keeps us coming back year after year and recommending them to everyone we know. THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO!!

I ve only been here twice for annual checks for my dog. Staff is always nice and my dog seems comfortable with them but both times we ve been put into a room and have had to wait for more than an hour before the doctor came in. Right now it s 64 minutes and counting. Might have to rethink where we go in the future.

In 44 years of showing and raising dogs, I can say that Dr. Greer is one of the most amazing veterinarians I've met.
Her expertise was amazing with my big champion Great Dane and handle him with such care I was amazed. She included me in the whole process which kept my 175 sissy baby boy happy and secure.
I drove an hour and a half from my home and it will not be the last time we visit because she is worth your time and money.
The staff was absolutely amazing and extremely efficient. You can pay in your own examine room with no struggles. I give them 10 stars and we are going back for more testing make your appointment and go

Brought my cat in 3 times for urine issues. Pretty sure I paid for a urine test but a few months after the third visit I call to tell Dr Z all the things he told me to try didn't work, he says bring him in again, I said I'm not paying for a fourth visit he says no just for urine only. I call to make the appointment and told I have to bring him in for a sick visit AGAIN!!! REALLY?!?! You just go out of your way to rip your customers off. Bad enough I have to wait a MINIMUM of 45 MINUTES every visit to see someone, like I have nothing better than to sit around waiting for an hour before my appointment. Even when I've come in for emergencies it's still 45 minute wait. Owner you want to resolve this? Call me

If you enjoy having a scheduled routine vet appointment take an hour and a half every time! THEY OVER BOOK BIGTIME!
YOU WAIT AND YOU WAIT!
Also, they over sell you on everything.
Just an assembly line money making operation. GO ELSEWHERE AND SAVE TIME AND $$$.

They have been great through all of my dogs care, especially when we found out she had a mass on her bladder. Dr Kowaleski sent us to an oncologist but she still stays involved with what's going on. She frequently calls me to discuss results, more thoroughly than the oncologist. She is very efficient, professional, and caring in her work. All of this really means a lot to me and I would recommend Dr Kowaleski to anyone!

I called today to ask about a vasectomy for my dog. Chris answered the phone. I just wanted to inquire about the doctor who performs vasectomies, she just referred me back to the website, when I asked if I could talk to the doctor about it, she referred once more to the website.
For all the love for service they pretend to have in their website, I think I received a terrible service. They claim to understand the importance of dogs in our lives, and she just preten do Ed to pay for the procedure, have my dog tested, and then I want to assume, finally talk to a doctor. If I needed sugery nobody would advise me to just pay the procedure and read the doctor's bio online. I don't recommend this place, at all.

This clinic was recommended by my current clinic in Neenah WI.
I am in the beginning stages of breeding my girl and when I arrived at the clinic both Coco and I were greeted warmly by the staff. She was comfortable waiting and they were right on time which is very important for me because I live a little way from Lomira WI.
When Dr. Greer arrived in the room we talked about the importance of nutrition and vaccinations and about the services offered for breeding.
I am extremely comfortable and happy that we are working with Veternary Village. My current vet is moving to a new clinic and I now have Dr. Greer as my vet.

My little girl has an outstanding doctor and clinic and when we begin the process of having babies I know it will be a easier and safer experience.

It is worth the drive from Appleton to Lomira.

I have had some really terrible experiences with my dogs at this vet clinic. I feel like I was always charged much more than originally quoted, having spent thousands here over several years. I haven't been back here in a few years and won't return. I don't see how this place has a 4.5 star rating - I'm guessing because the owner/vet is also an attorney, people may be fearful of giving the bad and ugly on this place... But that's my opinion, you decide for yourself I guess.

In the nearly 3 years I have brought my dog to Veterinary Village, they diagnosed and fixed every health issue my dog has had, and always with thoughtfulness of my pocket book-- They never tacked on unnecessary charges or tried to sell me anything I didn't want. In the last few years my dog has needed stitches, had his teeth cleaned, and needed a skin problem and a torn ligament diagnosed. Each time his health was restored, good as new. Thank you, Veterinary Village!

Wow the entire staff is incredible! So knowledgeable and efficient! The way they do C-sections is state of the art. The system is a well oiled machine. Dr. Marty Greer knows her repro and Dr. Michelle is an amazing surgeon. I highly recommend them for any of your pets needs.

I was visiting in the area and my dog was bitten by another dog, requiring several stitches. They got us in right away and the people were wonderful. The new facility is a high-tech setting for down home caring. When we had to go back the next evening to replace the stitches my dog removed, they were great about getting us in after hours (they were there for another emergency anyway), and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. If I lived in the area, I would not go anywhere else.

They were ALL just the greatest. Great with accommodating last mins issues, great attitudes and awesome work ethic. I went on a day where they were scheduled with back to back TCI's and when they got to my baby they didn't just "go through the motions" . They personalized the whole experience even if my BluBird was a bit grumpy!! Thank you EVERYONE. The hour drive from Milwaukee was worth it!!!

Worst experience at a vet ever. More concerned about money than the animal. Asked them to look at a couple things we were concerned about on our rescue dog, never looked at it. Tried to pad the bill with un needed meds, same thing can buy at a pet store for half the price. Save yourself a headache and don't go there.

Last weekend was Labor Day weekend. Our dog needed a C-section. Dr. Zella and several technicians came in on a scheduled day off to perform the surgery. We were provided with wonderful service, and our mama dog, and her puppies received wonderful care. We are so blessed that we live close to such a great reproductive veterinary hospital.

This is the Mayo Clinic for dogs. Their facility and equipment are first rate and up to date. The staff are very well trained in service/ public relations as well as veterinary care. Dr. Greer is genuinely caring and there isn t much she hasn t seen. Here s how much we like Vet Village: we come here from 5 hours away! Yes sometimes there s an emergency and appointments get pushed back I guess the people who are complaining about this would prefer the other pet dies so yours can get shots without waiting?

I m writing this as I sit in the office room..... waiting. That s the norm around here. No staff. I don t think I ve ever waited less than 30 min. And I never actually get to talk to a veterinarian. Always diff people who tell me diff things. They come into the room out of breath like they just ran a marathon. They run around like chickens with their heads cut off. The last two times I called to make an appointment they told me they would call back and never did. And lastly I was in there about 6 months ago with my mother to have her cat put to sleep. They kept us waiting over 40 min in the room. Which I spent watching my mother fight back unnecessary tears.... one big joke

We are established with another veterinary office, but they had no availability the Thursday before July 4th. They were able to fit us in the same day I called. They were up front with their pricing, and it was affordable. They seemed to genuinely care about my animals.

I totally enjoy visiting Dr. Greer and trusting her and her staff with the medical, emotional, and physical care of my Zoey.
I have owned Irish setters since 1972. Zoey is my fifth Irish Setter. Through the years, I have been to other (near my home) veterinary practices, but Dr. Greer's practice, experience, and friendly care is totally worth driving the extra 49 miles!

I have the utmost respect for her experience, viewpoints, and advice. She is gracious with the time allotted to Zoey's appointments and goes out of her way to communicate with me, even one Tueday night at 9:00 PM!

Zoey (21 months old) has had different intestinal paracites. As care realties to stool samples, Dr. Greer sends out the samples for an antigen test, checking for DNA and eliminating the guess work of looking subjectively at a slide under the microscope. So smart!

The technicians are equally friendly and they use a check list on a sheet of paper to make sure all issues are covered during the visit. The phone support is courteous and efficient. The office also provides a text message system to send photos of the medical condition of my concerns.
Nobody does it better!
