You board and leave the plane after a little walk on the tarmac. Some people are more helpful than others but on international inbound flights that's when you see the real talent. You are asked to fill immigration forms and if you don't bring a pen with you you are screwed. The most belligerent and useless personnel are the ones in military uniforms in customs as you wait your turn and those that believe that by having the occasional chat with them that their bureaucratic behaviour towards tourists extends to them. The time to go through customs is excessive. Good thing they don't have many international flights come in. It took 2 hours for 2 flights of ~50 people each to go through the line...no other flights came in during that time... thankfully.
They have 2 baggage checks (TOTAL) and 1 was not working.
It's a shame...it's a pretty town but hopefully the experience at the airport doesn't set the tone for the rest of your trip.
It's a small airport, in which they have been improving it for a little over a year, they really needed restaurants, they already have several and you can see that they are going for more, good! Today I had a lot of people, it has more demand. The internet in the waiting room is very good, the seats need power sockets, the room is quite heated, even cold feels! More screens would not be bad and background music. The staff that works here is very attentive, since you enter until you leave, no doubt well!

We were two or three hours there with CD Mexico and it seemed that we were coming from the super dusty ranch, we understand that they are remodeling but there should be staff cleaning. Chihuahua Beautiful and clean but its airport is not.
Horrible experience, we had to have breakfast after security, but we couldn't hear eachother talk due to constant useless announcements being blasted through the speakers at an ungodly volume. They were saying absolutely useless things such as: don't park your car in the middle of the road and: don't lose your baggage to avoid loss. It didn't stop for about 30 minutes.
Super high the service of their taxis, it is an abuse, it would be very important that the driver verify it, the facilities are fine but their taxi service charges triple and bad.

_There is no sidewalk between the long-stay parking lot and the terminal, you have to go down the street / parking lot # 1 avoiding vehicles.
_The screens with departure / arrival times never work correctly (blank or with imprecise times).
_There are no airline support staff in the boarding lounges.
_There are few chairs for the traffic it has.
