Hello

Hello
I have had several family members who have traveled through this airport and every time they go their employees steal things. And I say steal because they say "it is not allowed" but well and they put it on their side and take them as if nothing, attentive to the sweat of those who go on vacation to their land they and your employees invent rules that do not they are and they are ridiculous because in the airports here in the United States they let you in because you want to take them there.

Not only do they want to treat people like they are dogs and not human beings when they are the same. But that if when you do not want to give what is yours because they want to take it off they tell you that you have to pay like nothing.

You have to know who you hire and how you treat those who arrive and leave because, after all, you eat thanks to all of us.

And if the way I speak is wrong, it is not just to say it, it is because I have proof that they are like that and several people who have gone there as much or more than me.

So please stop acting that way and put the real rules and protocols of every airport and not those that you want to invent.

They consisted of one of the best airports, despite being small it is a full airport, its employees are very friendly, but they should arrange the services of the bathrooms inside the airport.

I have a bad experience in this Santiago Airport with one of their inmigration employees, she check your US american passport name on their system & said your name match with another name who had criminal records & have entry impediment to the country as a person who never has a criminal record you're in shock with that answer, she said please go to other room with another women to recheck that isn't you. My question inside of me is this people are out of their minds if They don't think the previous inmigration airport did their job to verify every traveler don't have criminal records or pending detentions before traveling, worse airport ever O is a lot to score you.

That airport is fine for us who are from the cibao, I DO NOT LIVE IN THE DR, but when I go to Santiago, I stay and it is fast! The only bad thing about this airport is: How is it possible? That in 7 different points you have to show your documents It is something crazy that you have to stand at 7 points to check your immigration documents, we know that they are also bottles that are over there! The only thing I don't like is that!

I decided to take a trip to Santiago to visit a friend and landed in Ciabo international airport. This was my first time here in this Beautiful country and I was welcomed to a very open and clean environment which is always a positive; the airport is small but I wasn t expecting anything like LAX Or JFK so I was pleased by that.
The reason why I m not giving this a 5 is a very serious reason.

Now I don t know about most people but it s very evident that I m a dark-skinned man coming from the US who only know some spanish and trying to get around is partially decent; but I felt discriminated twice once prior to leaving the airport and the other coming back to the airport....when going into customs you have to fill out some form of paperwork and if I knew that I would have brought a pen so asking a person for a pen was a task cause it felt like they didn t want to help me (neitherless look at me).

When I finally got a pen from someone and filled out the paperwork and went back into line the VERY same person that I got the pen from took the pen back and told me to go to another both with an attitude that bothered me (I forgot to metion she ended up helping another person after she pushed me off to another agent).

It felt that she didn t want to finish helping me cause I look like a person she didn t want to help..... a black man; need I mentioned she was nearly my complexion as well?

Also a lot of passport checking as well as they don t really let the English speaking people when there s a delay or the gate has changed; lucky I know enough to understand but it puts certain people at a disadvantage.

The experience has me sitting here while I wait for my plane thinking if I should even land at this airport again if I come back.
While It didn t mess up my time here it does make me see who gets favored the most and it s usually not someone of a darker complexion!
