Always nice, clean and organized. Very kind people Their food area is somewhat deficient, and they do not give invoice with proof. Only payment in cash. Bathrooms very clean and accessible.

They have to be careful with the people who check their bags because they are stealing. I am from Santiago and I would not like to discredit my City, but the truth is that the staff gives out the bags disgusting. Almost half of my suitcase was stolen so be careful what you carry and lock your bags.

Small , clean and definitely less crowded and annoying than the Santo Domingo Intl. Airport. United Airlines' staff is kind of rude sometimes, but I wasn't expecting anything else... The worst part was the Duty Free staff... Extremely rude and intense. I keep asking myself how a country that relies so much on tourism has so many rude people working customer service positions.

Easy to find, easy to get in and out of quickly and very friendly and helpful airport staff and security. With the newly improved highway to Puerto Plata and North Coast area it makes for a great option for arrivals and departures from this part of the island whether it be for business or pleasure. Currently they are dealing with Covid-19 like many areas in the world and I believe under the circumstances are doing a great job by requiring masks, social distancing and constant cleaning. I will have no hesitation in returning at any time.

Good airport, very expensive services.

Good airport, very expensive services.
The airport is well located, with several access routes, keeping it clean and organized. It is not a large airport, which makes it limited. It has flights from different airlines that travel to the United States and the Caribbean. The costs of this airport are high, from parking, flight taxes, etc.
It is a good option but at the same time it is the airport with the highest ticket prices in the country.

The liquor store's office is bad and don have education, Miss Yaritza Claricon, the last name, I don't remember, but it is a pity to attend to people, she has no professionalism. This is the second time and nothing changes, I will make sure that I don't work at any airport

Worst airport to travel through. They randomly make up their own rules as they go to confiscate your stuff. Completely unprofessional, everyone feels the need to check your passport even though they don t need to for any reason. If you want a smooth travel experience avoid this airport.
