Went in for laser hair removal and was burnt by the laser. I have had this procedure done before and have never had this happen. Obviously the "technician" wasn't trained properly and to add insult to injury
(no pun intended) they refused me a refund. Lawyer needed? We'll see.
I always get my eyebrows done here and they always do a wonderful job.
I got a gel manicure which is extra and they told me that the polish wouldnt come of for a minimal of two week and it has now been almost a week and nails are falling of like crazy it's basically the same thing as regular polish but the nail comes of at once not from chipping my mom didn't have a problem with it but since I was a child she was almost refusing to do my nails with gel but she finally did them so I'm guessing she did lousy lairs just so they would fall of because she didn't agree with me getting gel as a kid
Had a gel manicure here 3 weeks ago and only one nail has started chipping. I am super impressed! I have been going to 2nd Look for about 15 years now and they are always great.
Very professional and friendly staff. The quality of service and treatments available is always top-notch. I've tried several of their services: relaxation massage, facial, manicure and pedicure. Not every staff member knows how to do nail art so you have to ask for that when you're booking. They will typically make a staff adjustment on the fly if they're not busy however. If you do a relation treatment you're treated with respect and feel like a queen at the end of it. Very nice place. I was surprised by the quality for a mall outlet.
Rosha has been amazin, she is super caring, very professional. I never have any broken nails or any lifting. She does my nails exactly the way I expect it to look.

I usually see Susan who has always done an amazing job on brow and wax tint however she has been away quite some time and I was getting desperate. So I made an appointment with someone else. I believe her name was Fab something. I asked her just to clean them up a bit. I didn't want them any thinner because they're already thin enough and I wanted a medium brown tint because they're quite light. Well the jokes on me. She made them paper thin and the inner part of my brow she took a giant chunk out with wax so there is a bald spot. She tinted them light so when I got home and washed my face you can't even see the tint so I had to go out the next day and buy an eyebrow pencil to try and give myself brows again. Im completely dissatisfied with the service and unfortunately now I'm going to look elsewhere for my services to be done.

They always do such an awesome job. I get my face waxed here pretty regularly and both ladies here do it so good. They know what they are doing. Like my eyebrows are very hard to get done properly because i have a unibrow and they it pretty nicely. They give nice good mani and pedi. I was very impressed and everyone loved it too. Also, they are so good on time and every-time i am in a rush they do such a great job too but keep a time limit.
The spa is very clean and inviting. They offered refreshments. Staff were very friendly and engaging. The service was great. I would definitely go back.
I went for a massage and to get my eyebrows done since I was already in the mall and thought I d save some timtime. My eyebrows ended up being way too thing and the customer service was not up to par unfortunately.
The lady made my eyebrows hella thin and I'm pissed. I asked for a clean up and now I look like I have triangle eyebrows so rip.

This is a lovely calming place for pedicures. I enjoy stepping out of the busy mall and into the magical foot and leg steamer that makes it so easy to relax. The estheticians are all thoughtful and deliver excellent service.
Fatima always does a killer job on my brow waxing. I won't go to anyone else for my brows. Happy to have an esthetician who actually listens to what I want.
Fairibea and Susan sucks at doing people's nails. For my friend, the polish was too thick and for my nails, they were too thin.

I enquired about a shellac pedicure and was told that it would be $42.00 so when I was there for my appointment - the lady was pretty nice although she took and hour and half just to do my pedicure and when I went to pay the price was $58.00 plus taxes - imagine my surprise anyway just be carful of what you ask and what you pay.

Went for a massage a while ago but didn't have time to do a review, Was disappointed in the noise wasn't relaxing at all as people are constantly talking up and down the hall way. The walls are to thin. Lady who did massage wasn't the normal which I understand. She left the room three or four times. I really loved when she stopped my massage as I opened my eyes she was checking her cell phone. Wouldnt return for this service. Aside from that the lady who regularly does my eye brow is great as always. Will always return to her!
