28/12/2018 radar aircraft faults and hijacked flights. Waiting for information outside the airport with operators who responded after 1 hour. I hope that ENAC will pay the bill definitely not mine. And in any case always impossible waiting for baggage delivery.

I must say that I've had good experiences at this airport in the past few months but now the tourist season has kicked in the check in system is completely overwhelmed. Security is well organised. After which you have over priced food etc as usual. Then, there is an additional passport control which produces a snaking line right through the terminal. The way this is managed is by staff pulling flights out in an attempt to prevent people missing their flights. The experience for a seasoned traveller is abysmal, I am truly sorry for the people around me who are in panic-mode; I'm sure the joy from their trip to Veneto is quickly evaporating. This must be better, it can be better, make it better.

There are plenty of facilities here to keep you occupied during the wait for departure. Be sure to visit the observation deck on the northern end of the 2nd floor for a view of Venice in the distance and where you can also watch the planes take off and land.

When I landed I had problems with wi-fi. This was not a problem again when I flew home from this airport as well. There are some nice shops inside, perfect to find souvenirs! It was a nice airport, clean and with a pleasant atmosphere. The ladies at the tourist information counter were friendly.

As an airport it is not bad, the only flaw is the parking lots. There is only a short stop of ten minutes if you don't spend at least 6 euros per hour. There is no parking for 1.50. per hour, it's legalized theft

Unfortunately the comparison with the airports of the countries at our level is disheartening.
The shuttles stop far from the terminal and you have to wait exposed to the elements.
Parking and food are very expensive.
Boarding for most flights is by bus.
Shuttles stop far away from the terminal
Overpriced parking and food.
Terrible bus boarding.

After I was the first at the check-in to explicitly ask if I could sit in a row with 3 of my fellow travelers, we were informed that they would be inquired about this. The big surprise came when we got our tickets and sat all over the plane. When we asked again whether this could not be changed, we were told that this was not possible. To our astonishment, however, the guests after us were allowed to choose their seat at will, vary it and adapt it to the seats of their fellow travelers.

It seems more than clear that this was done subjectively. In any case, my fellow travelers and I will no longer use this airport.

An ok airport. Tried to buy a bottle of water but two shops declined me saying they had closed even though there were still customers eating and drinking and their stalls. Aside from that, the airport was alright

Normal modern airport.

Normal modern airport.

Immigration staff working hard to get the rush of tourists through - European queue was fine.

Easy to get to the river bus 15 return to Venice. Paid at the counter.

The service for the disabled is practically non-existent. I booked the disabled service as I have plaster on my foot, but at check-in there was no one to help me. The check-in operator urged an attendant to come and pick me up in a wheelchair. But after several attempts with promises of arrival that stretched every 10 minutes each time I preferred to set off on my own there on crutches, working very hard.

Beautiful duty free area, but few and very expensive refreshment points, with offers of only "bar" products: no restaurants. In fact, this airport is not a hub, I believe practically nobody uses it to make a stopover, and therefore the choice could be understandable. Prices as mentioned very high for catering, in line with the most expensive European airports such as Schipol and Charles De Gaulle. Courteous staff, good cleaning. Hygienic services in the media, should be a little modernized but it gets worse in Europe. Incredibly no free wifi, only a fee with a long initial registration procedure that allows you to take advantage of a free 30-minute one-time connection and once in a lifetime, then forces useless and expensive subscriptions (since it is only accessible in the airport ). There is a lack of telephone operators' shops in the airport (at least I have never seen them), considering the flow of foreign tourists and today's demand for mobile internet connections even for short periods seems to me a lost opportunity.

Easy access to get to the city and vice versa that allows you to go by boat or bus. Chico Airport has a lounge, VIP lounge and luggage storage. The negative is no tourist information other than those that sell tickets for transportation and they charge you the map.

This airport, for departure, is a total mess. There s no place to sit. There s no seating in the area where the monitors are, so people just crowd around them. The lines are long for food, it s not easy to walk to the shops (because of the crowding) the boarding area for 1-8 is in the basement. There, too. the lines are insane. Single-file boarding, no respect for the groups. A mess. It needs to be designed somehow.

It has improved a lot is very modern and very well maintained.
Totally at the forefront of Europe and the world.
The most prestigious stores and lots of restaurants of all kinds.

Due to the coronavirus, few people.

Due to the coronavirus, few people.
The score is not the highest because it is one of the few airports for which you need to print a boarding pass. Coupons in the phone, not satisfied ...

'Security' but ...! At about 05.00 am on 03.09.2019 I was traveling with my two younger children, aged nine and twelve, to check luggage and identification. Unfortunately, I must point out to the person responsible for security that my two children have entered for boarding and have been boarded without any request for parental verification. So this will mean in my opinion that children can leave the country even without parental consent. I advise you to carry out more accurate checks on minors making you present on the back of the document, the names of parents or guardians as specified by current legislation are specified.

Prolijo, quite well signposted. Do not expect many businesses and if you need to buy a bus ticket to piazzale Roma, you can buy it at the stop, it is not necessary to do it in the agencies that will try to sell you more expensive packages

All right airport, medium size. It does have facilities like duty free, toilets and some last gifts shops. Wine, pasta, Aperol and the usual chocolates can also be bought here. Don't expect much fancy shops though.

Luggage loading which continues 30 minutes after the departure time, long queue that never ends to get to the door. Shuttle late and passengers also late as a result. I hated this airport. To return, I would leave Rome (where everything was efficient from a to z). We took off more than an hour after our initial departure time.

Very beautiful. Very bad bus service from boarding. I waited standing up almost an hour after the boarding signal, with two elderly people, waiting for the bus to arrive. Furthermore, the prices of outdoor parking are exaggerated, particularly for short-term parking.

There is nowhere to get water after security so have to buy at crazy prices (even by airport standards). Food places are also limited and extremely expensive (again, even by airport standards). The process of bag drop/security was fine though.

WATCH OUT!! In the security control, the agents steal what is lost in the same control. In this case, a pair of sunglasses (oakley), after checking that the agent had them, on his desk and assuring him that they were those (justified with photos) did nothing but argue and give way. INSISTO. GREAT CARE. THEY STAY WITH EVERYTHING OF VALUE THAT THEY FIND. LOST OBJECTS IS A BARETIME FAIR. SAVE ALL THAT OF VALUE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PLAY IT.
