Confusing airport, few services for travelers and general condition.

It's my favourite Airport. With open space Architectural design with use of Natural lighting. The Architectural design is an open-ended kind of that will easily allow for addition/expansion. The facilities within the airport are top notch. Duty-Free Shopping is fun here with a lot of Shops and Brand. It's like having a mall in the Airport. There are a lot of self service counter for certain nationals.

After the enlargement works, this airport has become a jewel: spacious, bright and with plenty of seating. Clear indications

Attention to long-term parking: almost 10 euros for the first hour

There is no possibility to see the departures ... And the arrivals ... The planes that take off ... The loved ones that leave

Overall, a horrible experience. Hard to navigate around the airport and the gates are an abysmal experience. The lines cross each other, there is a struggle for space, it's stuffy ,alarms for doors were going off for about 5 minutes and announcements were done unprofessionally.

A bad experience but an inevitable end to a good holiday.

Definitely a flagship being in Italy, it offers a large and convenient parking, in addition the staff is very informed and if they can help you on everything, the information panels are everywhere, fully air conditioned and very clean

Significant improvements to quickly manage the flow by arranging companies in different areas, that of security turnstiles, in one place machines for self check in, fast services, clean environment even the bathrooms, several restaurants.
It is aligning with the best airports in foreign capitals. Fantastic

Clear and large signage for the maritime metro station.
There are two lines that go directly from the airport. The blue line. And the orange line.
A new airport, clean and clear.

In my point of view one of the best airports in the country .... with these works it is really nice. The area of the shops inside is well cared for. The quick checks .....

It the worst airport,very confusing with small places for the gates and long lines at all check in desk .No information given for the delay of the flights and no place to seat .

Nice airport. No smoking room. Poisoned inside car park, much better to look for outside, among those available and with free shuttle service.

he said I have to work with my flight companion. he sent me away with an information card from the luthansa companion, but my flight was from KLM. the next day, we went back there, the luggage had already arrived at the airport. you have to fire the lady, because she is not capable of working at that place. he is not able to control my luggage occupied by which flight companion.

This is the first time I have such bad experience in an airport. They set up an isolated area for several gates only allow oneway direction. When I asked if I can goto restaurants near other gates, the answer is NO in an yelling manner from so called Italy policeman. Such rude behaviour which is totally tolerable in an human society.

If there is suggestion, outsource is the only solution from my viewpoint. No wander Italy economic is in bad shape.

Airport surround by water. Not so clean and people smoke everywhere. Line up to get your boat shuttle it is stinky hot outside and can't get a way from smokers. Bathrooms was quite complicated for people with a wheelchair or stroller. Big line ups to get in.

Dirty thieves! They forced me to check in my little bag and they stole the many I had in it ($3000) and a medal cost ($900). Be careful everyone, do not leave your valuable stuff in your bags. I hope that all the staff at this airport goes to hell because I gathered that money amount from 4 months hard work and it was all the money I had.

Small airport but very convenient and easy. The men's toilets are clean, the police check is well organized and very fast. The seats in the boarding lounges are comfortable. There is also enough to charge your laptop.
In short, a good airport !!

Actually very nice after the conversion, but the organization at check-in is very bad. Partly little space uzbd now for the third time too few switches, which has led to delays.

Excellent airport, well maintained and structured inside, however the outside leaves something to be desired. There is a 7 minute parking limit in the area around the airport and the free short stop lasts "only" 10 minutes.

Our plane is currently over an hour late in departing this awful airport! We have been sat on the Tarmac awaiting completion of loading etc. Apparently due to the shortage of busses, vehicles and staff!! However a Lufthansa plane just pulled alongside and all the equipment needed just arrived and unloaded it even before we have left out position or even loaded! Getting the distinct feeling we are being treated in a funny manner! Travelling with BA

Don't exchange foreign exchange at the airport, especially if the exchange rate is not announced, the exchange rate will be very expensive.

after the extension, the aesthetics are good but not the efficiency, there are no adequate signs for the services and the spaces are insufficient for the number of people to be sorted.
certainly the rationality of the service needs to be improved.
baggage delivery slow and very often get damaged

Excellent airport: modern, simple directions (you don't get lost), staff available for any help request. I stress, the staff is really helpful. Lately there have been works to enlarge the airport to create another terminal, but this does not create huge problems in terms of organization.

Quick security check, but on the other hand, to find one's way, it clearly lacks indications, arrows.

Average airport. Nothing special, but neither too bad. Big plus: staff was very friendly and security check was fast and well organized. Minus: the food court is overpriced, even for an airport.

Truly awful departure experience. Ridiculously long line to get through the automated passport-control system. Once through, there are essentially no services or amenities, and weak to nonexistent mobile coverage.

Very relaxed and easy going airport. Staff really friendly and trying to help you. Beside that this airport is also very CLEAN and functional. They have plenty of plug soccets between the black chairs, so no worries that your device might run out of batteries. Also plenty of very clean WC's. I guess nobody wants to wait at the airports, but if it happens you need to spend a few hours up here is definitely very plesurable
In the case you need to catch an intercity bus, you can buy your ticket at the ticket office bali or you buy it online. The busses will be across the parking place. There is a bus station for intercity busses. We needed a bus to Cortina d Ampezzo which takes about 2 hrs and the tickets cost Eur 18 if traveling in the morning.

The airport is large, bright with many shops and bars. Crowded but tidy. Courteous and helpful staff!

PARKING: Free parking has been removed and now all are paid (except for the first few minutes). I accompanied my wife and looked for a place outside the airport. Since they were no longer there, I put the car in the first parking lot I found.When I entered, I tried to read the prices, but there was no written hourly rate or minimum rate, and thanks to the fact that it was dark and it was 6 am I put the car in and amen. I thought: how much will it ever cost? Result: I paid 25 euros for half an hour, time to say goodbye to my wife and go to the bathroom. Obviously if it had been clearly written MINIMUM RATE 25 EURO I would have put it back in that short stop. I think I am neither the first nor the last to whom this happened.

I leave four stars for the short-term parking as it allows you to be practically in front of the entrance. Prices are written at the entrance to the parking lot just before the bar. 10 minutes for free after 6.50 euros per hour / half hour. Exceeded the hour add 3.00 euros to the previous ones.
I do not leave 5 stars because in my opinion it is a little expensive but I repeat, it is located right in front of the entrance.
One suggestion I give is to write down the prices of each car park, perhaps with a larger table and a little before the entrance bar, so as to give the customer more choice, and to be able to leave without making too many maneuvers .

Venice airport. Very close to the city. The historic center can also be reached by a boat connection.

Shameful .... 23 minute stop to land family departing 6 euros and 50 parking !!!

Dining options could be better. Long walk to water taxi station.

This is a place where a man is served first, despite entering a restaurant clearly behind me. They instruct you to chose from the menu, pay and the rest will be brought to you, however later you need to queue yourself to collect pizza and drinks. Actually, most dissatisfying was lasagna! It costs you 12 Eur, is served half-cold and i can tell you that lasagna from any supermarket tastes better!

Easy to use. Clear indications. I like this airport for its organization and the slender but not so rough way of managing the work. Possibly I start from here as it offers a number of important connections. Well!

Great airport, but a little complicated with long walk to bus and car rental.

Nice clean and fragrant, with excellent bars and shops, easy to reach, but better to avoid the rush hour due to Mestre. Starting with the plane you can see the lagoon. . The only flaw is the parking price for escorts, dear. Then it will be my personal opinion, but between accompanying and saying goodbye, go back to pick up and wait for the delay .. I spent 20 euros ...

Yes l love the airport it looks nice, and the people working there is so friendly.

Maybe this is more a reflection of the British airways staff here but they are really unhelpful and pass off any responsibility or proactiveness to your connecting airport.

Like all transport systems in Italy they are snail paced and cannot seem to be able to take action when queues build up. The ticket offices in bus stations are worse.

The water taxi rank was pretty cool! almost worth going just for that! booked the wrong flight to Edinburgh ended up in Italy and had a amazing time!

Ripoff artists..not sure who owns the parking garage but unbelievable business ethics..we got overcharged..sent away upon trying to speak to a manager (he was on vacation)..they stopped accepting credit cards without telling anybody or putting up signs because they do not want any body to be able to contest the fraudulent charges..stay away and check out Mestre instead

Many homeless sleeping in the early AM. As for WiFi, shouldn t even offer it. Terrible/No service. Don t like being accosted by vagrants so early in the morning being shaken down for money.

Tiny little airport compared to my home town one. Tidy and clean, missing a Burger King / McDs / Subway / KFC in favor of overpriced restaurants that are desperately trying to appear classy though.

Tl;dr: Airport itself is fine, but grabbing some "regular", cheap food is hard. Bistro on the upper floor recommended, they serve pizza and noodles.

What a nightmare happened to me in Marco Polo s airport I was waiting for my flight back to my country in a pizza bar with my back_ bag which has been stolen (passport,wallet,iPhone and some gifts) I went to the police office they were very low and not helpful although there were two cameras what I get is just a report!!!! I am really shocked with such poor security in a touristic place. thanks Italy for the behavior, very bad memory to left, for helping , u can't be a touristic attraction with this unprofessional attitude of helping and presence of thives all around !! I would never visit it again very very bad memory take care.

Airport that is not very clear.
Allow some time for the security check! The queue was about 100m long with us, but it went quite quickly when several, many Schlater are open.
Unfortunately, there is no sign where the shuttle buses stop, which will take you to the rental car outside the airport area.
Tip: Get out of the building, over a zebra crossing, then a covered path comes to a large parking lot. The shuttle buses stop there.

What can I say, I'm not used to seeing the airport so empty, but you do it much earlier at the controls and inside you keep the distances very well

Passport control area not well organised. No liquid bags unless you ask. They give them to you at the xray section so you have to quickly bag up everything while getting hurried along by security.

No where near enough seating for passengers in the eating areas waiting to board. My two young kids had to share a chair.

Hardly any charging points for mobile devices. There are scattered recharging towers but you have to stand and wait. If you have luggage and kids to juggle, it is most difficult. Not family friendly. Unlike more up to date airports who have power points near most seated areas either in the lounges or dining areas, Venice needs to update and welcome the mobile generation adequately.

Being Venice, it's a real shame the departure isn't more comfortable.

Simple and convenient to get there by car; looking for a bit on the internet there are also cheap parking lots.
Don't expect a huge airport.

Probably one of the worst airports I could do. And I saw a lot. Even Orly in Paris is better ... That's to say!
The staff is rude. Departures and arrivals are mixed. No reliable indication. A brothel without name ...

The building is so small, you must take the elevator up and down. Immigration officers not very friendly.

But I'm on the phone I'm waiting for 8 minutes for someone to answer me !!!! I took a plane flight and I need a rather urgent hog dog information and they do not respond then excuse me because you provide a phone number ????? Do people have to wait here for half an hour and maybe even answer sorry? but the people who work are not the ones who can wait here for your comfortable cursed answer !!!!!

Rude staff, no manners. Especially female officers, pur arrogance and tiny brains.

Bonito airport but customer service was BAD I bought coffee but they treated me really bad. I don't understand why Italian people are soo rude I mean they getting pay to do their job and treat people right.

A stupid and poor airport. Duty-free prices are one and a half times higher than in the city.

Nice clean airport, Well organised, Just a short walk from the airport to catch your boat for the commute to venice good experience.

Very nice airport, well maintained and clean. It had been a few years since I came.
The parking lot has changed a bit and has become a bit "pricey".
But the important thing is that it be comfortable, safe and practical.

A medium-sized airport, you can charge your phones for free in the waiting areas ..
