Clean and efficient as ever, even in these times of restrictions and constant changes in procedures. Too bad to see it so empty.

The most beautiful airport !! The best airport ever !!

Yesterday we were at pizza bar heading home, were we sitting ,while someone one district us and stole the handbag ( passport inside) , the police officer was very slow and not helpful although our idea to look up CCTV camera , they claims didn t see nothing just inform me that most of thieves run out of airport ( duhhh) also again we demand a police report, terrible experience.

Simple and pleasant architecture. Easy check in with all airlines in a single room / floor. The eating area needs to be larger with a greater number of tables for meals. There are some people who occupy dining tables to watch smartphones and play cards, which should be banned.

Too many DFS shops closed during peak traffic hours ....

Cute nice little airport, not so artistic like venice. The service is very slow, long queues and waiting lines. Very crowded in high touristic seasons. Definitely very small duty free or shopping area, the food court is small as well. But it is very clean and neat and the personnel are hospitable and helpful. Most planes are boarded and unboarded through shuttle airport buses.

Parking expensive more than double than other airports and only lasts half because it is called VENICE

Make sure you leave at least 2 hours to get through the airport. Checking in with EasyJet was extremely slow, security was easy enough to get through with a 10 minute wait, but passport control was terrible!
The line was hundreds of people long, everyone pushes in, only a few border security staff on, staff rude, I could go on ....
Flying into Venice wasn't a problem, the views on landing are amazing.

Finally, a camera control system was installed to get some traffic order. Needless to complain, if you are not able to understand that after entering the airport, just enter the 10-minute free parking area and the famous 7 minutes are reset.

The airport is well organized, distance respected, masks worn by everyone, they must be surgical, I recommend, the cloth ones are not good, they do not let you board with them. Very clean bathrooms!

Lots of places to eat, but not enough sitting, overcrowded, staff in coffee Culto Cafe & Cioccolato shop extremely rude.

Unclear labeling, poor line planning. The inconvenient bulletin board for going up and down the stairs also wastes a lot of time looking for the counter

An example of how well an airport should function. Everything from arrival at the water taxi terminal through to departure seemed easy. Stress-free security thanks to an abundance of well-trained staff, and a terminal of shops selling decent stuff. For those that say there's not enough seating at the departure gates, there's a lot of seating on the top floor. We waited up there then went down in time for departure. Superb place.

Really efficient airport in which it is easy to orientate and move

Hallucinating car parks, to find an automatic cash point you have to walk a long time and above all be lucky enough to find it. Is it so complicated to put an automatic pay station for each car park?!?!?

Took a flight from Venice to Naples, and Naples to Venice, the airport was good, and so as the bar in there, the bus that we took had a weird smell, but no worries, sure that when we took off, we had some turbulence but then it all passed quickly.

Nice little airport, if you want to go to Venice there are also public buses which are much cheaper than the expensive private boats

Hardly any seating options and the check-in corresponds to the mentality: comfortably slow, why work quickly. Ineffective we do something else ......

My Dad visited this airport to Catch a flight to DXB, while he was on his International Tour to Danieli Meccanici SpA at Buttrio, Udine, FVG.

Small, clean and convenient air port. Prices are cheaper than our airports. A coffee is 2 euro at the new Istanbul airport is 25 TL. There is a direct bus service to Venice ferries. The price is 8 euros for a taxi from 50 to 50 euros for a luxury Uber. They're all waiting for you at the airport exit. An airport very close to the island of Venice. In 30 minutes you will reach the ferry to San Marco ...

I agree with other passengers! Awful airport for departure so sure. Very poor organization, incompetent and uncaring staff. We missed our flight due to queues at passport and security control. 3 out of 12 windows worked. Staff directed to check-in, even with an electronic boarding pass. Worst airport

For the people other than Europe and us, the immigration take 2 to 3 hours while come out and going in. Only 2 counter are open of 7.

Airports that do not have a lot of features, the size of the exit hall is small, and it always feels very crowded, and the waiting room area is small. Not very friendly airport.

Not many people because of covid and people were nice

This is the most unpractical and expensive airport I've been to. The check in was in one floor, gates in another floor. The tax free is expennnnsive and the staff at security were really grumpy! I am not impressed

Lights and shadows in the VCE. The terminal is not bad, as well as the lounge and the new terminal-dock connection. On the other hand the "The Million" program is much worse (now less than half of the services you pay 145 ). In addition, the VCE is one of the few airports not a party AMEX fast track. The airport is connected wrong and the car parks are very expensive. In conclusion, if you fly from VCE there you will find bad but it's not at the level of other major Italian airports.

Rude restaurants staff, vat refund is a ripoff and rude, takes a huge cut on actual refund, food is ok, not much restaurants

This morning 7.00 am no bathroom open before or after the checks. Outside, 1 meter high grass in the direction of the parking lots, baskets full of waste inside and out. Sin.

If you don't pay you have your breath on your neck both to bring passengers and to recover them. I understand everything, but that's unthinkable!

The restailing of the last few years has speeded up the controls and the services during the wait have improved

During this period, the airport is undergoing renovation and expansion works. The impression is that it is becoming a modern airport.

Criticisms. Eating and drinking in restaurants is excessive. It costs much more than any other airport I've ever visited. Furthermore, in the past there were free parking spaces for a maximum of 4 hours. Now, they have certainly been removed to make more expensive parking lots, and the ones that already exist are half empty.

If you are lucky enough to enter the Marco Polo lounge, the cappuccino is exceptional.

Minimum dwell time reduced to 7 minutes. Then you pay fares that are missing in Geneva. Out of mind.

Small airport which nevertheless serves many destinations.
The public toilets were very clean, airside upstairs it was just the tumble, the door hardly closed, it was dirty and badly smelly.

As for the boutiques, the choice is there, certainly limited, but it has the merit of being there.

Be careful not to stay out of the car parks for more than 7 minutes. I often see cars parked on the street. The surprise arrives at home. There are video cameras at the entrance that sets the time and at the exit. Read the signs carefully.
For loading and unloading friends, relatives, etc., there is a short car park in front of the terminal, and the first 10 minutes are free.
At most, if you stay longer than 10 minutes, pay 6.50 for the first hour. (still high rate compared to other airports which is around 3 euros) but still better than 60/70 euros that arrives at home.

Not extremely cozy for long waits, and the food and drinks are quite a bit pricier than the Italian average.

Apart from the obligation to use surgical masks, for those who have opted for other solutions, it is organized very well. The mask can be purchased locally from a distributor in kit with gloves and wipes for 2, too bad it's a rubbish, much less efficient than mine in fabric, only scene, so bring a decent surgical one from home.

For the rest very well, this solution that you enter the airports only with boarding passes is excellent, finally you can breathe and you are calm. Sure they earn less inside but it's really comfortable.

The airport has improved in recent years. It should improve with further work in progress.

Very cluttered in the two lower floors with luggage, security checks went very fast, staff relatively friendly.

Great arrival experience at a modern and organised terminal. The staff at the ferry desk were helpful and the transfer to Venice Island ferries was via a modern enclosed walkway with travelators. This airport is a great example for other airports in Italy.

Long waiting time to everything, bad service, bad air. People cannot speak English. Generally, a big disappointment.

I wish to thank the disability assistance staff for their kindness and dedication. Today I have a lady and a gentleman who greeted me, the lady front door so that I announce my plane ticket and the gentleman who accompanied me with an armchair at the boarding gate .
I was supported with the truck carrying two other gentlemen Vittorio and Flavio. I regularly go to Montegrotto run and I am always very satisfied with the handicap assistance team.

I do not quite understand the concept of this airport - it seems like a misconception. The gates connect directly to the sales hall. Little seating at the gates. Walking and waiting guests in front of the gates are always in the way. This is not an airport to go shopping for earlier.

I was nervous about flying out of here after reading all the terrible reviews. however, I had no issues! it's a small airport and is pretty simply laid out. I arrived, checked my bag, made it thru security, grabbed coffee, bought souvenirs, and made it to my gate all in under an hour. maybe they've made some improvements? I could see it being difficult to navigate, however, if you don't understand Italian or English.

I came with a lot of time before to read the reviews, is very criticized but I found it modern, clean and easy everything. Many people only bother to write when they have a bad experience. In general quite good and fast and punctual bus access, all very well and without me asking the information girls to help you in many languages. Everything fantastic!

Right now at the passport control only one window is opened. The line is huge and getting bigger every minute. I have asked the assistant in the red uniform whether it is possible to open more windows and she said that she can t help.

Airport reachable either with Alilaguna with 15 euros, or by boat to Piazzale Roma and from there bus nr 5 to the airport with 14 euros .. the airport is really large, scattered and undergoing numerous adjustments .. In the context of the controls and quick check-ins

Venice airport is equipped with every service: restaurants, cortolerie, perfumeries, souvenir shops ... both outside and inside the sterile area. However, during this post-pandemic period, but still an emergency, the airport is completely empty and almost all shops / restaurants are closed: with the exception of the corridor leading from the control area to the gates, it is practically all closed.

It is a terrible airport, people who work there is very rude and not professional. Low level airport , avoid it

Very well organized, spacing and antiseptic gel dispensers everywhere, they also have a center to do quick tests for Covid.

The airport is clean, it's small. It is better to come with enough time because the queues in the police control are quite long, a little organization is lacking. Also, in autocheking you can not print the billing labels of Iberia bags so at the end you have to queue for check-in as well. If you come with time, there is no problem. The toilets very clean.

A very large airport but despite its size it is very easy to find your way with signs and directions.
The environment is bright, clean and pleasant, there are many areas in which to sit rarely full waiting for your flight in front of the screens that warn of times and gates.
In landside, unfortunately, there are few windows to look out of but it is a lack that is compensated by the great presence in airside (after security checks).
There are so many parking lots that become less expensive the farther they are.
It is accessible by public transport both by sea and by land, but tickets are often very expensive.
To save money you can walk a quarter of an hour to the card pharmacy where there is another bus stop that allows you to take the bus for only one euro 50.
Overall a great experience!
