Overall pretty good airport. Floor numbers are confusing. Some signs say you're on 2nd and some say you're on 3rd, etc.

LGA. In Italian. Hey! That's right! LaGuardia was Italian. Seriously screwed up.
Beautiful shame for the area controls changed because it was much better than he was before! He had his peculiar style with the ceiling coming down with LED! But del remained and wonderful !!!
Touch and escape for work reasons, short visit to Venice and return to Rome with Frecciarossa; the landing stage a short distance from the terminals is very convenient.
Alilaguna has excellent boats for a nice scenic ride.
I've only flown INTO this airport, never OUT of this airport, so I'm basing my review on my arrival experience -- and it was one of the best I've ever had in the entire world! the arrival process couldn't have been easier! It took about 10 minutes from the time our flight landed to the point where we collected our luggage. The airport is small and was very, very quiet. It was easy-breezy! There's about a 10 minute walk from the airport to the water taxi stations, so be prepared for that. It's flat but still not fun if you have lots of luggage
Deplorable. Including in the so-called top-of-the-range services. The staff are "hungry", whether at check-in or in the lounges. Very cold welcome, almost rude and endless complications.
Unpleasant moments and bad memories are the key.
Very bad experience.
the airport is very clean and nice staff thanks italy
+modern and clean
-too tiny for so many people
-toilets with compromised privacy
-too many useless shops that only occupy space
-terrible departure gates
Horrible!
Legalized theft costs disproportionate, from parking to drinks
Nothing to criticize, in line with other European airports.
Hello sorry I wanted information so that Italy airports open
Since they introduced automatic passport reading, it's a total chaos with endless queues for both arrivals and departures. The staff is then extremely rude and unfit to handle such a large influx of customers. No international airport in the world is so disorganized.
A small and efficient field. Returning a car to Avis was smooth and efficient. Keys in the safe and we're at Duty Free, expensive but real. A bottle of Gorgio Armenian perfume 103 in Israel for about NIS 300. Campari bottle about 20 . Duty in the country about $ 15. Small espresso sandwich, mozzarella and tomato, plus a small croissant, 10.5. There are charging stations for phones.
There are no luggage trolleys in the parking lot. Since normal access from the parking garage was blocked, I would have to carry my heavy bag
Great airport, a good parking options. A lot of flight options around Europe and also some international.
Always work in progress .. a constant inconvenience now for commuters ..
I like so much this airport even if for Venice is still small but it provides all the airport service.
Nice and well-organized airport, good service and good staff who are there to help and inform you. Good selection of taxi free shops with good prices! A little bit maybe .. we were there Saturday on departure and an incredible amount of people and a lot of queue formation at the street
Excellent Airport
Easy and quick to reach. Connecting flights to many international HUBs. Renewed and expanding.
Very beautiful square, a lot of people and a lot of pigeons, my husband and I came early in the morning to take good photos at this time, few tourists
Venice airport is very nice, big, clean. Unfortunately the covid made it almost deserted, but I think it's a problem that other sites have. I have seen a lot of internal shops with products stored in boxes and empty shelves, for me, who was used to seeing a lot of life in this airport, it's a little (very) sad to see this situation. I hope everything starts up again as soon as possible.
The best airport in the world. Friendly staff, convenient parking, great appearance.
The fact that I have been working on it for 15 does not affect this assessment
Not bad place.
Free internet, ample space and many bars / restaurants.
I like it
To get our bags back, we waited for a lifetime ... everything else was excellent
The airport looks great, well maintained, with various nice design elements. Some of the lower gate areas aren't of the same quality but still good.
They have bussines lounges both before and after the security checks, although the one before is pretty simple and empty
Well-appointed place with the exception of the organization of queues for waiting for boarding. It is the fair the lines encroach on the hall restricting the circulation of other users.
With sloping, clear directions, quite a few shops and restaurants
How can you pay 14 for parking for an hour and a half? Thieves!
We were all too tired as we were coming from Brazil and had to endure a 3 hs waiting for the connection in Lisbon. So we could not appreciate the airport too much. In fact we were looking for a decent dinner and a bed. It didn`t impress us anyway to the point of being unforgettable.
An absurd thing, yesterday I paid 6.50 for 30 minutes of parking. Pure shame. Never seen anywhere in the world.
Worst airport ever. I ve probable been through 75 - 100 airports and this is the worst. No organization and no one to help. It took us 45 minutes just to find where to check in. And the gates are close to each other with the lines crossing one another - don t even know what line your in. And we ate at a fast food burger place and it took 35 minutes AFTER we waited in line 20 minutes to order to get our over priced lousy food.
Venice is beautiful but man, is it worth it?
Modern environment. I had problems with the airline, but I can't blame the airport.
Is it possible that there is no parking for an hour or two? There are only short or daily parking spaces !! It is a serious disservice to an airport that should instead be distinguished.
They travel often adelescenti guys or maybe you would / should accompany and do not download to the terminal. This is not possible in Venice.
Very confused! The boarding gates mix and then separate, bad signage ... I almost missed a flight running behind the boarding place!
small airport, but great view over the sea while landing/taking off
One star is still very very generous!.:we checked in early at 5 and just wanted a coffee. Want to the chocolate bar on the ground floor after security. Ordered a croissant and a cappuccino.lady didn't speak any English but that's ok things can be explained but she literally threw my croissant at me grabbed the cup out of my hand just because she didn't explain to me that you had to get the coffee later with the ticket. unimpressed with unprofessional serviice of staff at this airport and in need of a serious review.it leaves a very biitter note with this visit to Venice. Please avoid this bar at all costs!
The airport keeps expanding and improving over the years, and while there can be a shortage of seats, the check-in and security process is usually painless. Food options are on the expensive side, but of generally good quality. The Marco Polo lounge is one of the best ones around, and very enjoyable (you can purchase entry for 40, or use Priority Pass or other cards)
Yes, it seems that not everything is bad. But it is a pity that no one wants to speak with a taboo other than English. Which is very upsetting
Unfortunately a disappointment, because of the covid
Very old airport and the arrival hall is very small with severe shortage of passport control officers, I mean you can wait for more than one hour along with 400 other passengers with only 2 or 3 passport control counters open
Pleasant AirPort, pitty we always to early and have to wait on Check in desks to open.
Modern and well maintained. Good parking spaces, even if very expensive
Worst airport in the world. Been backpacking Europe all over and haven t had such bullish service.
Arrived from Santorini with Volotea flight at 3.15 am, 10 minutes late. Nothing serious, despite the late hour. Too bad then we had to wait for our luggage for an entire hour! Two hours of flight plus one waiting for baggage delivery! Obviously nobody, during the wait, thought to inform the poor travelers about what was going on, given the small air traffic of the moment. A bad and unacceptable service for the third Italian airport. Before thinking about future airport expansions, one should try to make basic services such as baggage handling and delivery efficient.
Everything started great, fast luggage deposit, fast security, and then.... a huuuuge line for the (non-EU citizen) passport check... we are now 40 minutes in and just passed the midway point. I filmed the line for fun, it took more than 2 minutes... I don't know how they thought that 4 gates were enough for the number of flights scheduled.... If you can, I suggest you fly from another airport...
Sometimes queues and jobs make boarding a bit difficult. Overall, however, it offers good service.
Beautiful airport, only the bus parking is a bit 'far but especially when it rains or pulls the wind is very bad
Never seen such a thing! Parking far from the airport long term parking for 29 minutes ... 25 shocking !!
I remembered it more crowded and lively but Covid19 does not forgive ... Airport always beautiful
Year my baggage is lost, after having recovered it behind the rollers, the next day I am contacted for the collection, waiting 2 hours to collect it because the operator was not in the office, bad experience
Very nice with all the precautions for coronavirus, I haven't really understood where to exit in an easy way though.
Relatively small, few areas to wait and rest. Few food options and no shops.
Nice airport and the most close airport to Venice center.
I love getting out of the airport so much despite it being perfect for loving Venice again and again
Unfortunately this airport isn't good. The WiFi does not connect and the food is very expensive. Nearly 20.00 for a burger !! Not impressed.
Small airport, expansion works are underway. It is saturated and it is advisable to have patience for all procedures
A large modern airport that is still expanding. Helpful staff, quick and effective checks, and clear and detailed information to travelers. Ample parking for both short and long stays. A Z.T.C. has recently been established, so if you do not enter the car park you have 7 minutes to leave the airport area. As far as the connections to the city are concerned, there is a lack of a rapid rail link, which however has been partly funded by the CIPE and its inauguration is scheduled for 2026.
Appalling departure experience. No signs directing to correct lines for gates. Crowded area at gate with too few seats and long period standing. Not at all happy or impressed
We flew in on a Friday and were put in a holding pattern due to air traffic control for 20mins. Not so bad but we left out the next Friday and we were delayed 35 mins again due to air traffic control and it caused us to miss our connection in Chicago. It was a miserable experience in the Venice airport and we won't be back for a second visit.
Arrived at this airport. The queue for customs control has been moving very slowly and slowly. The luggage area is very beautiful, in the photo floor in this area
It is very convenient that there are automatic machines for selling tickets, but we reinsured and bought after consultation with the window three-day tickets for vaporetto (you can even go to neighboring islands: Murano, Burano, etc.).
The location of the bus stop is convenient, buses often go.
