Medium-sized airport adapted to the needs of a relatively small city like Venice. It is very difficult to lose yourself in it and it is very well connected to the city. It has a new area very well organized. In security it has improved a lot. In its stores you can even buy Murano glass objects.

Simple airport because only one terminal. He is very clean. The indications are clear. The passage of security is fast.
Duty free very nice.

Nice, clear airport. From Venice, z. B. from Rialto, feeder A (!) With the orange line A very good and quickly accessible. One hour driving time. The ticket must be bought in advance at the ticket counter on the A feeder - not at the ticket vending machine.
The security is very fast, the staff friendly.
Unfortunately it only has self service restaurants. The offer is big. For a small snack and a good beer I recommend Rustichelli Mangione.

Simply perfect!! shame about the change in the control area that was going to be much better! Just to add 4 5 check-in desks did they have to change everything? They could get them downstairs and keep the control area where it was! Because it was comfortable and more accessible and beautiful as a style where it was before! Such a pity!! Moreover it is magnificent as an airport since it is still expanding and I hope that in 1 year 2 they will build the 2nd runway

Normal sized airport where you can't do that much. Check in for Lufthansa was fast and friendly, but easy-jet baggage-drop could take a while so be prepared to arrive early.

For a new airport, signage is extremely poorly designed. It's hard to find your way around. Make sure to get there early enough. When going to your gate, you'll be forced to go through a commercial area ants before you can see your gate number, they make you wait in the commercial area. They have favored business over legibility, practicality and sadly safety.

Not to be compared with Frankfurt. Clean, free wifi, toilets you can probably better clean, many shops like Montblanc, Bvlgari etc .. Restaurant very nicely designed. Check in perfectly fast and competent. Person control quickly happened. Boarding too, went very quickly the staff had everything under control. Duty Free very big selection of whiskeys. I can not understand the bad reviews at all.

The experience it was not bad as described in other comments. Maybe they are improving.

The security seems much more careful compared with other airports.

Small airport, which should facilitate its management. Well, it's not like that. The prices of the various bars / restaurants are much higher than at other airports. The services leave something to be desired: few places to sit, and throughout the airport I counted just 3 columns to charge phones / computers. Wall outlets do not exist as they are all covered.

Super airport. Functional and comfortable for all operations.

Quite a small airport, offers road taxis, buses as well as private water taxis and the water bus to mainland Venice. The airport itself was pretty quiet, (February), very clean also. Music plays throughout the airport. Plenty of restaurants and drink vendors. Water taxis, bus counters all over the place, just be careful that you don't purchase the wrong type of travel, easily done and NO refunds. All staff have a good understanding of English. Toilets are free to use and clean. Once through security - outwards, the duty free is pretty poor in comparison to other larger airports so don't expect to much. Drink and food on this side are more expensive and of poor quality in comparison. The communication over the airport this side is hard to pick up, so ensure you regular check the signs.

Badly organized little information 14.00 to park 25 minutes negative on everything

No temperature control at the entrance. For the use of the mask they make sporadic announcements but no checks and the canteen area is too small (they closed the second floor probably because there are fewer users in this period).

Waiting time is essential part here. Don t expect luxury.

Eternally slow luggage dispatching. Always able to take hours for no reason!

Excellent airport on the outskirts of Venice, VCE is the IATA reference code, I frequent it often for work and it remains a strong point for the city and the entire hinterland. A greeting. Achilles.

No water fountains anywhere to be found near gate 10. Every other airport does. What/who do you hate more the environment/ your passengers?

One of the very few airports without a water fountain! Absolutely ridiculous!! And the only reason is that in this way they can force everyone to pay 3 for a small bottle of water, which is not overpriced, is a robbery!

Worst airport ever. Security process makes American TSA security seem like like a well oiled machine. More disorganized then small South American airports. Significantly overcrowded.

Usually I do not do the shopping at the airport so do not judge the prices of shops and do not care.
The airport is beautiful, I mean aesthetically beautiful. It's comfortable and there's not too much noise. The bathrooms are always clean and comfortable, but have you seen the other airports? Sometimes I come even if I don't have to take the plane but only for pleasure.

Rising costs and downtime services. Poor seating at the terminal. Biblical and badly organized baggage delivery. In the event of delays, there will be no assistance and no communication.

Small airport a bit chaotic. It is difficult to organize well, there is not enough space for people who receive tourists, shops, etc. In addition, the check-in areas are mixed with the arrivals area, which makes everything a bit more chaotic. I don't know what the bad reviews are for only thing I saw was some construction for a new terminal which didn't affect anything we did. We got dropped off at 9am for a noon flight. You walk in amd look at the board to see what area to check in. Wait was maybe 10 minutes as they have kiosks to print bag tags etc. You drop bags and easy signs to security. Line wasn't long and moved fast. Airport was clean. Food in American airlines side of terminal as good and plentiful. Great airport.

The airport is very small for the amount of people entering and leaving, it doesn't have enough chairs (the few chairs it does have are super uncomfortable) and they put problems all over the place.

Stranded for 2 hours before departure here but easily fill up the time with kids enjoying good pizza and ice cream at reasonable price at the food court located on the upper level of the airport.

Reachable both by bus and by shuttle service from nearby cities, it is the most important airport in Veneto.
All in all quite modern, friendly staff and quick check procedures.

Queued for 2 hours to get through customs as the automated passport control wasn't working! So they had one person checking all passports for EU, USA, Canada and Anzac passports arrivals. Absolutely ridiculous!

I have been to many airports and this is by far the worst. Took us 1.30hrs to check in 30 minutes to que at security and 45 minutes to que at the gate. We had no time to eat and thankfully we were on a chartered flight which left 45 minutes late due to the airport delays.
Avoid at all costs.

Badly designed for the amount of passengers it recives. Needes to be expanded. Yet credit for the Quick and effective security check.

Flight was cancelled. No info at all. Neither from airline nor from any airport staff. No info desk. After 40 minutes in the queue just in front of the ticket desk, receptionist directed all passengers to registration desks where we stayed another our without info. Is this an airport or what?

trouble-free airport (infrastructure and service without any problems) with everything for efficient check-in and reception of planes with passengers going here, to see the wonders of Venice for yourself :)

Empty, surreal ... suitable for the "Covid emergency ...

Recently renovated but all the information points are on the top floor. Wasn't it more logical to get them at 1? Lost a 300 flight because they wanted to overturn the whole suitcase by checking the diabetic medicines. All they had to do was taste them. Zero refunds, zero excuses and zero discounts for the new ticket. Much better to go to other airports

Easy access, well placed car rental parking. Clean. Easy to find the right gate. Nothing special, it's just a good airport.

Very nice as not overcrowded - happy to have the opportunity to travel in low season!

Misdirected by Covit issue and lack of support staff.

Beautifully clean airport. Once you arrive head towards the boat taxi. Be very mindful of the various prices. Personally I would recommend the alilaguna, take a nice slow meandering towards the most amazingly attractive city on earth.
The airport has every thing you need from food to toilets

Unfortunately, the airport and service were very bad. On arrival there is a queue for 2 hours !!!! for passport control !! Without air conditioning (((. Only 5 out of 12 windows work.) When flying off, there is a crazy crowd for control, there is a queue for an hour (((and duty free - prices are higher than at other European airports.

All in all it is a welcoming, helpful, organized place. X to say something negative is a little too small. Another positive note are the controls ... Very fast.

Small airport, the staff was helpful and it was good experience. The only thing is they needed to put some directions for passengers going to Venice about the buses and the ferry or put some information desk to help foreigners

Shameful baggage waiting times. Park P2's pedestrian walkway invaded by tall grass and detached advertising billboards.

The departure area is very beautiful, with a beautiful and wide architecture. The benches are very comfortable and the services are very efficient.

We have been waiting for 20 minutes inside the bus that will have to take us to the plane. All open with wind and cold. Flight from Venice to Barcelona at 16.05. Bad service.
