The venue is new and clean. Parking near the venue during an event will be expensive. We wound up paying $25 in our lot and my brother in law paid $35. It may be worth investigating parking before you get here. Souvenirs and food were offensively overpriced.

I went to the Mary j blige and Nas concert. It was amazing, very crowded but well worth. The bathrooms were clean and not a long wait. I didn't like the fact the seats are too close together. Getting out took a long time but it was worth it. I had a blast

Not a bad seat on the house. In my opinion one of the best arenas around. More intimate then msg and yet still big league feel. If you want to grab a bite dinosaur bbq right there. Yes it s in Newark so best to stay around the arena. The arena is always clean been there a few times . Food typical arena food security the same as anywhere else. The place to be to see a show or a game. Really not a bad thing to say about this place. If it was located in a nicer area then were talking a home run. Arena area very safe buttt stick to that area.

Love the Twice concert nothing wrong with the Concert or the Venue itself. I felt so close to th artist. But the staff that was scanning the tickets Kept nodding his head (Like in Shame) and that really made me upset because you have no right to judge others. But anyways.

The hospitality of the staff is great! The food was better tasting and more plentiful than other events I've been to for similar prices. Would definitely attend another Devil's game here and would definitely consider other events as well.

Nice

We traveled from NY into NJ for this show. Arrived early enough to find cheaper street parking, though even $15.00 is too much for what is otherwise a public parking spot.

My first time at the Prudential Center. Magnetometer screenings and bag checks. Plenty of food and drink vendors, but it costs $5.00 for a bottle of water, and you cannot keep the bottle cap. Awkward.

Two acts, the first show scheduled at 8;00 p.m. It began after 8;30, and the headline act began just before 10. I didn't expect that long a delay, but others knew better and the concert hall only filled gradually.

I bought my ticket the day of the show. Our seats were way upstairs, Section 227. We had an obstructed view, and the ticket seller never mentioned this. Bought our two tickets at a markup, and had an over $60 dollars service charge. Outrageous.

The show was wonderful, and the acoustics were good, but, alas, the obstructed view. I wish there were more video screens (there were just two, and they both faced forward, whereas we sat on the right side).

My first time at this venue, and it only reminded me how much I miss Madison Square Garden.

Went to see Bon Jovi in concert. The staff was amazing. My dad who is handicapped was taken to the seats ( floor seats) by the staff thru some elevator that took us to a tunnel that came out right at our seats . We would never been able to made it to the seats otherwise. The staff member even checked on us after to make sure everything was enjoyable. Thanks you to the BEST STAFF .

I put a 1 because it is my only Choice but Carlos deserves 0 stars. The show was amazing!!
I am discussed with the supervisor Carlos who requested PD be called for " people refusing to levae" after I explained to him that I was afraid to leave the building as I have never been in the area and my Uber driver did not answer my several calls. They will never get my money again!!!!!

Great arena. Well run when we went to Jurassic World Live. Easy to navigate. Although getting into the parking garage was a bit of a nightmare. Lots of police and staff directing traffic but they can only do so much.

Love

Prudential Center is a good venue to see a show it's not too big and not too small that it won't attract big names, there is no parking at the center so you have to pay for off-site parking which isn't too bad, usually only a block or so away. The one really bad thing he's getting into the building there only four ways into the building and everyone piles into them and there's a lot of lines merging into other lines very disorganized they should put staff outside to monitor the line, last time I was there it took over 45 minutes just to get into the building people with your jumping in front of the line because there was no organization or event people to direct the masses
