The facility is extremely clean and maintained, especially the bathrooms. The food is pricey but the staff members are extremely friendly. This is a great place to watch any sporting events especially basketball and is child friendly.

Went to my first Devils home game in December of 2016. Not a bad seat in house. Good site views even in the upper deck. Good layout easy to get around. Lots of food selections to choose from.

Good night at the Prudential Center. Found some cheap parking not far from the Center. It was very easy to navigate through the building, well staffed and helpful. I'm a big guy and leg space was a little tight but the seats were fine.. The boxing event was awesome.. Me and my wife had a great time

Top arena to watch ice hockey in the NHL. Great environment, good arrival and very well maintained and clean. Places are comfortable and the view is great. The mood was gigantic. Overall, a great experience. We were certainly not the last time here.

The waiting on line was terrible because of the cold. But also the security at the door was very slow. Also to get a drink took awhile because staff talked more than they served. Was late seeing the show by 20 mins. And that was going without the drink because i was done waiting and paid to much to miss anymore of yhe show.

Took my grandson to the Marvel program. The arena is very nice and the sound and view from our nose bleed seats was good. The seats provided very little room and it made the experience uncomfortable for an average sized person. Perhaps seating at a lower level provides more leg room, but at this level the arena has less leg room than a jet plane.

Just saw Phil Collins here. Was first time. Staff was extremely courteous. Bathrooms clean and overall was clean. The not letting you have caps on 5 dollar sodas you buy is odd. They said it was so they don't get thrown on stage...but yet if you were that person, you could just use your empty soda container. So I don't get the logic in having to risk spilling a drink because there's no cap. Other than that it was great.

Went to the Pink concert here, getting in was easy and painless, finding my seat was way with the help of lots of staff members being available. Here are my cons, there is only a few places to get alcohol which means people (lots of people) have to wait a super long time to get a drink (I waited a half hour to get a $12 drink and he didn't even put a full shot in my drink. ) the vendors are made to put all drinks that come in a bottle or can into a plastic cup with no lid. So then of course I put my soda down under my seat and because the rows of seats are squished so damn close to the one behind it my drink got knocked over and since I did get the bottle with a cap or a lid for the cup they put it in, someone knocked it over. When I told one of the staff members about it, he responded "that's not my job" so I asked if he could inform whoevers job it is to mop it. No one ever came to clean it so I couldnt put my purse down the whole time and my shoes were sticking to the ground. Also parking in the lot across the street was hell and it took nearly an hour just to get out of the small lot.

I went to the Circle of Sisters concert and had a wonderful time. Food was great. Security lines moved quickly. Staff was very helpful. Just give yourself a lot of time if you are using public transportation on the weekends.

Very nice venue to see a concert, in this case Garth Brooks. Great sight lines, nice acoustics, pleasant staff, and adult dized adult beverages. $40 to park was a bit outrageous as was the price of said beverages. Much better venue though to actually see a show than MSG now.

I don t think there is a bad seat in the whole place. Section 18-22 have quick access to the restrooms and bar area. It s an easy ride on the Path train from Manhattan and a short walk to the venue!

Obviously this place has no regard for people's safety. People smoking and I couldn't breathe!!! I came to enjoy a concert, my first experience and I felt competir unsafe an unwanted. All they wanted was our money! I hate to say it, but I guess that's what you get when you go to Newark.
