Yesterday it was my first time going to the prudential center it was a nice looking building but getting in that was the confusing part An it was tricky getting inside and finding the main entrance the inside was huge a few staff was friendly the parking lot is huge the arena filled up so so fast with people then it got confusing again when I was trying to find my seat but good thing security helped out an honestly I didn t know my way around the prudential center the sad part about it there was only one merch stand in the front but I didn t see any going upstairs that s strange I thought every part of the arena would have merch stands every where but this arena didn t I enjoyed watching wwe backlash some matches wer good a few wer boring Getting out got even trickier other then that it s good but not as great as Madison square garden Barclays center and Yankee stadium prudential center and New Jersey in my honest opinion have a very slow slow pace my first experience of the prudential center was ok other then that I had a good time FYI the drinks wer horrible my soda tasted like water they need to fix the soda machines like it s no joke

The Prudential center is nice but the McDonald's Gospel Fest. Not so much. I would never attend that event again. The host Curtis Farrow was rude and made a distasteful comment towards Shirley Caesar. The audio was horrible and you couldn't really hear the artist. I did not like this experience one bit.

It's a great place to watch a game and the stands are filled with red jerseys making the atmosphere really cool. The fans really get into it when their team scores.
I did find the arena itself is very confusing to navigate as a first timer there. The signage is poor and help was hard to find.

Went there for RLCS this weekend and spent $15 for a beer, $7 for a small soggy hot dog, $15 for a grilled chicken sandwich that consisted of a dry burnt piece of chicken on a bun with nothing else (lettuce, tomato, cheese, anything at all). Utter slap in the face to the attendees, shameful. If you're going to charge that much at least make the food taste somewhat edible.

Large arena. Was there for 2019 Berkeley College graduation.

Downside: very little free street parking... fortunate to know someone working in area so was able to coordinate free space, otherwise would have to pay and parking lots were very expensive... as much as $40 for 2 hours.

Also, seating in arena is not ideal for tall persons...really close rows.

Amazing experience. Did my son s birthday party and couldn t be happier. My son told me it s the best birthday present ever. From beginning to the end I was dealing with Matt and he made sure we had a great time. Zamboni ride, signed puck and 2nd row seats. It was great. Thank you

We went to see Transiberian Orchestra s Christmas show and it was a great experience. The music and light effects were amazing. Would definitely recommend seeing them if you haven t already.

Great arena with great fans.

It was a little odd that concession stands had to keep the lids for bottles of water/Gatorade and the price was too high even for a sporting event.

Great music played in between the action on the ice.

Very nice place. Parking around is little expensive but in and out is very good. Lot of good people inside to help us out to find out seats, way etc. Nice and clean. Next time I will go by train instead of driving.

Went for a Devils game, this is a fantastic arena, they have a huge variety of food options, typical stadium food prices but friendly staff, very clean and great views no matter what you go there to see.

The management could invest in 2 "real" big screens for the benefit of the majority of the audience who can't see the stage clearly rather than those ?big? screen TVs Iike I got in my family room.
Maybe they should take a ride to Madison Square Garden and see what a real concert hall uses.
The Prudential Center needs 4 of their little screens together to equal 1 real screen. One on each side of the of the stage for a arena concert.

Well organized, well marked, clean, with plenty of parking and concession stands- didn't try them though so can't tell you much about how good food are and pricing. Tip: plenty of good restaurants nearby like Dinosaur BBQ if you're up for that before the show or game. Newark Penn station is only a 7minute walk away for commuters like me.

The Prudential center is a great venue for both concerts and sporting events. The area is very safe with lots of cops directing traffic and patrolling in the area, not to mention the police station that's literally a block away on market street. Hockey games are a blast here ave the concerts are pretty fun as well. There is plenty of paid parking and even local parking on the steets if you arrive early enough. It is also very close to Newark Penn station so taking a train is always the better alternative. Remember this is a city not the meadowlands so please remember to use street smarts. Also there are plenty eateries and bars right next to the rock

Attended Seton Hall vs DePaul basketball game. Parked in garage next to Prudential Center and walked through walkway on 4th level right into building. Food (Hot dogs, chicken fingers & fries) was good but a little pricey. Sections are well marked and the few employees I talked to were all very nice.

The place was nice and clean. Staff was nice and the restrooms were clean. I did like the inside. The price of food and drinks like any other events place needs regulations. It's stupid to pay $30 for two beers but that's the price to pay if you want to have a beer or two plus a show.

The venue is easy to get to with the exception of the roads immediately surrounding. Concession staff are super friendly. Great sound in the venue. Only complaint is Chris Brown's concert ended at 10:15 which was much earlier than expected. I saw Florida Georgia Line two weeks ago and the show went to 11:00.
