Came in to find out info about renting a storage shed for my work supplies. The manager was professional and answered my questions. If you need a space I recommend storing here.

Latoya the Manager was very friendly and informative. She assisted me with a great price for a unit that I only needed for a few weeks. It was a fast and efficient processes when I got the unit and when I left the unit. Shawn the maintenance worker provided me help when I left the unit. He was also friendly and professional. I had a great first time experience with them.

Faith the store manager Helped me find a storage that was bigger and cheaper than the price I was going to pay for at both Uhaul and public storage she was super professional and would be the main reason I recommend EVERYONE to go to LIFE STORAGE ON JHANKE ROAD!!!! She assured and showed me and my wife that we would not have mice and other unwanted things in my storage and as I walked around the facility it was very clean from the front parking lot to the back of the storage lot. She also made renting a truck very fast and easy. She is the absolute reason for the 5 star review

They are pretty good. Don't go to far behind your payment they will lock ya container with another lock quick, which is fine with me. Once its paid it's off the same day so that's kool. I have nothing bad to say. It was easy getting a unit on a Sunday. Prices are slightly higher than the regular competitors but you get more for what you are paying for. It has a gate, it has climate control and 24 hour access so it's worth it.

I'm an elderly woman that has a unit here at the Jahnke road location. I wanted to say that Rhonda is very respectable and polite in these crazy times. She allowed me to sit in my car as she took my payment and it was raining outside! She did the walking in the rain so I didn't have to get out of my car and she did it with a pleasant attitude. We need more people like her!! Thank you.

In my first hour I locked my keys in my car and she helped me find a lock service because im from out of town. 2nd trip i left my key and she had the tools to help with that delima as well. I visited this facility not long ago and received assistance from Rhonda. I explained that it was a hectic day for me so she made the process incredibly easy. I appreciated her efficiency and speed!

This place is sooooo nice compared to my other unit....24 hour access and I got to use their box truck free within first 2 weeks of renting my unit....super helpful!! Very clean and beyond friendly staff!!!! I am satisfied beyond measure with life storage on jahnke rd for temporary home to my prized possessions!!

Rhonda Lewis is the best. She has great Customer Service. She has always greeted me and help me and also gave me the best advise when it came to pricing and my unit.

I came to this location only for a few things and was honestly in a rush. I was then pleasantly greeted by Rhonda who assisted we with the few items I needed along with some additional help and advice for my personal needs. Her service was exceedingly well and I will definitely come to this location going forward just to deal with her amazing services!

I was shopping around to fine a storage facility to house some old items that I was looking to move. With this being the first time coming to life storage, I wasn t to sure about pricing and products. There I met the store manager Rhonda! She was very warm and welcoming. She made the process seem so simple and effortless. Rhonda was very informative and paid close attention to my needs with storing my belongings. Even though at that moment I didn t purchase a unit. Rhonda was still able to provide me with boxes, packing tape and other items to at least get my items ready should I decide to go forward in the process! If I ever decide to purchase a unit Life Storage will DEFINITELY be my first choice!

The is by far the friendliest staff and cleanest storage facility I ve used in a while!!! Highly recommend using this Life Storage location.

This place is great. I showed up at Life Storage a few weeks ago prepared to rent a storage unit. I knew approximately what size I needed and Latoya was so accommodating and helpful, showing me a number of different units before we finally found one that would suit my needs. The price was reasonable compared to other storage units in the area, and the location works great for me since I live in the city where storage options are scarce. I would definitely recommend Latoya and Life Storage to friends and neighbors.

They are amazing. We got a truck last minute and only had to pay the insurance fee because we did it within 2 weeks of being there and used under 25 miles. Storage is easily accessed and they are so friendly.

Life Storage is a clean, and safe place and making it easy access to your storage. I have never had such a great experience at a storage business. Very helpful and on point with information. The staff was excellent, I was helped by Ciarra and she was very friendly and knowledgeable, with that kind of customer service I wont be storing anywhere else!

I usually do not write reviews but I had to make an exception. I went to this location a few days ago after having a rough day and spoke with Rhonda about possibly getting a unit. She was very helpful and knowledgeable of the different options she had. After that conversation I left with the needed information and a smile on my face. I will definitely be back.

Quite above expectations

I went to this storage center with a friend who was looking for an immediate indoor location due to an unexpected housing situation. The location didn't seem promising to me but he had used the facility under a different name in the past. I was seriously overwhelmed with the quality and cleanliness of the facility, the knowledge and friendliness of the staff, and the up to date nature of their business model. I would be personally quite happy to use their facility for any storage needs I had, and would recommend it to anyone. As a plus the rates seem quite reasonable as well.

It couldn t have been easier to reserve a unit! Also the lovely ladies behind the desk were so nice and helpful! 24-hour access is just the cherry on top! More space for less money!!

I would rate my experience a negative number if I could. I was very disappointed. I reserved a stage storage for a 7.5x 10 ft storage unit only to go and look at the unit to see a 3 ft pole blocking the entrance. Customer service would not offer a further discount on the storage unit and no other units that size were available, so I ended up having to rent with another facility. I was nevertheless extremely disappointed by the false advertisement, time wasted, and lack of remediation. I would not recommend this company. Customer service was not helpful.
