The Seats are to small & close together.
And the prices of food & water Way To Expensive.
The entrance to the facility could be better organized and less "herding cattle". There were no lines, just herding people through 4 doors to go through security. The beer and food selections were really good. It was really clean and the staff was friendly.
Just played here with the Misfits and had a great time the staff is amazing Security is great the arena is spotless thank you!
I went here for the b2k reunion tour and talk about packed!!! Reason why I'm giving this place 2 stars is because it was a bit cold that day and unlike other venues they make you wait outside till the doors open we could of waited inside by the doors in line.
Sunday evening. Event parking was just outside the door. Easy access. Food options were very limited and ill prepared for the opening of the event time. All else was great!
There's always a great event going on at the Prudential Center in New Jersey
Clean venue, friendly staff, and ample parking in the area. Unfortunately, all the prices are inflated which I've come to expect from any major arena.
services a bit slow but the place was clean.
Seats are very very small and not enough leg room.
After the show I had knee pain.
there always hosting great events for everyone and everything for newark I appreciate everything they do to make this community great and present these events for us
Seats are fine but the acoustics aren't great. Attended a concert here and it wasn't a great experience.
We went to see WWE Smackdown. We had a wonderful time. Hospitality was excellent.
Poor directions to seating. Not a very comfortable stadium seats seem small and crowded.
Felt like i was on a airplane. Tight seats and no legroom. Nice venue though.
Monster jam was awesome! Highly recommend you taking the fam and participating in some good ol American monster truck rally times. They supply ear plugs for free but if you have noise canceling headphones, those are better for the kids. Also, prob should have brought masks cuz every employee was wearing them. They know something we don't. Oops. 'Merica
It was a grand experience; the food, the environment, the seats, everything was great!
I love the prudential center building...it looks far better then that piece of s#*t Barclay center.
First time at the Center. Saw a concert. Great experience. No problems. Easy in. Easy out. It pays to have family who can drop you off and pick you up.
easy to get to from manhattan via the path - saw ice hockey here. over[riced snacks as you would expect, but good vibe here and flow of getting in/out worked well.
What a great experience for the McDonald Gospel Fest first time in the Prudential Center myself. I am disabled in the walk was long but special seating was given
Parking is expensive and it takes half an hour of traffic just to leave the parking lot. The stadoum sells over priced food but other than that its fine for events.
I went there for a concert, we parked about 3 blocks away, and it's 8 dollar for 5 hours. The center is quite big, they do not allow any food and drink from outside, you can only buy them inside and a bottle water cost $5. The equipment is kind of old, like seats. Overall it's fine.
This place is great and I love attending events here but customer service sucks. Every time I call it always says there is no operator available. Then when I leave a voicemail I never receive a call back.
Might be biased because the Devil's won but the experience was great. The seats are alright (in terms of quality) but you get a decent amount of feet space which is always a plus
It is located in the heart of Newark, NJ, and is a good attraction.
ALWAYS AN AMAZING TIME , FRIENDLY , HELPFUL STAFF, GREAT CONCERTS
Great venue for watching sports. The security lines are located outdoors.. which is less fun when it's below freezing outside
The best facility to watch hockey in the northeast. Far less pricey than MSG and TD Garden without the misery of having to drive to Long Island to watch a team that has barely moved the needle in three decades.
Easy to park at. Great layout and no bad seats in the house. Great in-game entertainment. Great beer selection. Docked one star because the Devils refuse to fire John Hynes.
The venue was great, but the way they handled the vip experience for the Millennium Tour was horrible. They didn't give the Artist adequate security, it was just a mess. The Artist made an attempt to provide us with great experience but the venue failed us.
Not enough good food options and not enough security people to man the entrance so it was very slow! Seats are comfortable.
Perhaps if they would start winning it would be better! But a good venue. All seats are good!
This was a horrible experience. I took my teenage daughters to Powerhouse and they were so uncomfortable with the environment. This place has no control over the smoking within the building. Approximately %75 of the people were chain smoking weed, cigarettes and black and milds inside. My head and throat hurt! The section attendants had absolutely no control! If I would have known I would not have wasted my money!
Great Stadium, but overpriced food and drinks are to be expected.
Love it most because 2 of my boys graduated there. Also, overall a good experience
Got to attend my first hockey game with some co-workers. It was a great experience. I thought that we would be too far away to see much, but every angle was clear. Seats were a little cramped, but that's what you get.
Amenities were top notch and the bathrooms were clean. Plenty of water fountains and places to purchase concessions.
Entrance and exit of the center was easy and not claustrophobic at all. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future events.
Not as clean seating as I thought there would be. Kind of ratty and small. Popcorn and garbage on the floor. The Parking price of $30.00 for the event was outrageous!!!
The Rock is a great place to watch a game or a concert. Also, the staff is exceedingly courteous, which is especially unique for a venue like this. My favorite story is when I took my 2 year old daughter to her first Devils game, and she was miserable because it was too loud. A Prudential Center Staff member asked how she was doing, and produced a pair of ear plugs when she heard my little girl wasn't enjoying herself. After that, my daughter had a great time!
Celine Dion concert. Only regret is sitting too high up in the mezzanine. But still a great experience seeing Celine sing.
Miranda Lambert is sensational. However fantastic the sound system is, it is hard to make up for such uncomfortable seats. The bars and snacks around the mezzanine are good and not overpriced considering the venue. However being accosted as soon as you get off the escalator by people forcibly shoving pen and pad into your face for a chance with Sunshine "something or other" is terrible.
Will not be going again. There are better venues for music.
Great venue. Not too big. Very clean and friendly staff
Prudential center only has a NHL team now, which is why I can only give them 3/5 stars - however, I love the barclays center and the nets and thats only because the prudential center lost their team. So i'm in a conflict. Getting to prudential is easy enough, and the place is nice enough. but i prefer MSG and barclays as far as arenas go. BUT they do have a monster truck tour go through this place.
Not good, seats weren't good, up very high, and narrow
Participated in the Newark Breast Cancer walk.....such a worthy cause and Prudential Center always accommodates us well
The floor seats were too close together, and we could not get comfortable the entire concert. People were sitting on us. The floor seats were not worth it. I think it affected the audience who did not applaud very much. I don't think we are going to go back there. Can't recommend it. Also, the security lines were too slow and the concert started late.
TSO... Amazing show. No lines. Great security. A great night!
I honestly rarely go to events but the Atmosphere is so insane and fun. My dad was one of electricians that installed the wires and television set in the locker rooms. It s a beautiful venue where Devils fans that can hang out nearby restaurants and the marble design in main concourse is insanely incredible. Not to mention that the Prudential Center holds the one of largest LED displays in the world and oh yeah it s holds the the largest Jumbotron display in the world about the size of a house and holds a record the of the largest suites in North America and the Western Hemisphere. If you go there to take your experience to a Devils game or a concert your going to amazed once you get in like you feel quite at home. It s the one of the 3 arenas that has a practice facility in the NHL.
The Graduation was good because it was big enough to accommodate your family and friends.
Clean area, nice place, good food choices at kiosk's.
Devils hockey is an experience! And the new scoreboard is quite possibly the 8th wonder of the world!
Location is really good, just 10 minutes on foot from the train station. For those of us that come from Manhattan is very convenient because there's a NJ train or PATH that takes about 20 minutes.
Suites are always great service with hot food plus the view is pretty good too.
I had a good time at the concert but we almost got ropped outside. Bad location.
Nice arena, parking was good, but I think when they have major events, they should have more vendors.
Very good arena. Tough getting in and tougher getting out with the crowds. Don't park right near the arena way too expensive. A block further away and a third of the price.
Good place for good snacks I have it five minutes from home.
Great venue for both sports and music concerts. We saw Bon Jovi live here in 2018 just before their Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction and loved the show, with the stadium and facilities being a top-notch part of it. Great visibility, and lots of food and drink stands all around. The location is also very convenient for New Yorkers, a five minute walk from the Newark Penn Amtrak & PATH Station.
