The entrance to the facility could be better organized and less "herding cattle". There were no lines, just herding people through 4 doors to go through security. The beer and food selections were really good. It was really clean and the staff was friendly.

I went here for the b2k reunion tour and talk about packed!!! Reason why I'm giving this place 2 stars is because it was a bit cold that day and unlike other venues they make you wait outside till the doors open we could of waited inside by the doors in line.

Monster jam was awesome! Highly recommend you taking the fam and participating in some good ol American monster truck rally times. They supply ear plugs for free but if you have noise canceling headphones, those are better for the kids. Also, prob should have brought masks cuz every employee was wearing them. They know something we don't. Oops. 'Merica

I went there for a concert, we parked about 3 blocks away, and it's 8 dollar for 5 hours. The center is quite big, they do not allow any food and drink from outside, you can only buy them inside and a bottle water cost $5. The equipment is kind of old, like seats. Overall it's fine.

This place is great and I love attending events here but customer service sucks. Every time I call it always says there is no operator available. Then when I leave a voicemail I never receive a call back.

The best facility to watch hockey in the northeast. Far less pricey than MSG and TD Garden without the misery of having to drive to Long Island to watch a team that has barely moved the needle in three decades.

Easy to park at. Great layout and no bad seats in the house. Great in-game entertainment. Great beer selection. Docked one star because the Devils refuse to fire John Hynes.

The venue was great, but the way they handled the vip experience for the Millennium Tour was horrible. They didn't give the Artist adequate security, it was just a mess. The Artist made an attempt to provide us with great experience but the venue failed us.

This was a horrible experience. I took my teenage daughters to Powerhouse and they were so uncomfortable with the environment. This place has no control over the smoking within the building. Approximately %75 of the people were chain smoking weed, cigarettes and black and milds inside. My head and throat hurt! The section attendants had absolutely no control! If I would have known I would not have wasted my money!

Got to attend my first hockey game with some co-workers. It was a great experience. I thought that we would be too far away to see much, but every angle was clear. Seats were a little cramped, but that's what you get.
Amenities were top notch and the bathrooms were clean. Plenty of water fountains and places to purchase concessions.
Entrance and exit of the center was easy and not claustrophobic at all. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future events.

The Rock is a great place to watch a game or a concert. Also, the staff is exceedingly courteous, which is especially unique for a venue like this. My favorite story is when I took my 2 year old daughter to her first Devils game, and she was miserable because it was too loud. A Prudential Center Staff member asked how she was doing, and produced a pair of ear plugs when she heard my little girl wasn't enjoying herself. After that, my daughter had a great time!

Miranda Lambert is sensational. However fantastic the sound system is, it is hard to make up for such uncomfortable seats. The bars and snacks around the mezzanine are good and not overpriced considering the venue. However being accosted as soon as you get off the escalator by people forcibly shoving pen and pad into your face for a chance with Sunshine "something or other" is terrible.
Will not be going again. There are better venues for music.

Prudential center only has a NHL team now, which is why I can only give them 3/5 stars - however, I love the barclays center and the nets and thats only because the prudential center lost their team. So i'm in a conflict. Getting to prudential is easy enough, and the place is nice enough. but i prefer MSG and barclays as far as arenas go. BUT they do have a monster truck tour go through this place.

The floor seats were too close together, and we could not get comfortable the entire concert. People were sitting on us. The floor seats were not worth it. I think it affected the audience who did not applaud very much. I don't think we are going to go back there. Can't recommend it. Also, the security lines were too slow and the concert started late.

I honestly rarely go to events but the Atmosphere is so insane and fun. My dad was one of electricians that installed the wires and television set in the locker rooms. It s a beautiful venue where Devils fans that can hang out nearby restaurants and the marble design in main concourse is insanely incredible. Not to mention that the Prudential Center holds the one of largest LED displays in the world and oh yeah it s holds the the largest Jumbotron display in the world about the size of a house and holds a record the of the largest suites in North America and the Western Hemisphere. If you go there to take your experience to a Devils game or a concert your going to amazed once you get in like you feel quite at home. It s the one of the 3 arenas that has a practice facility in the NHL.

Location is really good, just 10 minutes on foot from the train station. For those of us that come from Manhattan is very convenient because there's a NJ train or PATH that takes about 20 minutes.

Great venue for both sports and music concerts. We saw Bon Jovi live here in 2018 just before their Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction and loved the show, with the stadium and facilities being a top-notch part of it. Great visibility, and lots of food and drink stands all around. The location is also very convenient for New Yorkers, a five minute walk from the Newark Penn Amtrak & PATH Station.
