My wife and I rented from EZ car rental Wich is part of advantage. Poor customer service. Additional drivers cost extra. The return process is rushed and rude. I will never rent from EZ or Advantage again.

Got to the kiosk and was told my debit card could not be used for deposit. Counter man lied and said it was an airport policy but month prior I used the same card for deposit at Thrifty. Totally left me in a humongous bind, couldn't believe how uncaring and unhelpful they were after ruining all my plans.
This company is a fraud if you ever rent a car ask for your contract before you leave or they will add charges to your bill that you didn't agree and there dispute policy is a joke the policy is any refund request should be made with 24 hr so we file a complaint right after we turn the car back to the rental place which we got the car only for a day since it was going to be used for one of our customer and he was going to be the only one driving the car for a day we told the guy at the office the he was going to be the only driver and the he had insurance and the only reason he didn't get the car under his name is because he didn't have a credit card. So we had to put it under the shop credit card we didn't sign or agree on adding an extra driver add insurance and since we got the car at 7:00 Pm and return the car the next day they double this charges so a $87.00 dollar small compact hyundai accent one day rental turn into $157.00 one day rental. Now when we complaint over the phone they say the someone was going to contact us within 24 to 48 hr which they never contacted us until we contacted our credit card company to dispute the extra charges, then we got a email from this P.O.S company with a copy of the contract that we suppose to agree to with some force initial and for extra driver and they also force my signature and the only reason they contacted me is because we are disputing the charges through the credit card company and they are extremely rude over the phone
I EXTREMELY RECOMMEND YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND IF YOU ALREADY BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY CANCEL AND GO WITH OTHER COMPANY WITH BETTER REVIEWS YOU WONT REGRET IT
Apparently an unsigned rental agreement constitutes approval to charge the hell out of a customer for all sorts of unauthorized fees. Rented a car from this location in December of 2015. First car they tried to give us smelled like a dirty ash tray. When they didn't have the vehicle we requested they tried to push a mini-van; when we politely declined and asked for a refund, the clerk muttered, "G** Dam**t," under his breath. The manager then "helped" us out by shoving a vehicle through make-ready. When we got done with our rental experience, I noticed the bill totaled $559+ for 8 days, far above the quoted price. This included all of the following: concession fee, state tax, vehicle licensing fee, city tax, tangible tax, and CFC, all of which I understand Advantage cannot help and must pass along to me the customer. However, I also noticed an "RSP" or roadside protection charge and an additional driver charge. Seems legit, except I did not, and would never sign for something so stupid and pointless! I have great insurance with roadside assistance, and I live just outside San Antonio; I literally have no need for a pointless $50 charge/service. Furthermore, my wife drove the vehicle, exclusively; and I made it a point to ask the clerk if additional drivers procured any extra charge; his answer, "no." Shame of me for gullibly believing these charlatans, another $60 down! Upon receiving our email receipt, I called the 1-800 service line and the customer service representative would only repeatedly claim I authorized the charges. He kept telling me, "I see right here where you authorized the charge." When I asked him to send me the bill, he sent me the same invoice, sans initials or signatures. Don't trust these highway robbers, tacked $100.00 worth of unauthorized charges to our bill!
Run like hell away from Advantage! Plenty of other much more trustworthy companies with which to do business!
My experience with advantage and Easy rental greatest experience I ever had in retail they were very nice cordial my mother and I were there we were having a problem with the credit card not matching the license because I had lost my credit card at another Airport and the gentleman there could not have been any nicer that's over backwards my mother even hug them she said her to cry and he said don't worry about it man will take care of it it will phenomenal phenomenal really I would recommend your company to anybody Neil Sartell
The ease of renting a car and the ease of the pace of the agent was wonderful. There was no pressure, just presenting information and answering questions. Easy to work with!

I made a reservation, then when i got there they didn't have any cars. Then they charge me for the car that i never rented. THE WORST RENTAL CAR COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN!
Their customer service agent was very rude. I was overcharged and called to inquire to no avail. I didn't select the company, but I'll be sure to not use them again. The agent at the counter also lied about the gas prices in the area.
I made reservations back in October for my trip in December!! Had my reservation in hand when I got to the airport on Wednesday night and went to get a vehicle only to be informed that they had rented out all of their cars.
