Very well. Very friendly and welcoming staff even when you arrive at 1am. The only downside is the situation compared to trains that do not run at night. Ideal for families. We were two families and the hotel took into account our request that we be on the same floor. Thank you again to all the staff for the welcome.

4 nights spent in this aparthotel. Although out of the center of Rome, it is very easy to get there, trains are very frequent. I was very well received by Alex, speaking excellent French. He gave me very good information and advice for getting around Rome, eating, ... The room was clean and quiet. No nuisance related to the nearby train line for example. I will stay there again on my next visit to Rome!
Great structure, service. Location tucked away but very easy to access to everything. The problem is to have bad internet, it seems q is superficial, but if you have children is essential, including for research and photos !! I was very angry at this.
The hotel staff was very friendly and we were able to check in at 1200 (whether they have a room ready seems to be the deciding factor). The room was very nice and clean. We had a full kitchen, living/dining room, bedroom, bathroom and a large balcony. Overall I would absolutely stay here again. The wifi and breakfast were excellent. My biggest complaint, I wasn't a fan of the cooling system, we had an on off switch for the air and largely relied on leaving the three balcony doors open while we were in the room.
First of all, this hotel can be a very good option if you cook and eat it in Rome because it can be expensive. The downside is that it's a bit far away to tour Rome. At first I was confused because I couldn't differentiate between train and metro, but the one near the hotel is the train. Metro transfer is not possible, so you have to buy a ticket again. There is a bus, but it is a little uncomfortable.
The swimming pool is not burdensome to play, but there is a separate fee for towels. It is good to feel that part because the Roman citizen residence is right next door.
The place is ok, ceiling had a crack, one towel is $5.. crazy can you imagine 4 people for 7 days. garbage will not be picked up, it has to be walked out to the street. Not worth it, just pay extra stay at a nicer one with better amenities.
Friendly staff very helpful and pleasant.Close to metro vatican city 20 min ride.Stayed a 8 days was told they would only change sheets after a week uugh!!! Or I could pay to have them changed. here is the kicker i had a suite, kids slept on sofa and pull out.One double bed in the bedroom had dirty sheets so i slept on the other bed when i got back to the room the bed was made and i pulled the sheets back they just reversed the sheets put the same nasty sheets back on.That killed it for me nasty unsanitary etc. I Had the room until saturday from a timeshare i left the Thursday morning very early
We stayed 2 nights and it was very spacious and well equipped with the kitchen gadgets. Breakfast was also nice and the staffs were very kind. The hotel is just 1 minute distance to Balduina station and we could use the subway and get to major Rome Places It's better choice than staying in downtown with same price range.
Rooms worn out, need renovation. Air conditioning did not work. No restaurant in the hotel! Beware of higher fees than in the reservation! Definitely below the Accor standard
Nice place to stay, close to a train station for easy access into Rome. Only issue is that we stayed for 7 nights and no room cleaning was included. Very friendly staff which are more than happy to help with questions on where to go. Great restaurant next door to hotel with lovely food and good prices.
Very pleasent and friendly staff. The location is ok if travelling by car + very good public transport connection given beeing in the outskirts (8 metro + 2 suburban train stations away from Roma Termini - train stn 50m from the hotel, same when changing between train & metro). The area can be quite noisy at night. The hotel itself has seen better days, but is maintained well. My only real issues during the stay have been the questionable cleanliness of one of the bedsheets (washed, but stained and stiff in places) and a hint of cheap liquid soap smell around the hotel. Overall a nice stay, tasty breakfast, great staff and transport connections, with maybe some attention to detail lacking in our particular example.
1 and floor above the reception absolutely avoid, unbearable noise, pool, cars and taxis and especially deafening noise of the air conditioning of the restaurant, impossible to stay on the balcony
The location is very good with respect to the Vatican and the center of Rome. The hotel service is very good and the staff are very attentive. For breakfast there is a charge of 11 euros which I think is worth to make a good initial meal in the day.
good .... a bit annoying ... we were super well received, guided and oriented. The studios are large and spacious ... However the soundproofing between rooms is catastrophic ... one morning I had the impression to have the neighbor in my shower .... but for the price we can not have everything.
We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff is very welcoming and speaks French. A special mention for Alex and Stephano who were very attentive and good advice. The property is a bit far from the center, so plan your night out. Be careful however, the building is not very well insulated, so you can be quickly disturbed by its ephemeral neighbors. I do not recommend the place if you are looking for a retreat in absolute tranquility. In conclusion ... the most: the train station is 30 seconds walk, the hotel itself is beautiful, the restaurant that adjoins it is interesting and friendly staff. the least: poorly soundproofed, too eccentric and nothing to do in the direct perimeter.
Good hotel located near the Vatican City. It is located in a quiet area and offers many amenities including a solarium and swimming pool. Friendly staff at the reception
Very nice hotel. Clean everything is even more like a dishwasher. ..We stayed 15 days. The pool is top. ... the reception is attentive to your needs. ... Great location to go anywhere in Rome. .train then metro (station at 50m) or bus (stop at 100m)
A good hotel, a bit out of the way. A train station to reach the historic center of Rome 1 minute away (right next to the hotel and without noise pollution!). A welcome in fluent French, advice ... a good base, not far from the Vatican.
Good location, little bit far from center , underground railway station just in front of hotel, apartment was spacious, beds and mattresses were super, very good value for money (in our case - family of 4), we did not take breakfast (too expansive to my opinion), lot of grocery stores around.
Nice hotel a bit out of the way but easy to get to the city center. Great staff and speaks very good French. They explain everything to us, great. Perfect bedding. In family very well. Thank you
We stayed 3 nigth at this hotel,The room was large ,cleanliness ok. Buffet breakfast very good with bacon.Croissants,Juice&manny more The train station is 200 Metters from the hotel &Bus No.990 going to Saint Peter Basilikca, good value for money
Rooms good size and clean. Stayed in apartment with kitchen. Very clean and well equipped. Nice location and near train and bus services. Service and staff very good.
The only bad thing was that last night we could not sleep xq to the room next to ours there was a couple arguing and the woman screamed a lot asking for help x everything else very good good attention and well breakfast would repeat the truth
Near the Balduina station, it has paid parking. Large, tidy apartment with well equipped kitchen and comfortable bathroom. Staff always available and attentive to guests' needs. Rich and organized breakfast.
Seemingly poorly soundproofed, far from the center of Rome (40 min walk to the Vatican by walking fast) train frequency of 20 min, only one restaurant nearby and of average quality. Staff not super friendly. No bed for children but only two convertible sofa ... we hoped for the little ones in the light of the image we had adagio. In short we do not really recommend, you can find better and cheaper in the center of Rome
A nice hotel in a room for 4 people which was between 70 and 80m2, so a nice surprise on the available space. A calm environment but still alive. The hotel is also very apreciable under the hot weather with air conditioning. In the same way, the breakfast is very varied, for all the tastes. The hotel is also conveniently located from a train, bus, supermarket and grocery store point of view. We have access to a swimming pool and an outdoor area equipped with benches, very friendly at night. Finally, a last word to say that the staff is very friendly and willingly give information on the daily life in Rome, also for the French, the staff speaks very good French. I highly recommend this hotel, and plan to return on a future trip to Rome.
Excellent, just next to the train station for transport in town, restaurant and small shops nearby, no need to take the car out of the car park. Staff very attentive ..
Very nice staff. Well maintained aparthotel. The washing machine + dryer: 8 euros a bit expensive (certainly the machines are of the honey brand but even qd)
Rent often the apartment and recommend 'large spacious kitchen with breakfast and lavastoviglie..la' abundant ..and the most 'important there' a lot of privacy ..
Excellent, by location minutes from all important place in Rome. The treatment of the staff is 10 points, it makes me feel as a family. Cleanliness and habit / very good condition. Perfect Wifi A / perfect condition. Breakfast very complete and free. Really ideal couples and family, very good park and swimming pool wide and safe.
I was nearby. Later I was able to verify the kindness and professionalism of the reception staff. Perhaps the prices are a bit high (understandable, given the quality of the offer), but I would like to recommend it ...
We booked 2 nights with Wonderbox at their home. The staff is very nice, the pool is nice but the lifeguard is quite useless ... There was some problem in the room (water, air conditioning, light) so we did not pay tourist tax. If you book with wonderbox, pay attention to the photos of the rooms which are not contractual.
the hotel is very nice, the staff very welcoming, we took advantage ... Some details left us perplexed like: Bedding limits H.S .. - The state of cleanliness of the floors of our apartment and terrace leaves something to be desired .. (our feet are sticky black in less than 3 minutes). - the hotel is very poorly insulated, we wait for neighbors too easily to believe that we live in the same room ... - near the swimming pool there is the exhaust chimney of the neighboring restaurant which makes us breathe a scent of burnt / burnt out between 11h00 / 14h00 and 17h30 / closing of the restaurant ... Otherwise our stay would have been perfect.
Hotel was okay but some staff were rude not sure if it was due to the communication gap or they are just that way. Asides that, the room was spacious and comfortable.
Stay in July. Very pleasant and attentive staff. Spacious apartment, well furnished and equipped, and very clean. Transport nearby to reach the Vatican and the historic center. A success. Mrs. and Mrs. Franceschini (38)
Beautiful place, spotlessly clean, modern and equipped with everything you need. I tried the master bedroom and it is complete with everything. You can also find an outdoor swimming pool and gym. Almost attached to the Balduina station which allows you to reach the center of Rome and many other places. 24-hour reception and kind, helpful and above all prepared staff. I haven't tried breakfast but overall it's super recommended.
We spent a week with the family at Adagio Roma during the month of August 2018 (2 adults 2 children) we chose because offered a swimming pool. Hotel a little out of the center of Rome but the train is right next to it: watch out for more trains after 10 pm so hard to visit Rome by night except to take a cab. Small pool open with lifeguard very nice after a hot day in the visits but very crowded and difficult to find chairs at times. Had a room under the roofs very difficult to access because access by a steep staircase (fall in the stairs for my husband) and very little view from the terrace. Two very small and slow elevators and often one of the 2 were down so waiting as a lot of people. No cleaning done during the week it was up to us to do as well as to get out the trash: already made other apart hotel and cleaning was done every day and we were not aware. Possible to make washing machines against payment (free also in other appart hotel ...) Full breakfast but we learned when we left early in the morning that we could have boxes to go but no one offered us before our departure so we paid for nothing. No restaurant at the hotel but there is one right next to it which offers French menus and discounts saying you come from the hotel.
The hotel is placed right at the exit of a train station, which is very convenient. The bus stops are a ten minute walk, which is not too long. The neighborhood is quiet. The staff is very welcoming, very smiling and professional. The rooms are big, the cleanliness is pretty good. Small negative point: the sofa is not convertible into a double bed but two single beds that are not at the same level. No noise nuisance. The breakfast is good, rather diverse although even more diversity would not hurt. In the end, the benefits are good and I highly recommend.
Very pleasant hotel. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Our rooms were clean and tastefully furnished, with a kitchenette and refrigerator, so that we could have catered for ourselves. The location is good, a train station is just a 3-minute walk away. Approx. 20-30 minutes with 1x change to get to the Spanish Steps.
Very quiet and comfortable hotel, located right next to the train station so very convenient to the center of Rome. Pool is great for the kids after a hot day of sightseeing.
Nice hotel, spacious and functional apartment with a terrace that allows you to have your meals in the sun. Do not forget the swimming pool which allows to complete the relaxation. The staff is very nice and very good advice on transport, places to visit. I recommend this hotel
Place near the train so convenient but aging establishment (roller shutter, non-functional dishwasher ..) pay attention in addition: tax stay and parking (5 days = 140euros for 4)
Great family hotel, we loved it clean spacious apartments great location 30 minutes from Rome centre. All amenities you could wish for the staff also great very courteous and professional, we would love to return loved Rome.
Scandalous! We went to Rome at the end of July. Our stay went relatively well at first (apart from the bathroom problems never resolved by the staff: very little hot water, bad odors, water that does not drain). But we were relativizing, we were on vacation.
Until the day when we realized that drugs had disappeared in a drawer where we had placed them (in their boxes precisely). We therefore verified that these had not been misplaced by ourselves before informing reception. A loss that follows the cleaning carried out the same morning in the room (change of towels and sheets only).
When we were able to speak with the manager, she was absolutely not receptive to our concerns and our complaint. Without apologizing and constantly questioning our word, she told us with a smile, that "filing a complaint would be useless" and that "bad publicity" was really not a concern for her and its establishment.
This is why we allow ourselves to warn you, we had to leave the premises since we were treated as "liars" and we no longer felt safe. Inadmissible to treat its customers in this way, particularly in a 4-star hotel.
Given the situation, we were hoping to be reimbursed for the remaining four nights, unceremoniously. But above all we were waiting, a little understanding and interest on the part of the management. A stay that will have cost us dearly.
Truly one of the best parts of my trip. I felt like I was at home in a hotel, lots of space, lots of extras especially in the kitchen. This place is great especially for couples or if you have a family.
Good location, close to the train that takes you to the center. Swimming pool is nice for a refreshing dip after walking around in the warm weather. The rooms are quite large, what is striking is the large balcony.
We had a very nice stay. The staff are extremely friendly and there for us at all times. The apartment hotel is not far from the city center and right next to the Vatican. The stops for local public transport are ideally located a few steps away, but the hotel is still very quiet. The excellent coffee deserves a special mention with the good breakfast. The kitchen for self-catering was equipped with everything you need and just as super clean as the rest of the spacious apartment.
Stayed here for 6 nights February 2019. The hotel lobby was under major renovations during the time we were there. Check in was ok but there was no info provided by the hotel check in staff about the hotel surroundings, transportation, etc. Thankfully, I did my homework and read a lot of helpful reviews from TA/google. Our standard room was clean but shower door was broken and the safe did not work. There was not enough power outlets so we ended up unplugging a lamp in order to charge our phones. There is a kettle but no coffee machine.
As to the location, it is quite far from the city center. The hotel is 2 mins walk to Balduina train station BUT the schedule isn't very frequent AND last train is around 10pm (from subway Valle Aurelia) so if you plan on staying late in central Rome, make sure you have a way back. One night we missed the last train and had to taxi it back to the hotel from Valle Aurelia station which cost 18 euro. From there, you transfer to the subway line MA to get to the city center.
There is restaurant Capperi right beside the hotel which has amazing food! Let them know you're staying at the hotel and you get 10% off (the hotel doesn't mention it but I read it on reviews). It closes at midnight. If you need some essentials, there is a small variety store across the street. There is also a small coffee shop next to the train station that opens early.
Overall, I would not stay here again if visiting Rome. It is too far from the city center. Even with the train station next to the hotel, the schedule is not frequent and it takes away a lot of time traveling to and from the hotel. There is also not much shops/restaurants around the hotel.
It is a pretty decent hotel however, the reason why i gave it 3 stars was for the fact that in the hotel listing for major booking sites states the hotel has an available fitness center to use. What it doesn't state is that the fitness center isn't free and isn't theirs but rather the fitness center close to the hotel. Although they have a "discount" its 17 euro per person per day to use their facilities. This gym also has many other hidden fees.
Highly recommended hotel, great staff and great connections to the city all with the quietness and feel of being a local but with easy access of all things tourist!
Really a nice impression, very welcoming French speaking staff. The apartment is clean and spacious with a nice balcony. Everything for a pleasant stay.
