little cleaning. Not soundproofed with adjoining rooms. presence of humidity in the air (ground floor room). empty bar fridge. They haven't made the beds. to access the garage, located in the basement, there is a fire door that can only be opened with the magnetic card, while I was going out the electricity went out and the fire door did not open because it lacked an automatic opening device due to the absence of the 'electric energy?? what would happen if there was a fire since the electricity would be cut off ??

Very nice structure located a few meters from the Balduina stop of the Fl3 service that connects in a short time with Bracciano and Viterbo with the same service in a few minutes you can access the metro line A that takes you to the most suggestive places in Rome (Piazza del Popolo, trinity of the mountains etc). 2 km from Saint Peter's basilica. Equipped with rooms of various sizes all with kitchenette. Friendly and professional staff at the reception. Fair value for money

The hotel is indeed organised as apartments. The equipments are rather old, even if maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

If you can get an appropriate accor sale price this can be quite a bargain hotel. However, it has no sound isolation between rooms or from the corridor; you'll find you're going to sleep to the sounds of partying teens and being woken by screaming babies, as the inclusion of a small kitchen in each apartment suits both types of traveler. The nearby train station closes petty early, and whilst a mile from the Vatican that's a mile solidly uphill on the way back. All in all this hotel is OK but I won't be returning.

Very good room Beware that 4 to 7 days of stay does not correspond to cleaning or change of towels and you have to pay separately. This was not clarified when I made the reservation or upon arrival at the hotel.
