Great hotel, good money located next to the train station. It has a balcony for smokers

This is the place to stay in Rome on your leisure or business trip to Rome if you look for a place with more space, kitchen and swimming pool. A bit away from downtown but good train and bus connections. And the staff is just great!

Stayed one night with my family. Expectations were higher than what we found. Nothing to complain about the furnishings, but it certainly lacks a bit on the cleaning. Dust on the furniture and the floor not washed well so much so that after less than two hours the children had completely black palms. It is impossible to lock the external door from the inside to prevent small children from escaping, asking for explanations we have been told that this is due to safety reasons, i.e. that it locks from the inside so that no one can enter from outside but it is not possible lock it from the inside so that a 4-year-old child can open it and escape in the middle of the night. For the rest it is a quiet and well-kept place a few kilometers from the Vatican in the Balduina district. To be a 4 star we expected more cleanliness, in any case there are worse places.

Great accommodation. Menage to review. Public transport nearby. Pool not open in April .... pity. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Possibility of shuttle bus to the paying airport.

Excellent appratments for tourists and locals to stay.

Very nice apartment. Very functional. Too bad a window that was veiled and suddenly we have the bellows of the buildings opposite all night. Parking spaces too small. Very tired swimming pool, the mosaic peels off. but pleasant because we are on foot all the time. Well located you can do everything by car. Too bad always the bellows of the restaurants with the odors on the swimming pool continuously. Very good overall.

Courteous, attentive and helpful staff mastering the French language. Located next to the metro station. Excellent infrastructure. Very nice breakfast Nice flat, however the extra bedding in the sofas does not allow to sleep there.

Truly one of the best parts of my trip. I felt like I was at home in a hotel, lots of space, lots of extras especially in the kitchen. This place is great especially for couples or if you have a family.

It is a nice place. First floor rooms are out datedand shower is small, ask for rooms on upper floors. Next to a great restaurant. I would stay there again.

A nice room and a neat decoration but a problem of soundproofing (we hear neighbors markets). Not very nice

By cons close to a metro line (not included in the roma pass) which brings you Saint-Pierre in 5minutes.
Some amenities nearby but it is very far from the setting of Rome more typical suburbs of a capital.
The decor and very 70, and the amenities of standard apartments.
If I have to go back to Rome with my family I would not stay there again.

In Rome x of the visits to the Gemelli General Hospital .. I booked the aparthotel rome vatican because it is located a few meters from the balduina train station which takes only 2 min.x to reach the hospital, but above all xke I needed a kitchen where I could cook the Pappetta to my small.l apartment in addition to being very pleasant and clean it is equipped with dishwasher .. pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, dishes kettle .. in short, of all that you need to be able to cook !!! very kind and professional staff !! the only trick that comes to me to propose to the staff is to put a carpet (doormat) in the kitchen x the careless like me ke flood the rooms x wash 2 posate e qualke More kitchen towels ..but I'm sure ke if I had asked for them they would not have been denied me ... anyway in less than a month I will have to return to Rome and I will definitely book a high time here

Spacious rooms, we had breakfast and very good normal, toast, pastries ... my son is celiac and also good.
Good combination to go to the center of Rome and near the Vatican.
In general the aparthotel recommended.

Hotel and apartment is well located and well equipped. Unfortunately, construction site right at the hotel and loud work even Sunday and Easter Monday. Very annoying. That's why I can not recommend the house until the construction site is finished.

Exceptional ... especially for people like me who need a long stay

Accommodation in Rome isn't cheap, Aparthotel Adagio Rome Vatican provides a sensible solution. Located in Rome northeastern suburb, right next to a train station -- trains operate frequently to Rome city centre, travelling time is no more than 30 minutes. Rooms are not luxurious, but bright and roomy, plus a balcony. Free parking, and staff are very pleasant. I like the Italian restaurant next door -- food was tasty and hotel staff receive 10% disocunt.

Great! Comfortable and spacious. The quadruple room is a complete apartment, with a large bedroom with a queen bed, a living room with two sofa beds with an open mattress (not folding), a bathroom larger than usual in Europe, a very complete kitchen and even a balcony with a clothes rack. Many closets. Varied and reasonably priced breakfast. Underground parking at the hotel. Train station (Balduina) next to the hotel. Staff most of the time helpful.

I loved it and it's close to everything! In addition the restaurant next door is too good!

Well located. Metro at 5 min. Some shops in the area. Clean, comfortable bed, top staff including one who speaks very good French. The restaurant down the hotel is EXCELLENT!

Excellent alternative to the structures of central Rome.
Foreword, is not in fact the outskirts in a quiet neighborhood near the Vatican, and especially under the hotel there is the Balduina station with frequent trains to the Vatican stations, terms, and other Trastevere.
Other advantage, the studios have a kitchen (including dishwasher), a very good size and with more table and chairs balcony. Private bathroom with all the essentials.

Expensive and there are costs for towel, no cleaning for one week. Boring room and very unoccupied place.

Very nice staff and available pity it is located so far from the center .. pay attention to train schedules ...

Very good reception and services. Staff fluent in French. The aparthotel is very close to the Balduina train station to go directly to the Vatican or to the center of Rome

The apartments are beautiful and spacious, I feel like at home, the bad thing is that they do not do daily cleaning if you stay a week or more. You are two steps from the train station and anyway the taxi is not very expensive if you have to go to the Center. To get to the Vatican museum, just take the train in Balduina to Valle Aurelia and then the metro to Ottaviano. Maximum 15 minutes of travel. The area is also nice and if they are very hungry and want something close to the hotel and at a good price is Mister Teglia who has a wide variety of dishes and pizza ready to eat, in piazza Balduina.

- negative: outskirts of Rome, long distances to the city center & to the sights (Vatican, Colloseum, Trevi Fountain, etc.), rooms very noisy !!, furniture a bit older & slightly worn, breakfast buffet not recommended - too little choice (13 / pax - children up to 10 years eat free of charge)
- positive: large rooms with a large balcony, great view, fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, refrigerator, etc.), bathroom with large shower, radio system with I phone coupling, TV (German channels: RTL, VOX, 3sat, ZDF, KIKA), external blinds, large closets with plenty of storage space, great beds - you sleep very well, towels and pillows / duvets are plentiful, inviting reception area with lounge (games, internet corner, launch furniture, large TV, information material), direct regional train in front of the hotel (30 seconds walk), bus goes one street further (4 minutes walk), PAM supermarket nearby (approx. 10 minutes walk), there is an Italian restaurant directly at the hotel - not recommended, as it is too expensive & not good quality !!, large fitness center across from the hotel, the hotel has a nice outdoor area with a pool for the warm months, ticket for a week of local transport (not valid for arrival and departure to the airport) 24 - also for children (metro , Bu Train)
- Staff: very friendly, gives clear information on all questions about the holiday (from a technical point of view it can be observed that the staff work very well together with each other)
- Arrival & departure by train: the hotel and the airport take around 1 hour (one trip per person 8, children travel free of charge)
- In conclusion: if you don't shy away from long distances and don't have a problem with clairaudience, then you can go here
take a relaxed vacation
- Price / performance: reasonable

Currently here on my first night 10/29-10/30. I gave it two stars for the receptionist at check in earlier - he s friendly and helpful.

But for the hotel/apartment and the current receptionist now (@2:44AM) is not helpful at all - I m giving them ONE STAR. I called to let him know that our air conditioner might be broken, we ve been trying to get comfortable for the last few hours but it seems like it s a heater instead of giving us cool air. I woke up sweating even without the comforter. The receptionist suggested that it might be on heater mode and instructed me to turn the controller/dial to 0 since it s currently at 3 . We tried and the A/C just turned off. There s another dial that has temperature control - which we tried to keep as low as possible - 5 degrees Celsius but the air conditioner would stop working/making the blowing air noise if it s less than 25 degrees Celsius. I called him back and his story is different - he said it s cold in Rome right now and they only have heaters and that the temperatures in the room are centrally controlled . I told him my friend is in another room and he has his own A/C unit which can be controlled easily. The receptionist remains to deny that - he said, ALL room temperature are centrally controlled. He suggested to open the balcony door which I told him we already did but it wouldn t work out because flies got in the room. I asked for a fan which he answered that they don t have any. I asked if we could be moved to another room (I still believe our A/C unit or thermostat is just broken) which he answered there s no available room right now and that we will just to have to wait in the morning for a fan. Which I answered - How our we gonna sleep if it s so uncomfortably hot in here?? . I ve stayed in a lot of hotels and usually they go above and beyond to make the guest happy. This situation right now is ridiculous. We paid this place so we have a comfortable place to sleep at night but they don t seem to care if you re comfortable or not.

My experience was really poor. The furniture and condition of the room was very poor, and the service was impolite. Also, while the hotel appears to be near a metro stop, it is in fact a stop on the regional rail line (FR3), which does not connect easily to the places you would want to go in Rome.

Stunning apartments had a lovely stay here a short train journey to Rome centre.

A gorgeous place. Polite, nice and fun staff. The swimming pool is very well kept. I had a lot of fun.

It deserves 4 for location and pool but the rooms and the structure need to be redone, too worn.

Spacious clean apartment rooms. But not much sound proofing from other guests .
If you are using it as a hotel room line I was, you won't find and refreshments like tea bags at all. But you will have a kettle to look at!
The only two pin EU to charge my phone from was in the kitchen area. The rest were three pin.

Very nice hotel to stay. One of the few in the centre of Rome that has a swimming pool. The restaurant next to the hotel has some really good food, and in the hotel you can find 10% off codes.

Eccentric hotel near Balduina train station. Excellent for a family holiday. Great staff especially the ladies at the front desk. Small flat, the floor was dirty on our arrival but supported the next day. Possibility to buy tourist bus tickets on site which saved me two tickets because children was free (on the net charged 21 / child).

I stayed two days in this ApartHotel.
I had never tried this category of Accor, and I wanted to try. I was satisfied because I rested after a long train journey.
The room is comfortable, spacious and efficient. A little dated, but well kept. With renovations it becomes one of the best in Rome. I didn't try the breakfast out of laziness, but 6 seems like a good price.
The swimming pool is a plus, I would say the 4 * are deserved.
Too bad for the location, a bit far from the center but in an hour on foot you can get there if you don't want to wait for the Atac.
The reception was warm and I found the receptionists prepared. Which I have not found in 4 * luxury hotel.

This is an Apartment more than a Hotel. Lifts are extremely small...but rooms are renovated. Abit off a residential area. We drove so we found it with ease. Sofa Bed was a letdown

Hotel was cheap and had a pool that s why we choosed it. The floor in both Rooms was not clean right from the start. So we started walking around in Flip Flops. We spent 7 nights, we knew it came without housekeeping but to get fresh towels they charge 3 Euro per towel. I mean at least fresh towels should be included. Also bring your own for the Pool because you are Not allowed to take the towels from the room. We had once breakfast, nothing special. I would suggest eat somewhere else. Bed is comfortable but bathroom smelled the whole week even with open windows. Some staff was a friendly some not so much. We got shouted at once because we used the entrance as Exit. Nobody was in the lobby.
Pool is nice but needs renovation badly. The floor of the Pool is Peeling of and the Kids have fun with it. Be prepared to stay outside the city center of Rome. Bus990 is close by but runs on no schedule. We waited sometimes for 30 minutes. Train is next to the hotel but doesn t run as often as well.
Covid: temperature checks at checkin and every time you go to the Pool.
You have to wear mask inside the hotel!
If you come in summer you want to have a pool and when you are in a budget stay in this hotel. If you don t need a pool stay somewhere else. Restaurant beside the hotel is Great!

We were their as a family and booked an apartment. It was nice and big. The main twin bed was very comfortable. However the sofa bed was not very good. It had huge balcony and public swimming pool. The staffs of this hotel are awesome and extremely helpful. The train station was also close to the hotel. Be careful on your way back to the hotel if you take trains. Because not all trains stop at that station.

Apartment located outside the center of Rome. Access to San Pietro station in 6 minutes. Residential area with some small shops. Not tested the pool. Very nice staff and french speaking.
Several lamps did not work in the apartment, but no more disturbing than that.

Exelent hotel near the station, for a very fast access to the center of Rome. The rooms are nice all equipped relatively quiet, close to shops for shopping and cooking in the apartment "hotel". welcome in an impeccable French.

Excellent breakfast with a single flaw, but now it is a scourge of hotels, coffee made with machines. Good location, good price. Strongly recommended, especially for families. Congratulations
