We had a very nice stay. The staff are extremely friendly and there for us at all times. The apartment hotel is not far from the city center and right next to the Vatican. The stops for local public transport are ideally located a few steps away, but the hotel is still very quiet.
The excellent coffee deserves a special mention with the good breakfast.
The kitchen for self-catering was equipped with everything you need and just as super clean as the rest of the spacious apartment.

We will definitely come back.
