Very nice accommodation. Near transport line. Allo...
Very nice accommodation. Near transport line. Allows a nice discovery of Rome.
Very nice accommodation. Near transport line. Allows a nice discovery of Rome.
New, good condition, friendly Staff. Not really a great location though. Vatican is a stretch
Nice place, affordably priced. I am not a fan of the hidden fees and distance from the tourist sites.
Best value for money. Good breakfast, good staff and beside train station
Nice hotel, limited amenities, very cozy though, and helpful staff.
Away from the center but with the train leaning against the hotel. Large bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom all reasonable. The area outside the hotel is residential and has several shops. Good pool!
Very poorly served, at the reception they do not even give us schedules of trains and buses. Trains and buses rarely pass. To go to town you have to take the train and after the metro. We lose a lot of time in transportation. Very poorly indicated. There is nothing around the hotel. We were not accommodated on 4 days of stay, no sheets, no cleaning, no change of towels. 4 taxes per person per day! To flee !
A good off-center address ... for those who like to be eccentric
well connected, staff quite attentive and pro
Bad hotel. In a room rate of 170 per night, room cleaning was not included. I would say that this alone is enough to make you understand that for a four-star hotel we are at really unacceptable levels. As you can see from the photo the room with difficult access with very small scale dirty walls conditioner for nothing Manu kept full of dust and mold. Stay away from this hotel.q
Structure a little dated furnishings to be reviewed but courteous and attentive staff. Pleasant pool service
Good aparthotel to go with children ten minutes from the historic center by bus
Nice hotel with very nice staff. The rooms / apartments are spacious and well equipped, but a bit noisy (therefore a star less). The decor and the area is a bit worn but still okay. The location is good, the hotel is not too central but you can still be in a maximum of 15 minutes (bus 990 or 913 and walk) on e.g. St. Peter's Square. The breakfast, if you are not self-catering (kitchen is fully equipped!), Is good and adequate.
At the moment the plant is being renovated and on weekdays construction site noise is expected.
Nice with good prices they have kitchen and living room and bed room
The Residence is not central but it is close to the Vatican; It is in a very quiet area and the rooms are very large. Included in the price there was also the use of the pool.
I did not like the telephony antenna on the roof. The apartments are nice and well designed. The people at the reception very kind.
The welcome is very Italian (smile humor and casual) but a great professionalism (and very good advice for restaurants. The apartments are very clean and very comfortable
I recommend it to you, clean and pleasant, speaks French, very courteous and kind ,,, there is a restaurant next to you where you will enjoy yourself, do not hesitate. thank you. reservation in the name of mr verrachi
Conveniently located for the Vatican by rail. Also metro buses (913) a short walk which take you to the city centre about 20 min ride time. Supermarkets nearby. Small kitchen areas for cooking. Clean apartment. Small pool - just about OK for a few lengths bit can get busy. Apartment has air con and is needed because Rome gets hot. Friendly staff.
Good hotel nice an outside neighborhood of Rome with all shops nearby
Nice clean rooms and very convenient as it is right beside a train station.
Amazing hotel and staff. Our stay was extremely pleasant and the staff was beyond kind and accomodating. I warmly recommend it.
Very good family. Room / apartment spacious and comfortable. Welcoming and helping staff. The hotel is a little out of the way but close to the Vatican and frequent public transport. There are some small bemols but nothing shocking with a little adaptation.
Great place to spent holidays. Close to the station.
Me and my cousins stayed here and we personally loved it here. The staff is lovely but the elevators were tiny and made me claustrophobic.
Excellent position. Studio equipped with everything you need, clean and spacious. Good breakfast. The swimming pool completes the stay. We will definitely come back next time.
Very clean, functional, nice staff! Only problem, a little out of the city, but worth it.
I have a good stay here with family. Nice apartment, very good restaurant just next door the hotel. Easy access to the train/bus station.
Very cosy hotel, close to the Vatican and Downtown Rome where all the good stuff is located. There's plenty of bars and restaurants in the area and a nice pizzeria/steakhouse down the street.
Good place to stay with family. It is near to the train station
I stayed for 1 night.
Perfect, super cozy.
Highly recommended !!!!!
Really very good! A hair off center, but 10 meters from the subway. Terrace at each apartment and everything is there for good nights and a little meal. The plus, swimming pool and solarium full of sky ... Accustomed of lappart'hotel, I recommend!
Nice apartments with good wifi and. Ice beds, quiet location. Nice pool. Right beside a train station which connects to the metro. Let down a lot by staff, one in particular, who constantly seemed agitated. Very passive aggressive when dealing with simple questions. Otherwise a very nice place that is just outside the city, but easy to get into.
Welcome to the top and very comfortable studio I will come back
Modern structure, rooms more than fair and complete with everything. Friendly and helpful staff. Transport services at your fingertips. You reach the center in a few minutes. On the occasions of my frequent trips to Rome I will continue to use it.
We started our trip to Italy by staying at this hotel.
The hotel apartment is very comfortable and well maintained, the staff and the welcome are perfect, really friendly and attentive!
I recommend Vivelent to stay there!
Excellent hospitality, a hotel in perfect adequacy with the description of the website. Very well connected to the center of Rome.
The rooms are clean and pleasant.
It seems like only downside that the soundproofing is not very good.
Although we could see it, we were not bored on this side, our neighbors having been very respectful throughout the stay.
Thank you to the entire team of the hotel for the pleasant time of our stay.
Very helpfull and kind staff! Especially Stefano who was helping us a lot! Thank you for him everything again! Brilliant location, you have train, metro, bus close. Shops, pharmacy and restaurant just next door. Highly recommended!
Very clean, nice, nice place and very nice and helpful staff
Quiet and fairly clean room. Friendly staff. The only problem is that it is not possible to adequately control the heating with the possibility of turning it off. This combined with the coltrone that was on the bed made the night too hot ruining my rest. I hope they give the possibility to change with a lighter blanket or to turn off the heating.
Clean, next to the train station, most sites you want to visit is all within walking distance.
Good quality hotel compared to others at the same price ... Staff accommodating and listening to us. Good quality wifi and clean pool. I recommend this hotel;)!
The apartment needs renovation. The quality of the build is very bad. Lots of little things are falling apart. All the hooks in the toilet are broken. The electric plugs are scarce and many missing. The builder cut corners everywhere and it shows. The room is big and it's safe but apart from that this hotel is tired looking
Excellent service, always available staff, tidy and clean room.
Comfortable and spacious room with the possibility of cooking near the train station Balduina del Trenino that arrives quickly in the center. Breakfast to improve as regards the salty friendly and professional staff.
To report bad smell at the entrance.
Great pool and services, friendly staff, large apartments with great views and balconeys to soak up the sun
Not a hotel, its an apartment complex that rents by the day. You have to pay for the cleaning service, location is not upscale so do your research. Best mode of Travel is by metro to downtown Rome.... at least 25 minutes and 2 trains to Vatican city. Furthest location should plan for an hour and don't miss the train! 3 min or 20 minutes between trains. Recommend buying a metro pass by the week, 24 euros-1 traveler, is well worth it. It's a different country so hotel/apartment conditions.... well, just keep your expectations reasonable.
Nice hotel aparthotel, good reception with French speaking staff. Appart well equipped.
Good place for us 2 km N / West of the Vatican, for the visit of Rome with RER train (FL3), or Bus 990 nearby. We appreciate the freedom to cook in the apartment or to eat in small restaurants around our desires.
Quiet and peaceful apartment hotel. Serves only breakfast. Which is cosy and warm. No restaurant so you have to eat out. Good restaurants around the corner.
Hotel staff are quite friendly and end eager to help. They will call you Taxis and help you with information on places to visit.
Good thing they speak English.
Super nice hotel, the receptionists are very nice and attentive, we were treated to small gifts on our arrival, they speak French pretty well see most of them fluently.
Rome is deserted right now, if you want to stay there it's great !!
Pool open all day, to cool off after a long day of walking there is nothing better! Thank you :)
The room is gigantic bedding at the top. Only downside, the connection of information between the central reservation and the hotel. Point payment did not work for me.
Staff very kind! Parking is available for a fee and the room I used was spacious and bright! Recommended
Nice hotel, good breakfast and a great swimming pool. But, the other 2 persons in a 4-person room must sleep on the (bed)bank, what very uncomfortable is for taller people.
We were placed on the ground floor. We heard the reception at night. In the morning we were awakened by work that started at 8:30 am in the room next door. Bizarre to do work so early in a hotel. In this case as much put the customers further. We arrived on a Sunday. No possibility to buy bus tickets to reach Rome since everything was closed. Regular guest of the adagio I thought I had a bath but we had a shower. Moreover, hotel eccentric.
Very nice hotel. The rooms were a pretty good size and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. They gave my wife a bottle of champagne as it was her birthday. Right next to a very good restaurant and the train station. Breakfast on site was very good. Computers to use if you need to and the wifi was good enough to stream videos.
The staff were always very friendly during our week-long stay.
I went on vacation last September with my wife and we loved the hotel, super friendly staff, clean, spacious, well appointed, restaurant next to the hotel, excellent breakfast. Only small flat, a bit off, but train 5min walk! I highly recommend !
A great hotel would recommend to anyone.
Hygiene, sympathy, organization, everything that a person is entitled to.
Horrible hotel! So many hidden fees, very small, and they won t even let you take the towels they provide to the pool! You must take your own towels! I have never been in a hotel with such horrible service like this. They also charge city taxes once you get to the hotel which was pretty expensive and lastly god forbid your towel gets dirty because they charge each person an extra 5 euros for new towels. This place will nickel and dime you for everything! I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel.
Nice aparthotel where you can have rooms with small kitchen.
Excellent! Comfortable, spacious, bright, well equipped and very pleasant staff. I highly recommend!
Immediately behind the Balduina station, there is a quiet and little-used place. Clean hotel, friendly staff, generous breakfast buffet. Absolutely recommended.
Very clean hotel, functional apartments. Very attentive service, I recommend!
Loved the place. Near to the metro and far from the buzzling city.
Excellent structure large and new rooms. Impeccable management. Bravi
Great price for a standard. The hotel is right next to the cable car station. Breakfasts ok - as in Italy. Nice and cultural service. A very large apartment that I got as part of the upgrade as a platinum card holder.
Good situation. Quiet and well maintained. Nothing to say about the good condition of the accommodation. Staff good in every way.
Large rooms with a wonderful balcony. Everything is present in the apartment. The view is of a beautiful green park. In addition, it is nice to be able to swim after a long hot day in Rome. Station around the corner with a train to the center every 15 to 30 minutes. Only the breakfast was very disappointing, for 12 euros per person there was little choice. We therefore decided to arrange our breakfast ourselves, and that is fine because the kitchen was generously furnished.
Ideally placed for visiting Rome's top pool and very friendly french speaking staff.
Excellent, you have all the amenities of your home, with quality services.
