Bought another car here at the end of 2020. This week (week 6, 2021) the fuel pump and lambda sensor were replaced under warranty, due to a malfunctioning fuel gauge and an engine failure. At my request, the car was also brought free of charge to the neighboring Ford dealer to have the open recall action remedied (service). During the repair period I was able to use a loan car. In addition, it appeared on arrival that the car had already been inspected because the inspection period would expire in March (service). A big compliment to Autobedrijf Garant! It has been worthwhile to buy a car here, 100 km from home. Bart and Daniel thanks again!

A few weeks ago bought a Seat Ibiza 1.4 from 2009. Beautiful car for a very good price. Being able to trade in an old car. What makes my experience so positive is the company's service. Unfortunately, I have a hard time with it but I have to get rid of it myself and I am very honest about that, very nice and sympathetic people I have had to deal with Bart and Daan. nice people and it went and hopefully continues to go well but I thought I had a nice car and in the two years no complaints at all but my mum wanted another (women) and went to two different dealers to trade in and who both didn't want to trade in the car, why? does not matter, I went back to Bart to talk but unfortunately Bart did not want to do it I made a proposal to pay something extra on another car that I would have liked but it was not answered with a amount as an additional payment for which I have now bought a faster car but only 3 years younger that is not my thing. tasty and I think it's a shame for the rest of the nice people and the coffee is good so don't go there and don't happen every time.

The car in which I made a test drive did not smell really good so they suggested to have the car cleaned at the expense of the company so that I could make my decision afterwards. After cleaning the weird smell was gone and I bought the car, could make a good honest deal. Come to the agreements neatly and give an excellent service. I bought my Ford Ka 2 months ago, fair price, super nice little car. Afterwards there appeared to be some things that could not be foreseen at all, but they have solved this really nicely. Pleasant communication, great service and the "chief mechanic" Daan is really a winner! Absolutely recommended this company.

Update: after I stood still with a broken battery and all my options for help were exhausted, Bart came to my rescue. After being outside for an hour in minus 5, he came with a loaner car and gave it to me and took my car with booster after start. The next day I could pick up my car. So my review has been adjusted with Daan AND Bart being toppers! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Guarantee in the event of a difficult purchase.
The ads do not contain enough information, with questions you get funny but mostly meaningless reactions which cause pure annoyance for the buyer. You will not get useful information. Then you decide to accept this difficult communication and to visit the company. Then you get to deal with the owner ... .. who is at least as tiring in communication as in communication. He makes an effort to convince you that everything you ask for is not of added value and that if you have so many questions the dealer is a better option.
Imagine that you were able to keep the peace and ignore the really hopeless life lessons, you can still make a reasonable deal there.

Tips for the best man:
Although it is difficult to imagine that YOU can learn to communicate, I would strongly advise you to attend a course on communicating, a whole new world will open for you. You better ignore that amical and knowledgeable thing, a business way fits better.
Oh yeah and for a car company owner you barely know anything about car technology, luckily I have experienced that there are still people in your company who know what they are doing.

I think it is a nice company, my car there in maintenance by means of a warranty plan. Super arranged, you will always be helped quickly and well .... and .... the coffee is delicious! Recommended !!!

Great service from Bart and Daan! 2nd hand Honda jazz purchased for a good price. As mentioned earlier, not intrusive and very customer friendly. A few months later unfortunately got involved in a car accident. The workshop managed to repair the car so well that you could no longer see the damage, again for a good price. Highly recommended, I drive from Amsterdam!

Have my car repaired and approved by GARANT. Unfortunately I have to determine the following findings:
1) GARANT has towed my car to the garage. Consequence LAK damage at bumper.
2) The cause of the fault is the ignition switch. GARANT has replaced this and I have paid 320 euros for this. As a result, my radio did not work because the switched 12+ has no power. I had to come back many times for this aftercare. In the end, GARANT did not repair this, but pulled a new thread. I had to pay 120 euros for this and this amount has never been discussed with me before; If I do not pay this, my car is no longer welcome. They don't want to treat my car anymore. So I was forced to pay the amount because the repair carried out would have a 2-year warranty.
3) MOT is approved after the left control arm has been replaced by them for 350euro. Unfortunately my handlebar was immediately skewed. GARANT believes that I still have to pay 75 euros to align the car. GARANT broke the anti-theft wheel bolt without telling me. GARANT apparently preferred to break an anti-theft bolt instead of asking the owner. All the engineers I know know how to handle an anti-theft bolt. I had to order a new set of anti-theft bolts. I also had to work an extra hour to loosen the broken bolt because the special coupling of 13 teeth no longer works on the bolt !! This link is simply in the car. All engineers know where to find it but GARANT does not and without consulting the owner, my anti-theft bolt broke. There is also visible damage to that tire of the wheel.
