Have my car repaired and approved by GARANT. Unfortunately I have to determine the following findings:
1) GARANT has towed my car to the garage. Consequence LAK damage at bumper.
2) The cause of the fault is the ignition switch. GARANT has replaced this and I have paid 320 euros for this. As a result, my radio did not work because the switched 12+ has no power. I had to come back many times for this aftercare. In the end, GARANT did not repair this, but pulled a new thread. I had to pay 120 euros for this and this amount has never been discussed with me before; If I do not pay this, my car is no longer welcome. They don't want to treat my car anymore. So I was forced to pay the amount because the repair carried out would have a 2-year warranty.
3) MOT is approved after the left control arm has been replaced by them for 350euro. Unfortunately my handlebar was immediately skewed. GARANT believes that I still have to pay 75 euros to align the car. GARANT broke the anti-theft wheel bolt without telling me. GARANT apparently preferred to break an anti-theft bolt instead of asking the owner. All the engineers I know know how to handle an anti-theft bolt. I had to order a new set of anti-theft bolts. I also had to work an extra hour to loosen the broken bolt because the special coupling of 13 teeth no longer works on the bolt !! This link is simply in the car. All engineers know where to find it but GARANT does not and without consulting the owner, my anti-theft bolt broke. There is also visible damage to that tire of the wheel.
