Once they get you to sign the contract, the experience becomes poor. Lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and inattention to detail. I canceled after only a few weeks when I realized they were making my fulfillment process harder, not easier. Furthermore, I was promised a refund for my inconvenience and that never even happened. A real unfortunate experience.
We wouldn t be able to comprehend our own business without Acutrack. Acutrack is one place where we could produce our training materials for books and USBs and automatically get them fulfilled to our customers. I visited their operation for site review. They have a very professional setup and are always willing to give us personal attention.
