Can't fault the theatre at all. (Other than slightly pricy on the food and drink, standard for theatres) Spot on customer service. Flipping good plays and shows, featuring big name productions and cast from time to time. A vast variety of performances for all audicences. A great venue to host a small corporate event as well. Does a lot for the community too.

Booked tickets on line. Didn't bother to print anything off in the hope that I would simply have to show it on my phone when I got there.
Sure enough, just showed my phone on the theatre door & shown straight to our seats.
Excellent show, War Horse.
Exiting the car park was a pain & would highly recommend that you don't park in the multi storey next to the Curve, or be prepared to take 1/2 hour or more to exit the car park.

Surprisingly big theatre. Changing place for disabled people. You don't need to be a customer to use it. NCP Car park next door is expensive. So swap your ticket at various places in the theatre (check website) Big que's when leaving

Visit on quite a regular basis, have enjoyed many of the shows, some of the shows are quite expensive especially the touring shows. Depends I suppose how much you are willing to pay and how much you want to go.

Was taken as a surprise by my husband to see An Officer and a Gentleman the musical. Show was really good and we loved it. He'd also bought the hospitality as a treat, but he was really disappointed with that part. He was expecting something more "plush" for the price he paid and a more "exclusive " area, but no. You get 1 glass of prosecco, basic seats in the waiting area to share with the rest of the public waiting to watch the show. A few hors d'oeuvres, that were awful. One was meat slices, so salty you couldn't eat it and another was unidentifiable served in a tiny thin "rose vase" type receptacle. Whatever it was was awful. They looked lovely tbf, but inedible, even to my husband who is part goat and eats anything. He really wanted that part of the evening to be really special, which upset him for what he paid.

Tonight I went to see My Beautiful Launderette and it is fair to say that there is a definite skill in translating a film into a stage play and, unfortunately, the team behind this adaptation have neither the skill nor vision. I wanted to stay for act 2, but life's too short - so home walking the dog and (I might) watch the DVD of the film later, to get this awful play and bad acting out of my head.

Fantastic performance of the Color Purple last night, could not believe how hot it was though and this distracted somewhat from being relaxed and comfortable in the surroundings. Someone took ill and needed to leave theatre, not sure if this was heat related, people were using anything and everything as a fan to try and cool down throughout the performance. Nothing could have spoilt the exceptional performance but would have been even better if air conditioning had been available and on. Still 5 stars though for all concerned with this great show and fantastic voices. Well done.

Brilliant performance of White Christmas. Five stars for all the actors. No stars to either the council or the theatre for not being able to pull up outside the theatre to get our mums in the cars. Not sure who the bright spark is who blocked off the road so that cars and taxis pull up to the posts and then have to reverse into the path of vehicles exiting and entering the car park!

The Curve is a modern theatre with good leg space in front of seats. Went to see Matilda which is superb. The children are extremely talented and the whole cast give 100% in their performance. Some clever special effects too.
