We just purchased a wonderful used car from Acura of Fremont. The price was fair, and we were well treated.
We went for an extended test drive so my wife could decide if she wanted the car. The salesman s patience was appreciated. She liked the car, and we bought it.
After signing, the closing papers, I asked for a second key. I was told the person who makes keys would not be there until Wednesday. Acura of Fremont loaned us a new 2016 Acura TLX from Saturday until Wednesday until we could return and pick up the car. Nice car and great customer service.
When I came to pick up the car, it was spotless. Acura of Fremont checked the car out before selling it, and it looked better than it did when it was new.
We had an issue but Mr. Bruce Kavich, General Manger, met with me. After explaining what happened, Mr. Kavich apologized and quickly remedied the issue. As a matter of fact, he exceeded my expectations.
We are happy with the car and pleased with how Acura of Fremont treated us. What made car buying great was that Acura of Fremont s claim that prides itself in providing excellent customer and ensuring customer satisfaction is not just lip service. When there is a problem, they work with you to resolve it.
We are enjoying or new car. Acura of Fremont, the next time we are going to buy a car, we will start with you.
