i just bought a chevy bolt from asim kaleem . he was very knowledgeable about my car and was a great help when it came to finding rebates and other forms of discounts . i really appreciate the fact that he stayed well over an hour to complete the sale with me . he even offered to come in on his day off to deliver the car to me .

Came in a year ago to buy a 15 Camaro for my wife through the Costco program.
After setting up an appointment with a sales person my wife and I came in. To my surprise he blew us off!!?? Said he was to busy to spend time with us test driving a car and going over special order options..What?!
Long story short, I straightened him out real quick!! (This is one guy who's feathers you don't want to ruffle, specially when it comes to family) after a long and what I felt was a heart full apologie from the sales persson, the buying process was great..no hassle and no crap, everything was buy the book and straight forward.
My wife wanted 3 things. A Black metallic Camaro with an automatic transmission and a 6 cylinder. :( fortunately the automatics come with paddle shift so I wasn't too bummed out.
I told her that she would get the the color and trans..but he'll no to the 6 cyl!!
I told her to trust me and let me do the rest.
#1. I got the 2SS/RS package ( which comes with leather seats, bigger Brembo disc brakes, bigger rear wheels and center console with mechanical gauges.
#2. Stripe package.
#3. GPS with a high-end stereo system
#4. Special order blue Highlight trim interior which comes with blue stitching on the steering wheel, seats and shifter, highlight blue panels on the doors that glow blue also the instrument cluster lights are blue.
#5. Sun roof (my wife did not want it, but now has thanked me at least 50 times for not listening to her C; )
2 months later the car arrived from Detroit on a train. The sales person took us to the financial department where they gave us a 60 month no interest loan C: and the Costco no haggling cost. The sales man showed us the MSRP price, the actual price they paid for it and the Costco discount. After Blue booking the Camaro on Kelley Blue Book I found that we paid almost $2,000 less than the lowest Blue Book value. So overall when all is said and done, I will return to buy another car here in the future.

Great place for purchasing and servicing of vehicl...

Great place for purchasing and servicing of vehicles. Best to make appt. for service although walkins are welcome and taken care of in a timely fashion.

Service updates have been excellent, things running late or delayed very well explained even if it is their mistake they tell you, no run around.

The service staff, cashiers and technicians are always polite and expeditions. The people know and understand your time is important.

I have to say that Fremont Chevy has changed my belief about car dealerships. I've needed a car for a while however because I had such a bad experience before I was fearful of being taken advantage of again. However I have to say the Fremont Team definitely went above and beyond to help me get the car I needed and loved. Vicky and Eden were so wonderful and I have already told multiple people that Fremont is the place to go to buy a car. They have my business for life.

I have never purchase a new car before I did not now what to spec.
Leo Valencia took the time to educate me through the process and that help me a lot to understand Guaranties and services for my new truck. I felt very comfortable with Leo Valencia as a sales Person
I did not feel pressure to make any decision right there and then.
Overall my experience was great and I would definitely be willing to come back in the Future with Leo Valencia at Fremont Chevrolet.

The entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. Starting with the search on-line, almost instantaneous call from Luis Diaz Jr. saying he found an almost exact match to meet our wants and desires. When we arrived and asked for Luis he met us immediately and begin to show us the vehicle and all the amenities that Fremont Chevy had to offer. We spent an extended amount of time grilling Luis about every feature the truck had, what it did, etc., and were provided with complete and comprehensive answers to every question. The test drive was very comfortable and enjoyable. The finance process was extremely timely and efficient. In short the experience was fantastic and enjoyable. We will definitely recommend Fremont Chevy to everyone we know.

Customer service sucks dont waste your time they take for ever to fix your car even for a simple oil change takes them 3hrs. Took in my LEASE car to get the back window fix they kept my LEASE car for almost 2 weeks saying I couldn't get a rental like hello so my car iS a rental already so I can make the payments and not get another option meanwhile? Makes no sense I stopped by and spoke to a manager at the repair shop TELL ME WHY THEY HAD DONE NOTHING TO FIXED MY CAR told me to take it back the next day so they can work on it. are you serious stuff like this is unacceptable all that lyft rides I had to take besides my lease & insurance payments for their laziness. They going to reply saying excuses to apologize but there's more other stuff I've had to deal never will recommend this place and can't wait for my lease to end.

I was highly satisfied with my latest experience with the dealership. I have had to visit the shop for car repairs several times and this is by far the best experience I have had. My adviser had great communication with me and walked me through the whole process. Everything he said he would do, call me this day, wait for me to review price then proceed was done exactly how he said. I did not have to keep calling for updates or leaving messages for others to give him. He was reliable.

I as still surprised with how easy me experience was this time.

This is my 18th Car purchased, as always it takes me months before I pull the Trigger. My Sales Guy Carlos never pressured me and always kept me informed with what the deals were on the 2017 Chevy Cruze. I've bought so many cars but this last purchase was one of the easiest and smoothest Experience. I always came in just to make sure my fully Loaded Cruze was still available and just to say Hi. I usually come in with my Yellow Machine and always get greeted by the staff. I'm glad I passed on capitol chevrolet to make this purchase it just shows you it's all about Customer Service and Mr Carlos Prado knows ALL about it! Had to leave my 1-year old Chevy Volt for service over the holidays as warning lights lit up right before Christmas and there was NO communication as to when it would get finished, it ended up taking 3 WEEKS and my wife only got it them to finish work on it by showing up there in person. They did not call back or ever call us. Not only that, the very next day the SAME lights lit up again and we were told that it would take another WEEK to get an appointment.. again my wife drove the car in and waited most of a day to get them to address it. Still not sure if it is fixed (fingers crossed). No apologies, no nothing from them. Stay away!

Worst place. Please don't visit this place. They fool you into getting unnecessary repairs at the cost of certified servicing. A small car repair shop can provide better servicing than this and a much lower price. They add their own fake reviews. I am going to complaint Google for this.

They went above and beyond in taking care of my requirements everytime. I have bought several cars from June, Jason and Bani and this dealership and I will definitely recommend to my friends.

I went in for an AC issue which was fix and I believe that the repair cost was extremely fair. At the same time, I requested an oil change and after 3 days my driveway had oil spots. I went to look at the leak and found that the seal on the bolt for the oil pan is broken and not making a complete seal. Went to wheel works to get a new bolt and oil change again. Disappointed that the tech did not see this.

I found what I was looking for online in this dealerships inventory. I called in to set up a test drive of two different trucks. Spoke with Ben. I met Ben and he gave me the keys to each truck. I was interested in the Silverado Trail Boss and Colorado ZR2. I liked the ZR2 a bit more, after the test drive. It was the one I was already wanting anyway. The Silverado was smooth, quiet, and roomy. But it didn't really need the extra space or quietness. The ZR2 had the rumble and pull that I was looking for. The dealership had a Bison on the lot and it was a color I liked. I was good with the stock ZR2 without the bison trim, but the lot didn't have one in stock with the color and options I wanted. The Bison was a bit more expensive, but with the help of Ben and the management team they worked out a price that I could live with. I'm very happy with this truck and I'm already getting a lot of compliments.

Took my truck in took to get washed after it was left dirty after a new headliner was installed. When I picked it up there were dings and scratches on my driver door. Called the dealership and at first they didn't want to accept responsibility for it, but you could see it in the pictures they took that there was no damage when I dropped it off to have it cleaned. With that I left a bad review on the satisfaction survey the dealership emailed me. I went in today and the manager told me they would take care of the damage. Now I feel bad for the bad customer survey, these guys came through like champs. Wish I would've filled out the survey today and not yesterday. Hopefully they read these reviews, because my service tech was awesome. Hopefully that survey doesn't reflect on him, because he was great and super helpful.

Bad deals, service department stole my green slime tire inflator kit from my Camaro, claiming I never had it.....at the last service I tell them my car has a clicking noise when driving spiritly...there's even a bulletin on it and they had the car for a week....yet they didn't fix it

Worst service ever - second time they have done this. Not sure why i brought the car back. They have had the car three days, and they can't communicate what is wrong with the car, when they will look at it or when it might be ready. They never answer their phones and never return any voicemails they ask you to leave. If you insist on talking to a person they keep you holding on for a long time before they are able to answer any minimal questions.

Me and my girlfriend weren't really looking to purchase a vehicle when we walked into the showroom, but we figured we'd check it out to see if there was any deals and to look at the new vehicles in the marketplace. As soon as we walked in, we received a huge welcome from Tony, our salesman. He was full of enthusiasm, very polite, a consummate professional through and through. He was able to show us the features of our new vehicle, was patient with us when we had difficult questions and walked us through the process efficiently. We ended up leaving that weekend with a brand new 2020 Blazer and are so happy with not only our vehicle, but our monthly payments are within our budget. I want to give a personal thank you to Tony for providing superior customer service without unnecessary pressure, as is the stereotype when walking into a car dealer. I will definitely be spreading the word to my friends and family to reach out to Tony for a great experience.

DON'T WASTE your valuable time at this dealership....

DON'T WASTE your valuable time at this dealership. This is by far the WORST experience I have had, leasing a car.
I contacted this dealership regarding a VOLT Hybrid LT 2019 lease and was promptly given numbers via email. The numbers looked good to me. As soon as I received the numbers, I scheduled an appointment for the very next day and drove all the way in heavy traffic from San Jose.
Now comes the SCAM part. Once I got to the showroom, the sales agent who had sent me the quote (Jacqueline) said that she is not in, but another agent (Frank) will help me. Frank got me a quote that was $100 more than the one I got via email. When I showed him what I received, he said that this deal cannot be agreed on. I really felt that there was something fishy. It felt like one of those dealerships who call you in promising to get you a cheap number and when you come in, they raise the prices.
We were at the dealership for almost 2 hours!!!!

Bottomline: If you commit to a price, honor it. Don't fool your customers.

I brought my diesel Cruze in because my husband accidentally put DEF in the fuel tank and the car broke down and then the service team "repaired" it then a few months later my car breaks down again for fuel tank contamination and I told them that we have not put anything other than diesel in the tank and there service team denied that it was faulty repairs and had us pay again for thier mistake that they didn't do their job correctly and left contamination in the fuel tank. After this I will never go back to them for any services I do not trust them. I told them if they repair it again and months later it does the same thing are they going to take responsibility and they said no because again it would be new damages. Worst service ever it was hard communicating with them I had sent an email (which they denied receiving it) called many times it wasn't until I left a voicemail for
the service director that I got a response.

Wasted three hours for an oil change. They called me to make an appointment and indicated that it will take only 45 minutes. Three hours later I am still here.

Also be careful at the time of leasing from them. In the end a slipped a $400 lease return fee on me. Bunch of buggers; but what else can you expect from a car dealership

We recently leased a 2018 Chevy Bolt. We had a great experience with our salesman...though we had a few bumps in the road after we drove our new car out of the lot (hence the 4 out of 5 stars instead of 5). However, I want to focus on what happened after that. We had excellent follow-through from management, and I want to give a particular shout-out to Phil and then to Jason. They both really went above and beyond to make sure we were not just satisfied but thrilled by the end of our experience. In the end, we felt like they really cared about us and our business. I would definitely go back to Chevy Fremont--and fully expect to do so when we are ready get a Volt.

He got me the best deal possible, got me out within an hour after we agreed on everything, and got me some drinks on the house. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I'll definitely be back for that Vette!

Seems like things have gone downhill since I leased my car from here. Came in at a very slow weekday to turn in my lease, sales guy who I first saw gave me a run around and said I needed to wait for a sales manager, sat around a few mins. Another sales guy said the first guy should have helped me. I asked for the manager, he said he'd get someone to help then disappeared, another several minutes go by. He didn't seem to care. Finally another guy helped me out, seeing that I was quite fed up. As was getting my receipt, was about to head out but dealer hadn't signed off on return receipt, and I had to insist it wasnt okay and got some finance guy to sign off...

If this is how you treat your past customers, don't expect you can keep the same business you used to have.. We are paying to turn in a lease so don't act like you're doing customers a favor to take back the car you leased to them.

This place is horrible. Worst service experience I've ever had. My car was supposed to be ready at 3. Arrive at 3 and I'm told it's being finished up. My service advisor disappears 45 minutes later I go to check how things are coming and he is gone. Nobody has any clue where the car is or where he is. Even the manager ignores me completely while I stand there waiting for service for over 15 minutes while the manager and two service representative stand there and stare at me. Until I have to cut in and forcibly ask if they can help me where they all just say no. Would suggest strongly going anywhere else

We were looking to get an electric vehicle and had little to know knowledge as this was my first time venturing into the electric car world. Luckily, we had a very helpful salesman, Asim Kaleem, discuss all the different options. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, Volt. He explained each feature in detail and answered all of our questions.
Although, car buying can be daunting he made our experience very easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend to go to Chevrolet of Fremont and ask for Asim!

Worst Customer Service ever from the Sales Department, they calling me 3 or 4 times a day leaving messages over a month, this is harassment. I tried called and talk to the manager, they put me on hold for over 30 minutes. The last guy that answer the phone. didn't told his name and one point when I was in the middle of my explanation, turned and told me to stop talk. I will not buy a car EVER......

After searching for a car for two years, I realize...

After searching for a car for two years, I realized the Chevy Volt met all my requirements. It was green, American, with nice lines and great handling. Now, I just needed the right price. When I saw Fremont Chevrolet's dealer discount on the internet, the timing was perfect. (The door handle on the driver's side of my old, beloved jalopy had stopped working). I couldn't beat this deal anywhere.

The real challenge was on sales manager, Kurt Mietz, to find me exactly what I wanted. Kurt was ready for the task. He found the right color, exterior and interior, with my options. He personally picked up the car on his way home that night and had it ready for me the next day. I have a new love. Guess who? No, it's a what! It's my new VOLT!!

I called Fremont Chevrolet on a Monday afternoon, I told the salesman that I was interested in purchasing a Chevy Volt. I told them the price that I was willing to pay for the car and that I would be there the following morning to pick it up if they would accept my offer.
They accepted my offer, with a few minor changes, and after sending them a credit application and pertinent documents they needed, an hour later we were ready.
The next morning I arrived when the doors opened at Fremont Chevrolet, an hour and a half later, after looking over the car and signing paperwork we drove off the lot.
I have purchased several Vehicles in the past and all other dealers keep you in a chair for 6 hours or more before you can drive off with your car.
Now I know that is not necessary.
Thank you Fremont Chevrolet for a pleasant buying experience!

I researched both my vehicle and your dealership online first. We acquired our own financing and knew what we could afford to pay and what our maximum payment could be. I emailed an inquiry and Joel replied. We made an appointment to test drive the vehicle, a few days later. When we arrived we were promptly greeted and shown our way to Joel. Again, greeted and Joel took us to see the car. Took a short test drive and both myself and my wife knew that this vehicle was just what we needed and that it just as the internet description said it would be. Not hassle with the price as we all felt that the price was fair and accurate (within Kelly Blue Book). Finance office took all the time necessary to get us taken care of and offered several options to make sure that our vehicle was covered if repairs became necessary. Initially, we were not going to add anything to the price of the car, but Eden was able to get us into a coverage that works for us and was within our maximum monthly payment options. Overall a great experience. I will definite be back, even though it is 120 miles away, and there are numerous Chevrolet dealers closer, when I purchase another car. I will definitely tell friends and family about your dealership and the great deal we got.
