When I arrived, I immediately saw the vehicle that I was interested in buying. I went inside and met Ashley. She asked if I needed any help. From the moment I started talking to her, she was very attentive to my needs and concerns. She was gave me all the specs on the vehicle all while being very friendly and smiling the entire time. I am usually not a very easy person to please, however, Ashley was able to help me the story ending with me purchasing the vehicle. This was the first time that I have purchased a car and the process was very simple and pleasant. I also received service that made me feel like I was an important customer by the entire staff especially Ashley. Loving my Acura!
If you receive services at this dealership, be prepared to wait a LONG time. In my first experience, I waited 2 hours just for an oil change. My original complaint was addressed by the parts and services director, who was understanding to my situation. I decided to give Acura of Augusta another chance because the service director left such a great impression on me. Today, I went in to get my brakes checked because they have been squealing since my original visit to get my oil change(which was back in November 2018), and according to the technician it is "just break dust". Brakes should NOT squeal under any circumstance. During this visit, I also requested that Acura check my front left tire to see if there was a nail in it, as well as asking them to look at my window siding because it was pealing off. These three requests took THREE HOURS. I didn't even accept the free car wash because that was estimated at another hour. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have never experienced outrageous wait times like this at any other dealership, ever. Three hours just to look at a tire, a trim piece and check brakes. Unfortunately, the service adviser waited 2 hours to give me and update, and by the 3rd hour, I walked up to him to see where my car was, magically he had an update. Go figure. Definitely not happy with this dealership.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing an Acura TL from Acura of Augusta. It was a wonderful experience for me. The salesman I worked with, mostly over the phone, went beyond my expectations! He was able to email me the information, we scheduled an appointment, I came and drove the car, we worked up a deal, negotiated, I signed the paperwork and was on the road, and all within a few hours! It was hands down the smoothest car buying experience I have ever been through! It was worth the drive and I have already referred several of my friends!

I bought a 2016 ram 1500 back in November. In my sale paperwork in the We Owe sheet it stated the dealer would fix some vinyl that was peeling off on all 4 doors. It's the middle of March and it still hasn't been fixed. My salesman, Paul, who was originally in charge of scheduling it scheduled it for December 11th at the dealership but the guy never showed up to fix it. I was then told by the receptionist at Acura of Augusta that a manager need Jonathan would contact me to reschedule. He never did. I even called him and left multiple messages, he never returned my calls. I contacted Paul about this and he said he had no idea that the guy never showed up or that Jonathan was in charge of it. I got in touch with another manager but I can remember his name who said they would take care of it but I haven't heard anything from him in 3 weeks. I have tried to reach out to the general manager Mr. Hollowman (spelling?) About this since he was the one that I originally spoke with about fixing the vinyl and he was the one who said they would do it to begin with. All in all no one is getting back to me on this and I've accepted that it's been 4 months and it's not getting fixed. The rest of the staff may be great, I don't know them and have never done business with them but if I was you I wouldn't do business with the individuals mentioned above.

I worked with Ashley and she was so patient with me today. I was very hesitant and kept changing my mind and it was a long day. But she got me in exactly what I wanted with everything I asked for. Would definitely purchase another car from her again!
Bought a used Volkswagen Eos from them that ran perfectly well when we test drove it. However a few miles down the rode after the purchase, the window on the passenger side wouldn't go back up. Dealer apologized gave us a rental and sent it to be fixed. The mechanics claimed nothing was wrong with the car but more problems persisted. Should have taken that as a sign to back out fast.
After not driving the car for practically the entire summer as it was in the shop and we were given a series of rental cars which was actually generous of the dealer, we finally had the car back in the garage. However that became its permanent spot after less than a week the car simply refused to start. The dealer towed the car back and charged us $6000 to replace the shot engine which was ultimately discovered to be the source of all the problems all along.
It's an expensive lesson when dealing with used cars. They can look great on the car fax and the dealer can be friendly, but ultimately you pay in the end. They were generous in trying to solve our car's problems but the ultimate solution was sleazy and completely unprofessional since this was a car bought from a dealer and not Craigs List. We planned on replacing a different aging car after the initial great service we had with them, but after the recent events we're staying away. Buy with them at your own risk and stay far away from "As-Is" on a used car.
Service is good typical Acura prices. Everyone is nice. Strong wifi I'm able to work while I wait.
This dealership sold me a Chevy traverse this February and 3 weeks later the battery died, I have no control over the power window of the passenger side from the driver side and the blinker light on the passenger side went out. I took my car back to the dealership and I was told pretty much that s my problem now. There is no reason why my battery should be dead after 3 weeks and you not even try to help me!! So when you buying a used car from any of these dealership you need to do a routine PMCS (Preventive Maintenance Check and Service) came back from deployment to get scammed.

Wonderful place to shop for a car and the customer service is exceptional. The salesman that approached me was named TJ Sylvester and he was so polite and helpful. I do not like high pressured sales tactics. He was as laid back and encouraging as I have ever experienced when shopping for a vehicle. I will definitely go back to see TJ in the future whenever I am in need of a new vehicle. He really seemed to care about me through the whole process. Most definitely recommend this dealership and salesperson to my friends and family!!

Spoke with believe it was Adam, he was prior service, he was awesome and very friendly and knowledgeable. Went out of his way even after they closed to assist me!! They have an amazing customer service for sure. He talked with us, got to know us and vice versa. If you do come here, check him out! Now the bad, which is out of his control. We were shopping Carmax for an RDX and found a few but wanted to test drive one here. Which we did, we loved it. When it got down to doing paperwork, we find that their prices are absurdly higher than at Carmax, atleast $8k higher!! I didn't even bother trying to negotiate with this location. Their trade in offer was generous and even a .99% apr was unheard of but why would it be higher when they're making so much more off of you.
With cosmetic damage to the car and full stock with no packages or trims, it was just too much. Perhaps if they matched Carmax or other outlets for the quality of the car then perhaps I would of purchased here solely on how awesome they were at working with us. They weren't as pushy as some salesmen/women which is always good for me. Do your research before coming here people, save some $$$ and talk it down...like a lot!
I won't take my car anywhere else! I moved into town a couple months ago and made an appointment for a servicing with Chris. Not only did they clean my car afterwards (wash and vacuum) Chris and his manager went above and beyond when there was some confusion on the quoted price of the repair. They may have lost $150 in the short term on the servicing, but they just gained a customer for life, so they are more than going to make that up.

Purchase a MDX 2016 in June from Acura of August. I believe they are a fairly respectable dealership. Stephen-sales associate and Amanda-Internet sales, no doubt acted professional as expected. I didn't see Amanda in person but over the phone she won our customer interest and loyalty. We love our MDX; it s a good purchase and has a learning curve for it technology features. I have nothing bad said about the purchase, only that the Finance Manager-Shalonda didn't handle our down payment according to the Truth and Lending Act. I don't want to speculate but it seems like, she took upon herself to purchase a Car Care, Maintenance Service, Road Tire Hazard Coverage and Gap Insurance without our knowledge at the signing (closing) the purchase.
Make sure you review your Contracts at the signing and if you don't understand "STOP" and ask specific questions about "What is this form I'm signing? How much is it going to cost? and Who is paying for it? Please be careful because $5000 down is a lot of monies when you are budgeting your bucks. Shalonda didn't disclose these Car Service Package(s) to us. The Truth and Lending Act makes it clear that we should know whatever we purchase (signing), should be demonstrated in full disclosure by the dealership to the consumer. Even though we travel back to the dealership that next week to cancel the Car Service Package.
Shalonda didn't even follow through to cancel the Car Service Package -we never intended on purchasing. Three months past, we watch our Lien holder (Bank) and expected to hear from them about our refund (transaction) back into our Loan Account. I called the dealership September, spoke with Finance Mgr. Shalonda and found out, she didn't even process the cancellation form. Wow!! You know by now... I was angry. But I didn't use profanity or any foul words. I merely express my complaint to the General Sales Manager-Mike. He assures me that they will handle it and try to result this issue immediately. It probably will take two months for our monies are refunded to our Loan Account, but it will be, worth it when the process is done.
