I took my truck in Tuesday for tire rotation , oil change , brake booster recall fix (1 hr). They asked me if I wanted to wait, told them I would pick it up at the end of the day. I wasn't ready. Wednesday I received no call as to what was wrong or when my truck would be ready. I called twice and received no call back. Finally Thursday at 1:00 they called. When I got home, they had not reset my tires from rotation, so my tire sync is wrong., and I had a bolt in my tire that wasn't there when I brought my truck in. It took them twenty minutes to 'find' my truck, after asking the color, type, how many doors, so they could locate it.
The manger was short and rude when I called, I see you respond to other bad reviews (there are many). But I wouldn't respond to this one as it is a pending court case..see you court...

Wow! I have been searching for a specific used car for over a year and I found it at Master Chevrolet in Aiken SC, a two hour drive for me! When I called, I was put in touch with Joshua Stowe. I cannot say enough about how helpful he was throughout the process and still contacts me regularly to make sure I am happy. Josh was quick to respond to all of my mass inquiries with genuine care. I set up an appointment with him to test drive the car and he held it for me when I called him to tell him I was on my way. Upon arriving, he was there to greet me. The facility was very clean and inviting and all of the employees made me feel so comfortable. Naturally, I was nervous driving so far and concerned that the car would not be as it appeared online. But, I was more than happy with the car after my very thorough look over and test of every vehicle accessory. After a year of searching, I felt like it was too good to be true. But I never doubted that I was in good hands with Josh. And Master Chevrolet provides a 3000 mile/3 month warranty which reinforced my confidence in them. Will Parrott, Jason, and Clint worked with me patiently for several hours on financing to help me get to place where I was truly comfortable with my purchase. I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience! And I can't say enough good things about Master Chevrolet and all of its employees. They provided me with a "We Owe You" document for the few flaws, Clint put my tag on, and I was headed home in my new (to me) car! My "We Owe You" items arrived within a week of my purchase and Josh and Will still contact me to make sure I am happy and all is well! Thanks to all at Master Chevrolet!

My salesman was Russ Vernon, he was very polite and showed true old fashion service in helping with my purchase of a used Buick Enclave. He called and made sure all was good after a week of me having the car. When an issue arose while we were at the beach with the power steering, we came home early to have it checked. Russ lined up the service department to check it that day (a Friday) and let me know the problem, he again called Monday that my car was ready, two days earlier than promised. I don't drive often since my husband is confined to a wheelchair, and it was satisfying to know we had purchased our vehicle from a reputable company. We had been in the service business with HVAC for 40+ years and know the importance of taking care of your customers, Masters provided this service to us. I have already recommended your company.

Since I was waiting on my vehicle, it was appreciated the service was performed immediately and the overall process was reasonable for the services performed. Also, appreciated the 10% discount provided via a GM/Chevrolet Mailing. I found the Master Chevrolet service to be superior to recent poor services received from a local independent repair facility on another vehicle. Good job by Master Chevrolet Service.

I searched for a slightly used or new 2019 Vette 2LT. I looked for a couple months and saw A slightly used 2LT at Master. I inquired online and Brandon Pennington replied immediately but not intrusively. He touched base every few days to see if he could help in my search. When the time came to make the purchase, i went to see him first and drove away in my new, slightly used (4000 miles) 2019 2LT Vette at a very fair price. Painless transaction and he s earned my business. I ll be back! BTW, the car is awesome!!

I had been watching their used inventory online and found a vehicle that I wanted to see and drive. I set up an appointment with Brandon Pennington who was very polite, respectful and accommodating. I purchased the car right after the test drive and Brandon took care of every detail efficiently and cheerfully, he even delivered the car to my home nearby. They took care of the tax, title and tag too; I didn't have to go to DMV. My contact with other staff was just as pleasant. I will surely consider Master in Aiken when I look for another vehicle.

I had the absolute best car buying experience ever. Joe Mills was my sales rep. He is extremely knowledgeable. I dealt with him a few months ago when I was looking at a different vehicle. I had been to a couple different dealerships in the week before going back to Masters Chevrolet. Everyone there is very pleasant. I did not feel pressured like I did at the other dealerships. Joe was so accommodating. Anything that I asked for, he delivered. With such a large purchase, he made me feel relaxed. All of the other dealerships, I left feeling stressed. He truly seemed to care about my buying experience and making sure that I was happy with my purchase. He answered all of my questions in regards to my new vehicle. My trade-in was a 2007, so a lot has changed. Since, I have left the dealership with my new Chevrolet Suburban, I have received several phone calls and emails to check and see if I needed anything or had any questions. I have also received an email wishing me a happy birthday and an email from the owner. I can't say enough good things about Master Chevrolet. My husband and I will be back when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle. We can't imagine going to another dealership. Thank you Master Chevrolet and Joe Mills for going above and beyond.

Bought a New 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 on the first. Best New Car Buying Experience EVER!!!! Wayne Morgan and his staff go beyond to make sure that everything goes smooth and never felt pressured to make any kind of decisson. Josh Stowe and Andrew Lokey worked side by side to help me to get the truck I wanted. My wife hates the car buying experience with having to wait around and filling out paperwork, well this was a way different experience for her. Wife brought in our 2019 GMC Yukon XL for an oil change. Vehicle has 32,000 miles and was previously owned by a Corporation that got servicing with the purchasing dealership. Their rep Vaughn recommended my wife get Fuel Injector Service and Brake flush. Totaling $500+. Vehicle service document recommends this "During a repair or beyond 150,000 miles. This caused a rift with my wife and I being their supposed to be professional and know their jobs but recommending extra up sales for services not needed. Even though she went else where to get the job done for fraction of the price for comfort, she couldn't drive that vehicle in peace until those services were performed and spending an additional $390 for something that would have been a warranty issue and something not needed.

I understand that as GM, your first obligation is Brand Protection. This is supposed to include Customer Service. Though your reps were nice and polite, taking advantage of unknowing customers doesn't have to be rude or bludgeoning. You in no way form or fashion can justify to my why services like this would be recommended for a vehicle just purchased less than 4 months ago. If it were more than 6 months and driven across country, I would say "Maybe". This vehicle has service records and was certified at the dealership of purchase when the contract was signed in 2021. No way, can you HONESTLY say that these services were not "Up-sales".

Thanks for trying though. My 9 years fleet management and 12 years Logistics knows better as do the vehicle service records, and the Owners Manual.

Managers were polite and helpful, but the owner (or main financial manager) was very rude. We did not buy there car just because of his behavior. To explain: yes, we came from Florida. We asked about discount, but the reason why we didn t buy the car was your financial manager. He was mad when came in to us, asked what do we want, then told no for our question, and asked if this is all what we want. His face was red and he was angry. Is it not an appropriate in you dealership to ask about discount? Is it how you treat you customers?We would buy the car even for your price, but nobody hurt to ask. I ve seen that you are selling this car now for $1165 less. Good luck in selling you scratching Prius V. We have bought the car already, and don t care that we drove 6 hours to your dealership two weeks ago.

After being stationed in South Korea for two years, we made the move back to Augusta and needed a car immediately upon our return. We had the pleasure of working with Andrew Lokey. He worked with us via email and very long distance phone calls for several weeks and made sure we secured the perfect vehicle for our family. He went above and beyond when he picked us up from our hotel the day after we arrived in the states. We were jet-lagged and exhausted, but he made sure we didn t have to worry about a rental car. We drove directly to the dealership in OUR new car and he had all the paperwork ready for us to sign. Amazing customer service! We will definitely be working with Master Chevrolet in the future!

I purchased a new 2015 Cadillac ATS July 20th, 2016. The dealership completed no checks prior to me picking up the car. The tires were essentially flat, the car dirty......which I brought to their attention. When I questioned the salesman, he mentioned that the car was checked when they received it back in July of 2015, and there was no need to double check the car prior to delivery to me...... even though that was over a year ago. I was stunned that I was so easily dismissed, and that there was no concern over performing any checks before delivery to me. They were just happy to unload the 2015 ATS from their inventory, with no concern over safety or quality assurance. Because this is a more negative response, I doubt very much that this will be included on their website. By the way, the salesman encouraged me numerous times to give him and the dealership a 'five star' review when prompted.......which seemed rather odd to me......given my experience!

He was and has been able to answer every random question we have asked and if he hasn't known the answer he has found someone who did. I really appreciate that he has called to check up on us multiple times in the last month to see how the new car is doing and to see if we needed any help with anything. He is truly wonderful. Shopping for our car was a wonderful experience thanks to George and buying the car was easy and fairly painless thanks to Will who walked us through the financing. They would give him the run around when he would call and flat out ignored him when he went to check on the status of his truck. They Finally called after all this time to tell him his battery terminals were loose.

First new truck I ever owned. Motor had a bad oil consumption problem. GM new about it but insisted that it was normal. Truck used 3-4 quarts ever 5-6000 miles. AC went out at around 40000 miles. Macanic was insistent that the problem was due to over sized tires and that I was responsible for repairs even with the truck having a bumper to bumper warranty. After I asked how a tire caused a freon leak under the hood I got it fixed. After the transmission went out out 58000 miles and couldn't seem to get it fixed correctly at Master and with no help from GM I decided to trade it in on a Ford at Gerald Jones in August. Best decision I ever made!! If you are just a die hard Chevy fan and want to buy a lemon, go see Russ Vernon. He was the easiest sales man I have ever dealt with. No pressure to buy and found all the incentives he could to lower the price with out heavy negotiations. I would buy another vehicle from him just not a Chevrolet or GMC!

Went in to the dealership looking for a specific vehicle, which they had available. Service staff was quick to greet us. Drove away in a truck I was looking for. They were friendly, helpful and negotiable. Will accept reasonable offers. Clint Byrd, by far the best car salesman I have ever worked with great personality. Has even called a couple times to ensure we were satisfied. 10/10 would recommend.

Well my first interactions with master Chevrolet Cadillac was with the pre owned manager Jason Francis I spoke with him over the phone about the vehicle I was interested in and I told him where I was calling from Florida and I was 10 hours away from him and he told me that they had some of the best pricing in the country and that if I made the trip I would not be sorry we worked out a deal out over the phone and I spoke with my wife and we made the trip. We arrived monday morning We where welcomed by Jason and George who where very professional and friendly. We came in a rental car and they were kind enough to take us to return the rental car Tabitha drove us to the airport to return the rental car and she also was very helpful and kind and told us all about south Carolina. When we arrived back to the dealership George had all of our paper work ready to go and we bought a escalade and George went through all the features and made sure we understood everything and helped set everything up. We did have a small issue with the navigation system but George was more then happy to take care of it but unfortunately we had to get back on the road back home so because the vehicle is certified he assured us that we can take it to any Gm dealer and have it taken care of and that they also offer on all there vehicle 3 month 3000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and we are ok with having it taken care of closer to home. They also made sure that the vehicle was fuelled up and gave us a souvenir And even bought us dinner . Thanked us for driving up . We are very happy and pleased with our purchase. Working with George has by far been the best car- buying experience for my grandmother, mother, and I have had up to this point. I recently had a child at the time of our purchase so my grandmother and mother went shopping for me. George and the finance manager explained everything to us. They even spoke with me on the phone throughout the process answering all of our questions sometimes, more than once... That took patience... And patience is what George and the manager has.
